We worked with Laura and Bill for a new kitchen and first story extension, and I love it every single day. I'm not sure words can describe how positive my experience with Laura and Bill was. From the first call we had together, to our initial visit, all the way through to the project's end, it was terrific. As a homeowner who really wasn't sure what she wanted, I always felt that I was in excellent hands with Laura on the design front. It was clear she had a strong vision of what would work best for me and my family, one that would suit our needs AND be stunning. Laura designed no less than EIGHT concepts for us to consider and we as a team landed on the right one. From then on, she held my hand through big decisions and small but key design choices, and I was never on my own worrying that I might make a fatal error. I knew that was not going to happen with Laura's keen eye for details and excellent customer service. Then, we decided that it only made sense to have Bill, contractor extraordinaire, do the construction and we are so glad we did. All the trades people who work with him (some for 20+ years) were excellent, speedy and lovely to have in and out of the house. Bill knows his stuff and doesn't settle for errors or sloppy work, having a few things corrected as the project went on. They were here almost every day, which helped us reach the ambitious timeline of just under three months for an extension and new kitchen, so that we could have it for Christmas. For 2020 of all years, that was amazing. In terms of the permits, engineers, etc, it was all included so we didn't have to worry about that at all. Bill even found that the permits from a previous reno were never closed and alerted us. Fantastic customer service, quality from start to finish, it was just a great experience. I highly recommend Bravehart Interiors for any reno you want to make a reality!

I have nothing but good things to say about Laura and Bill at Braveheart. Laura transformed our third floor Annex home in Toronto. And Bill managed a rebuild that would challenge a saint. (Anyone who owns a 115 year old house with tricky access will know what I am referring to). I have lived in the space now for the past 2,5 months and still marvel every day about the beauty, comfort and balance of the room. It is beyond fabulous. And I know there is no way I could have ever conceptualized the final design without both Laura’s creative genius and experience and Bill’s solid background in construction.

We have used Bravehart Design for a number of projects. They have always worked in a timely fashion and kept us in the loop. Great communication. Laura's sense of space and what it is to be used for is outstanding. We have never been disappointed. The quality of the workmanship is second to none. We have just hired them for our next project. We hired Laura and Bravehart to redesign our bungalow for a growing family. Laura's attention to detail and determination to hit all our checkboxes is one of the reasons we like working with her. She has a clearly defined process for designs and follows it. She's creative and has a lot of experience in this. I did my research prior to hiring her and have no regrets.

Laura has been instrumental with the renovation of our 100-year-old semi. From the beginning, she is quick to respond to emails and calls and is always available, even while on vacation! She conceptualized several designs for our renovation, paying particular attention to details, ensuring that every kitchen cupboard has a purpose, plenty of space in the living room, and adding a bedroom and bathroom to increase the value of the house. The final design ensured we would bypass COA. Her and her team submitted the zoning application and building permit on our behalf. Laura helped us see the potential in our house, which we would have missed. Her attention to detail and candor are second to none.

Our project required knowledge of zoning, conservation, building and architectural/interior design disciplines - the people at Bravehart brought this to us. They provided alternative workable ideas on how to transform our house into a more functional, bright and comfortable space, showing us preliminary budgetary scopes along with the designs. We are currently assessing which approach is the best one for us - however, we have no hesitation in saying that we are pleased with their work and would recommend them to other people wanting to transform their homes

Bravehart are wonderful builders who treat clients, trades and their own staff with great respect. They are a great company to work with. On this i job we installed a painted glass backsplash in the kitchen which the client is most happy with. Thanks Laura great job!

This review is for the design phase of our kitchen/family room. We moved into a lovely house six years ago with a terrible, inefficient kitchen and pokey tv room. For six years I've been thinking about how to make this both a functional and beautiful space. I had been unable to come up with any given the odd footprint of the house. I chose Bravehart because I liked the idea of having someone experienced in space design and interior design but what really got my attention was the formal project framework Bravehart applies. With the wish list provided, Laura set out to try and fit in all the things we wanted. My husband and I were starting to think we needed a new list of what we would give up when Laura produced a plan that was pure genius - we didn't need to give up anything! Laura managed to untie the Gordian Knot! Looking forward to the detailed design and build phase!

I worked with Laura Pollard of Braveheart Design to create plans to renovate my home. We had very specific requirements that required a great deal of creavity and customization in order to achieve.
