Braddock Built Renovations

Great experience. Betsy Braddock Palmer is a consumate professional. She handled the reno for us that replace flooring from he front door into an office, through the foyer, den, dining room and bedroom. Remoed a large and in the way 3 sided fireplace from the center of the den/dining, built a bum out to accommodate a new fireplace and recessed bookshelves. Removed a door and single pane window and replace those with a 3 pane window. Painting of most of the inside, and the entire outside of the house. We are overjoyed with the results.

Betsy Braddock did for me a wonderful bathroom suite renovation. First of all and foremost she thinks out of the box. She listened to me when I explained the needs of my husband who was suffering from ALS. Out of 5 contractors she alone thought of several lift possibilities and finally suggested an Endless Pool water well so that his water therapy could continue when Medicare funds ran out. The water therapy allowed him to be dressed and bathed without pain to the joints and thus, would allow me to keep him home. She cared about that! She paid full attention to details such as VA specs and our needs in the total design. Barn doors were installed for wheel chair access. Mirrors tilted so my husband could see sitting at the sink. A wide enough walk in shower for the wheel chair, as well as a non slip mosaic tile floor was installed. Cabinet space was maximized even with the 7'x7'x4'7" pool in the bathroom. To do all of this she was not only creative but intelligent enough to design it, know all of the codes required for it, and also create the highest quality of workmanship I have seen in a long time. Work ethics were the highest. She gives cost estimates on the high side so there are no surprises or additional cost. Her communication skills are also over the top. She always responded quickly to emails, calls, or questions. Her honesty and integrity are also of the highest quality. She hires very responsible, highly qualified, and honest workers.. I felt comfortable with all company employees in my home. I received detailed billing information as was initially contracted. She met all deadlines and actually worked around my schedule. I think the people she works with become part of her community family. After completing my project she continues to be available for minor problems I encounter having nothing to do with our initial project. She created a proposal for my community with no embursement for her time and energy. She built a facility at The First Tee to help our Brunswick County Youth. She has one several Diamond Awards from other builders for her renovations, mine as well. I cannot recommend this woman's company any more highly. Her person, integrity, ethics, work, I hold in the highest regard!

Betsy from Braddock Built Renovations completed a renovation in our kitchen, living room, and dining room. We had a wall in place that we wanted removed. Betsy came in and was able to help us come up with ideas we never would have though of on our own. She helped us envision what our new space would look like. Throughout the process, everyone who came to work in our house was professional, clean, and helpful. We felt safe allowing everyone into our home. The work was completed on time and under budget so we were able to do more than we had originally planned. The work done included carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, and granite installation. We highly recommend this company!

working with Betsy Braddock and her company, Braddock Built Renovations, was a delightful experience in home renovation! Betsy and her team completely remodeled our beach cottage, including creating an amazing custom built kitchen, an open concept area between the kitchen, dining area and the sunroom, and a beautiful restoration of the thirty year old grass cloth wallpaper. Betsy has a wonderful planning method of getting to know her customers through several preliminary visits, friendly dialogue, and her own wise design suggestions--all of which makes the final construction plan very detailed and totally in harmony with the customer's needs and wants. Then, Betsy delivers every detail in a big way! We were completely amazed and enchanted by the finished product of our newly renovated home. It was beautiful and functional beyond our wildest dreams.
