I found working with Bob and Chuck a pure pleasure. Bob's complete reconfiguration of my kitchen was brilliant and Chuck's crew did an amazing job of turning it into a reality. My kitchen remodel (a complete gut job) came in on budget and a week early. Cesar was the lead and he was here everyday making sure the work was completed to the best standard and everything was cleaned up before they left. Everyone who worked on our home showed such respect that someone is living here during this chaotic time. I would recommended them to anyone who is looking to remodel.

Our project required the removal of a floor-to-ceiling failing fireplace front and hearth, built from literally tons of native stone. Its removal was done deftly and safely by the superbly-trained Building Pros demo team. The fireplace subsurface was then expertly rebuilt, and a custom granite surround and hearth came next. The entire room was repainted, highlighted by new crown molding and baseboards The crowning touch was the gorgeous new custom mantel for the redesigned fireplace. When it was brought in to make sure of its dimensions, its beauty made us gasp. Bob Clifford and Chuck Ott did a superb job of planning and executing our project. Our family room remodeling project began and finished on time. Each morning, their workmen arrived promptly at 8:00 am, and worked quietly and efficiently to accomplish each task. They were all courteous and very respectful, and at the end of each day left the work area spotless. When our project was done, we actually missed them! Building Pros completely surpassed our expectations. They've completed projects for four families on our street; and if the Leedhams ever have another project, we won't hesitate to call them. You can't complain about perfection!

Building Pros remodeled the kitchen and the bar area in our family room. This was our first experience with any kind of remodel job. After hearing all sorts of nightmare stories of bad experiences with contractors, I was expecting the worst. I can honestly say, we received the very best!! Bob and Chuck were very easy to work with and I felt trusting and comfortable with them from the beginning. They knew our budget and worked with us to stay within it and give us the kitchen and bar area we dreamed of. Their online scheduling system kept us up to date on what to expect from start to finish. Scott their crew lead for our job was very personable, talented, responsive and dependable. He did an excellent job from start to finish! Their design coordinator and office personnel were very helpful in assisting me choose materials and answer any questions I had in a timely manner. We had a great experience working with BuildingPros in our home remodelling project. We hired them to do a bedroom, bathroom(s), laundry and kitchen remodelling. Overall they were very professional and they completed the job on time and with good quality. They standby their work and will address any issues once the job is completed.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Bob and Chuck. We hired them to do a mini kitchen remodel (countertops, island, backsplash) as well as redoing the flooring in the entire house along with a custom media niche. They are both highly professional as are all the resources they hire to work on the job. Bob was accurate with his estimates and the only reason the cost went up is because we wanted to do more than what we originated planned for. I liked how its always the same guys who worked at our house so we were able to build rapport with them and trusted them in our house. We would definitely consider hiring Building Pro's again for future work, maybe I'll get a repeat customer discount? :-)

Building Pros, from the moment they stepped in our home to the day they completed the job were the most professional skilled team I have ever encountered. The quality of their work, attention to detail and respect for our home left us with a sense of security and satisfaction everyday. The team involved my wife and I each day of progress made and what to expect as next steps, as well as confirming with us that our expectations were being met.

Bob has managed to the unthinkable: take working with a contractor from being synonymous with headaches and costly delays and transformed it into a seamless, transparent, and stress free experience. We chose the most expensive options in tile and backsplash- thereby putting us well over projected budget. Bob and Chuck called a meeting and directed us to options across the board that brought us in well under budget. Our final product was beautiful and I'd work with them again without a doubt.
