Ed worked with me of about a year prior to starting the project, really appreciated the time he gave both myself and my wife to answer questions. Always felt like he was on our team. I think everyone goes into a renovation with some trepidation, he listened to my vision and can honestly say I wouldn't change a thing. Everything came together on time and on budget. Want to thank all the staff that worked with me (too many to mention). They were all willing to do whatever it took to make us happy and turn this renovation into our dream. I would highly recommend them to anyone, it was a great experience!

Ed & JP have been amazing to deal with. They are always quick to respond and the communication is clear and consise. The thing I appreciate about them most is that they keep there word, if they said they be at my house at a certain time, they actually show up. Sounds minor but in my experience dealing with many contractors in my line of work, that is a big reoccuring theme with the trades. I watch a TV show where someone would be interviewed, after work on their home, and they would say things like "I used to have a house. Now I have a home". It went over my head. But now I get it. My husband and I made a list of things that we didn't like about the house. Ed came by, read the list and looked at the house. He clearly payed attention because now there is NOTHING that we don't love about our house. Right now, every company on the planet is having staffing issues and yet BlueKey still pulled it off. It took a couple months longer, but in the end, that didn't matter because the work has changed our house forever. The staff is also great. I already miss having them around. I guess that means we will have to do more to the house, and we wouldn't want anyone else to work on it. Thanks so much!

The team at BlueKey were amazing to work with. The consultation and design process was efficient, the list of approved vendors were all really helpful and everyone was very professional. The actual team who worked on our house did everything they could to minimize the impact on our day to day lives... which was not easy since I work from home. The job was finished on schedule, and when we had one small concern they came to fix it the next day. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again! They gave us the main floor of our dreams!

While searching for a contractor in the area I came upon BluKey Design + Build. Initially the company name is what caught my attention but the 5 star reviews pushed me to make the call. Ed Sater answered my call and we had a quick discussion about how my husband and I were looking to get our basement drywalled, taped, mudded and primed. Our timeline was short and our project was on a much smaller scale than what Ed’s company usually handles, but at no point were we made to feel like ours was any less important. Ed personally came by to take a look at our basement, set us up with a contractor, Nathan Vander, who came and provided an in person quote, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable, quick to respond to any of our questions/concerns, delivered the materials quickly and had our basement finished faster than we had anticipated. Just a wonderful experience all around. Would highly recommend BlueKey Design + Build to anyone and won’t hesitate to reach out to Ed for any future work.

We were very happy with BlueKey’s work on our basement. We had a full bathroom installed and the results are amazing. The staff were courteous and kept things clean as they went. Questions were answered quickly. We would highly recommend for a quality build.
