Great experience! Dusten built my first home and he was the only builder I ever considered for my second home. I have a tight budget yet he has been able to work with me beyond my expectations. When we discussed floor plan options, the architectural design touches that he added were absolutely genius. He changed the entire feel of the house! Dusten had the ability to visualize the completed project when I did not. I was amazed at the improvements that he made. Completely ecstatic with how the home turned out! It was so easy to reach Dusten to discuss the project and he was always available to answer my questions. He would meet on site for project updates as well. Throughout the project he was good at letting me know what the best options within my budget were. I loved working with him and will absolutely recommend him to everyone.

We moved into our Brookings built green home about 2 months ago and we couldn’t be more pleased with our custom build experience. The BBG team worked very hard and very closely with us to execute the vision and build of our dream home. We can walk through our home and see every corner, every detail as a conversation that we had with Dusten Hendrickson; his attention to detail can be felt through every inch of our home. We hired Brookings Built Green to give our traditional and plain brick home a more craftsman style facelift, and we could not be more happy with the final product. The communication and professionalism, attention to detail and overall design were perfectly executed.
