We hired BW Design to do our kitchen renovation. We were looking for a company that could do it all for us (design, construction, project management) and we have been very happy with them. They nailed the design and really paid attention to all the details. Their project management was exactly what I wanted. Communication was great, they were always responsive and they made a project that could have been very stressful for us a pleasant and stress free experience. We appreciated that they wouldn’t start our project until all the materials were on site so that we could avoid delays during construction. We were also pleased with how they sealed off the kitchen during construction. We were expecting the mess and dust to be much worse than it was. Will be using them again!

BW Design Group is the company you want to use if you're ok with your standards for home and interior design being raised to seriously high levels... There is a detail level to literally anything they do that is a bit next level (you could even say compulsively so, but I'll just call it "dedication") and you will constantly be impressed by how the plans actually follow through into exactly how they describe and map them out (not the industry norm, or even not even above the norm for most projects). When you're in the actual building phase, they make you feel incredibly safe with the people you have in your home that they use as they have been thoroughly checked out and one of the BW team members is often there checking in on the progress, which is definitely a comfort as you do tend to spend a lot of time with other people constantly working in your home. I will be using BW again!

Overture has been working with Biff and Kevin at BW designs for over twenty years. They have always been incredibly well organized and detail focused. They represent a perfect synergy of artistic design and project management, a balance that may find difficult to strike. Often times the home electronics we provide are looked at as a hurdle to the aesthetic design of a home, particularly in the eyes of designers. We hired BW Design Group to design and install our new kitchen. They were very professional and easy to work with. They would not start the remodel until all items were on site - cabinets, appliances, flooring, etc. This made the entire process go very smoothly. BW Design Group did a total renovation of our 30 year old kitchen. I have worked with Biff and Kevin at BW Design on a total of three projects involving both my home and my beach house. The renovation to my home was massive and involved two complete floors, kitchen, home theater, multiple bathrooms and all new furniture. I can state without reservation, that the final product was far superior to what we had initially envisioned or imagined. The flow to our home just never quite felt right. After years of considering the scope of the project and after speaking to several designers and architects, we thought we had a good idea of what we wanted. When we met with BW, they brought a completely different and fresh point of view to the entire renovation. They also took our ideas and goals and enhanced them to fit into a final product that surpasses our expectations. The back and forth on the designs was easy and actually fun. No renovation is without problems and we had a few bumps on the road. BW was able to work with the contractors to address these issues, often before we were even aware of the problem. Throughout the process, they consistently stood by their commitment to do whatever it takes to meet or exceed our expectations. In the end, we could not be happier with the end product and enjoy the tranquility of a home that now flows perfectly and works to meet the needs of our busy family.

Simply stated, we could not have had a better experience than having bw design remodel our bathroom last year, and most recently our kitchen and dining room. When my wife said "the new kitchen exceeded her expectations" that was the icing on the cake. Dealing with bw was the easiest process by far. Nothing was ever "a problem". The design was very creative. The crew was great, and they left the house very clean every day. The project was finished on schedule on both occasions. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

BW Design has done 3 large projects in our home. The first project was a quiet, spa inspired bathroom. Our friends loved the finished project and it resulted in at least 5 other bathrooms within 1 year. Next was redesigning the living room and lastly an Adirondack themed 400 sq. ft screened room where we can entertain, dine and sleep all spring/summer/fall. Their design was impeccable and the execution on target, both cost and timing. Their sub contractors are professionals who consistently deliver what BW envisions. BW spots the little things we missed and work with the subs to ensure the project is delivered to the highest standards. We marvel at the little touches that make such a large difference in the end. Placing the shower handles at the entrance to the shower vs. under the shower heads...what a difference it makes! We interviewed 3 other notable firms in the area prior to hiring BW Design and had the impression we would get the "in" design. We wanted what worked for us and BW deliver professionally and beautifully. We would highly recommend them for any construction/remodeling/furnishing projects.

We reached out to BWD based on a recommendation from a friend of ours. We were working with a well known architectural firm in the area, but we needed design expertise that could give us guidance on integrating the structural design with our way of living, along with our "wants and needs" in creating the interior space. Biff and Kevin were able to take what the architect provided and our feedback and create a plan that tied everything together. We started off with wanting to add a "little" space, but eventually this turned into a massive one-year project, which included complete renovation of the exterior, front landscaping and the entire first floor (and a few additions). They listened to us along the way, made adjustments when needed and always knew that they had our best interest In mind. We encountered only a few major issues (like the granite in our kitchen, concrete in the garage), but Biff and Kevin worked to find the right solution for us. The best thing that we liked about this relationship was that they truly treated this project as if this was their own home - they were more than responsive, paid attention to all the details, always brought a vision, went to bat for us and truly understood our desire and style. There is very little that we would do differently. We love our house and have received amazing comments from friends, family and strangers. They are truly professionals and know their craft. We asked BW Design to design and carry out down-to-the studs renovations of two of the three floors in our house, and we definitely will be engaging them when we're ready to do the other floor. Biff and Kevin understood what we wanted, and delivered breath-taking and functional designs that both improved the flow and added to our enjoyment of our home. Whether we are relaxing at home, or entertaining guests, we are thrilled with the space they created for us.

When I approached BW Design Group I was unfamiliar with their target client --- I simply needed a few small items to blend in with my current décor (not purchased through their firm). Kevin was very kind and respectful as he described to me that they typically don't do things like this but he made an exception and helped me pick out (and buy) the PERFECT light for my living room. Not only did I appreciate the time he took - but I appreciate the "no job is too small" approach he showed me. Funny thing is - this was 6 years ago and now, being married and living in a new home, I am looking to BW Design to do a complete overhaul of my main living space. Who would have thought a massive job could have come from just one lamp?
