From remodels to new construction, we do it all. From beginning to end we'll take you every step of the way. I am proficient in AutoCAD doing 2D and 3D design. I have 23 years real world experience with AutoCAD. I am proficient in Chief Architect for 2D and 3D design. I have 5 years real world experience with Chief Architect. When I was a Junior in High School I designed my Uncle's home. That summer I also helped build the house. After completion of high school I worked for Star Building Solutions and Mesco Building Solutions, both metal building manufactures, detailing many different metal buildings. I used AutoCAD during this time to generate plans, shop drawings and Bills of Materials. Using Chief Architect I have generated a number of different residential and commercial plans from an elevated home on a lake property and as-built drawings of Churches and office buildings. I love turning a home owners dreams into reality. I like to spend several hours with a client at the beginning of a project. I can normally generate exactly what the client wants fairly quickly. My goal is always to have full construction sets finished and complete within six weeks. We have stock plans you can purchase, or we can build a plan from scratch. We design single family homes. We also design and build Tiny Houses.
