I have known and used Caine & Co. on a few projects so far. They are higher than your average remodeler because they are not average. Let me tell you why. I can't even express how professionally they operate. And on top of that every person on our project was outstanding and friendly as well. They communicated and collaborated on everything. Accounting for the project finances were also incredibly easy using the Builder Trend app and emails. This go around we were out of town most of the time the work was being done and I didn't worry about a thing! From Lauren, our Designer, to Dirk, our Project Manager we were rightfully confident in everything that was done, and in this day and age that is truly priceless!

Loved working with Caine and Company. Lauren and Shalona helped me love my home. Lauren was so great at putting everything together to help with our vision. Couldn't get over how clean our house was even when it was in full construction mode. It was a very clean and smooth process.

Lauren helped me pick out and designed cabinet's for my 2 bathrooms in my condo. I’m Very happy how they all turned out. She helped me in choosing the shower tiles, flooring and all that went into it also. I love the cabinet's and matching mirrors, both my bathrooms turned out beautifully. It was terrific to work with Caine & Company on our full remodel house project in Paradise Valley. The job foreman on our project was available 100% if the time to work with us and answer all questions we had along the way. We are extremely pleased with our finished home.

I cannot recommend Caine and Company enough! We had such a wonderful experience with Caine and Co from the design stages to the completion of our project. We hired them to design and build an addition on our home. Our design process took a few months to finalize and Lauren was so helpful and communicative about changes and ideas to make decisions that were best for our needs. Construction started in January and was completed by Caine and Co's projected completion date. We received daily updates from Stephen who also made sure we were aware of what work would be completed next. We lived in our home during the construction but Stephen was very punctual and respectful of our privacy as the work became more invasive of our existing home. Anytime we had specific questions or concerns they were addressed quickly. When changes needed to be made, Vaughn, Lauren and Stephen took the time to explain to us why and review our options. Justin has built an incredible team of people at Caine and Company! We would definitely use them again in the future.

We worked with the Caine and Co team this year to remodel our master bathroom and closets. I was blown away by their team through every step of the process. We sought information from HOUZZ, the Better Business Bureau, Registrar of Contractors, and online reviews. After meeting Justin Caine and learning of his company’s history, philosophy, approach, ratings and review, we chose Caine & Company. We could not be happier with the result! We took out a dining area/hallway wall, enlarged a kitchen window, put in new windows throughout the house, new flooring, reconfigured the kitchen with a new layout, granite, cabinetry, appliances, and lighting. We replaced granite and plumbing fixtures in the kitchen, laundry, powder room, and Jack/Jill bathroom. We put in new pendant lighting in the powder room and wallpapered walls in the master bedroom, TV/Guest room, and powder room. We took out an old pot niche entertainment wall and replaced it with a newly-built and more updated entertainment wall in the family room. We hired Caine and Company to remodel our kitchen and are so glad we did. Justine and our designer Lauren came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. Lauren has a great eye for detail and is very knowldgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, textures and fixtures will look best. She was a very valuable resource for us. Our main contact was Vaughn. He scheduled our job and kept us up to date with what was going on. He also followed up after every subcontractor finished their work and made sure it met Caine and Company's high expectations. Our lead carpenter Stephen showed up on time every day and his work quality was awesome. They are all very professional and easy to work with. We love our kitchen now and look forward to calling the team back to remodel our bathrooms in the future.

We purchased new Wellborn kitchen cabinet faces to match our existing cabinets as part of a kitchen island remodel. Lauren at Caine & Co. was very helpful in matching the new cabinet face door styles, sizes and stain color. She was friendly and knowledgeable and she made sure we ordered what we needed. She told us that the delivery time would be 4 weeks and the materials were delivered to our home within that time frame.

As a subcontractor, I've worked with Caine and Co for approximately four years. Justin and his team are great to work with, very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. They pay invoices in a timely manner which is much appreciated. Several of their in-house staff have been with the company for several years which speaks to how they treat their staff and subcontractors. I recommend them highly.

We love our new kitchen and great room! Justin and Shalona, the designer worked with us every step in the way. Decided to go with this company after getting multiple quotes and could not be any happier with our choice. What really set them apart from the other companies is having a project manager that runs the entire project and coordinates with all the necessary people throughout the process (including purchasing and arranging pick up of tile, countertops, faucets, hardware, etc.). We worked with Vaughn and Justin - both were very professional and communicated with us regularly and clearly. They made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the remodel. We couldn't be happier with the results and we look forward to using Caine & Company for our next remodel project!

Caine & Company completed a full kitchen/living room remodel for me in January 2017. Justin and his guys were able to take a photo of my dream kitchen and replicate it to the last detail, including a beautiful cedar tongue and groove ceiling and custom-painted cabinets. Project leads Vaughn and Brent were a pleasure to work with and their skill and workmanship is evident in the finished product. I had some frustrations with the sub-contractors, but I expect this comes with the territory. Overall, I am so pleased with my kitchen and hope to have Caine & Co complete future projects in my home.

Truly the best decision we've ever made was hiring Caine & Company! Justin Caine is not only an honest professional and trustworthy contractor but he also has an amazing eye for design. We hired Caine and Company to bring 3 bathrooms up to date, all at once, and would happily hire them again! From our first meeting to the final day of remodel, Justin and his team combined professionalism with creativity... and respect for the fact that we would be living in the space as they were doing their work! Two on-site managers, and subs that clearly had worked together with this team before, meant less time waiting for answers to questions before they could proceed. The guys showed up when they said they would, worked in a tidy and organized manner, and cleaned up after themselves every day. Justin created designs and suggested materials that were beautiful and consistent with our budget. His process before the first day of building, listening to our wants and needs and suggesting clever ideas of his own, kept us from needing huge change orders along the way. If there was more than one way to lay tile or install a light , the subs were quick to discuss the options with us instead of guessing what the plans meant and then needing to re-do things. It's now been several months since the remodel was complete, and we're still happy with all the decisions we made along the way!

I also hired Caine & Company when I needed work done at my personal home in 2011. They have always been very professional, timely and provided quality workmanship and materials. Their own expectations have always met or exceeded my own and I would, and do regularly, recommend Caine & Company to anyone in need of a contractor.

Caine & Company has done several projects for our house including transforming a patio area into a "dog" room, building a garage, remodeling our bathrooms, and doing a new fireplace and remodel of our main living areas. Caine and Company and all of their subcontractors did an excellent job. They gave accurate estimates, arrived on time, communicated with us, and the end results are great. We had some minor issues with door knobs etc. and they came back right away and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Justin and his team did an excellent job on remodeling both our bathrooms from beginning to end. From the start, Justin took the time to understand our needs along with our personal design preferences. He then was able to create unique layouts and design patterns that we reviewed and approved. The proposal estimates and timeline were very accurate which is another critical indicator for how we measured success of the remodel. During the remodel itself the team was very detailed oriented. At the end of each day they would be very willing to review progress and any open questions. They also ensured that the work area was clean and safe whenever they left. Even a year after the remodel, Justin and his team quickly respond to any questions or warranty items that we may have.

We recently used Caine and Company to fill in an atrium and make it a playroom. We also had them extend our garage significantly. Both of those projects involved fairly intensive construction but we also had them do smaller projects (re-facing a fireplace, re-doing our laundry room etc.). Justin and his team did an incredible job on both the large and small aspects of our remodel. They were timely, respectful and professional. Over the course of the 2.5 month project- both Justin and his crew became like family. They really went out of their way to make sure that we kept our sanity living in the house during the construction and even did little things like put smiley faces on the dust proofing to make our son laugh. They also did a great job of navigating dealing with our HOA (which is known to be difficult) and getting the plans approved right away. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.

Cain and Company remodeled our living room, dining room and entry way. We had two walls removed, the ceiling raised, hardwood floors installed, new windows and a lot of finish work including wainscoting and crown molding. Justin was thoughtful and professional, on time and on budget. He supervised his crew very well making sure that all of the work was completed to his satisfaction. Everything on the job turned out fantastic, exceeding my expectations. We will have Cain and Company back when we do our kitchen / great room.

Caine & Company removed decayed wood siding from the back of patio home, replaced and sealed siding, installed new patio door and two windows and painted new siding. Work was performed professionally, craftsman-like and in timely fashion. Work site was kept neat and tidy throughout project and area was meticulously cleaned when completed. Vaughan Royer (in charge of this job) was conscientious, punctual, attentive to detail and easy to work with.

We have used Caine & Co for multiple projects. Justin helped us with a kitchen and bathroom update in our previous home and then we just recently purchased a late 70s ranch home that needed a full remodel. We would not use another contractor! Justin is professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and helps you stay on budget. He has a keen sense of style and can help you refine your own design ideas. Our renovation was done on time, and we are thrilled with the outcome. As we continue our remodel, we will definitely contact him again!

I worked with Justin this year when I wanted to remove a downstairs wall in my 2 story, practically brand new home. I had a very strict time frame that I wanted to meet and I didn't want the construction to make a mess in the rest of my house. Justin did an excellent job getting the project done on time. He also kept the rest of the house clean so it didn't invade on the rest of our lives while it was being done. The finish between the old construction and the new construction matched perfectly. We did run into an unforeseen problem along the way, but Justin had an expert on the scene within only a day or two to remedy the situation. I would highly recommend him.

Caine and Company did a great job for us. We had two bathrooms remodeled at the same time. They came in, dust proofed the areas that required it, allowing us access to our bedroom area. The Project manager that we saw most days throughout the process, was amazing, didn't know he was there half the time. Great attention to detail, always cleared up at the end of each day, wonderful! Justin Caine himself is very helpful with helping you choose materials, colors and so on and opens you up to other ideas. There was one mistake in a measurement of a cabinet and he immediately let us know and took it on himself to put right. So, he and his Project Manager always kept us informed as to when workmen would be at the house and so on. Very happy with the results. Not the cheapest but reliable and good quality work.

We'd purchased a 20-year old home in a north-Scottsdale planned development, in serious need of modernization/remodeling, a reality which really hit home the day we moved into the place. Being from out-of-town, we knew of no design/build remodeling contractors so we picked three from Angie's List to interview. Of the three, Justin Caine, of Caine & Company, fit the bill perfectly for us, even better than we originally anticipated. Our home (1609 square feet) was totally remodeled, from top to bottom. There is nothing that isn't "new" in our home now. Although few structural changes were made, we now have all new flooring, counters, cabinets, fixtures, lighting, kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, paint, etc. And in a color scheme/theme which is modern, somewhat "hip," sophisticated and relaxing. Justin did a fantastic job of guiding us through the process of choosing a design theme/color scheme, and then of choosing materials which totally coordinated with that design theme/color scheme. We particularly appreciated the way he limited our choices to a reasonable (manageable) number of design materials, colors and textures, although we certainly could have had him show us more samples, ideas, etc., had we wanted to see more. Not only was Justin the greatest at guiding us through the whole process, another of the best aspects of Justin's company, however, is the full-time, on-site, contractor/supervisor who not only performed much of the work himself, but who also handled every surprise which arose during the remodel process with aplomb, speed and skill, requiring us to spend next to no time worrying about anything, nor having to make additional decisions. Without this guy on-site on a daily basis, any problems which arose (and there were a few surprises which apparently arise with every remodel project, but nothing major --- for us, at least) would have taken many extra days to rectify. This is not the case with Caine & Company, because of his on-site contractor/supervisor. Everything closely followed the agreed-to schedule of about 70 days, from start to finish, and was totally on-budget. The results of this remodel are totally stunning, and we couldn't be more pleased. The quality of the materials and workmanship is consistently first-rate, throughout the house and in every room. The neighbors who have seen Justin's work are similarly impressed. "Stunned" is probably a more apt description of people's responses to our finished project! Honestly, we cannot recommend Caine & Company more highly, and you will not be disappointed in choosing Caine & Company for your own remodel project, large or small. Justin and the staff at Caine and Company are professional and responsive. Every time I had a question I would contact him or the people on his team and they would get back to me extremely fast. They did an excellent job building my garage - high quality work and service. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Justin provided excellent service that was of the highest quality. His patient demeanor, professional knowledge and his attention to customer needs made our extensive remodeling job go smoothly and without any major issues. Justin is a truly nice person with a responsive staff. He entered into our lives in the middle of a terrible time following the death of a family member. It was Justin's job to add a room for a widow who just lost her husband. Imagine the demands that were put upon Justin and know that he was both sympathetic and concerned about our family as he was about the high quality of his work. I would highly recommend him.

I hired Caine & Co to renovate the kitchen of my townhouse last summer. Justin came and gave me free written estimate of the work and was helpful in making suggestions for style and design. He was very observant of my decorating style and suggested cabinet styles to match my home. Justin also asked important questions about how I liked to work in the kitchen to help make it more convenient for me and to maximize space since my kitchen is so small. He is very knowledgeable about all the kitchen components, giving me pros and cons regarding maintenance and durability for the various counter top and kitchen sink options. I never felt pressured to spend more or buy extras. Justin knew I was trying to save some money and he encouraged me to re-use my faucet since it was only a few years old Caine & Co team is very thorough. During removal of old cabinets, mold was found behind the wall. Justin immediately sent me a photo, told me how long it would take and the (very minimal) extra cost to repair. I was thankful for his honestly and attention to detail. I also had Caine & Co replace the carpet in my great room with tile. The installers were very nice and professional and later when I had some trouble with some grout crumbling, it was replaced without question or trouble. Justin and his crew were very easy to work with. I had hoped to be moved out when they began work, but had to stay for a few days longer. They were always very respectful of me and my home, leaving it clean when they left for the day. They were also very accommodating when I had a few minor changes. My house looks great, works great and I feel I got great service for a reasonable price. I'm also confident in the knowledge Caine & Co will stand by its work and quickly resolve and issues. I couldn't be happier with my choice or outcome.

The overall experience from the first visit to evaluate what needed to be done to the final visit from Justin Caine was professional and showed respect for our concerns and needs. Work was done within the timeline , all the workers that came were professional and the workmanship was very good. We hired Caine and Company to do a complete kitchen remodel in 2013. Justin was a professional and easy to work with every step of the way. The subs he hired and supervised were excellent tradesmen, on time, neat and easy to work with. Justin provided great ideas for design and construction. The kitchen turned out exactly like we wanted.

I had 3 different jobs done by Caine & Company. Two involved trim carpentry work on baseboards and were at 2 different homes. The third project was plywood siding on 2 patio ceilings at one of my homes. All three jobs were done professionally, as quoted and on time. I am very happy with the work they performed.

Justin and his crew were very organized and everything was laid out with a time frame that was pretty exact. Before the construction began, Justin went shopping with me to pick out cabinets, tile and flooring and provided guidance where needed. They gave a start and finish date and finished right on time. His crew were very respectful, knowledgable and cleaned up as best as was possible at the end of every work day. My job was a kitchen remodel that grew a bit to encompass dining and living area, so during this time I was relegated to living in a small area of my home. In light of that, they made sure I had access to whatever I needed to live through this(fridge, microwave)!while the rest of my appliances were covered in plastic on my back patio. I was thrilled with the finished product. Justin has since called to check to make sure I was still happy with everything and if there was anything that had come up that needed attention. I would use Justin and his company again in a heartbeat.

This was our second project- a major master bath and bedroom remodel- with Justin Caine. We were extremely pleased with the communication, quality of work and timeliness of completion. We were very pro-active in meeting with suppliers and vendors, and Justin extended to us his discounts, which was greatly appreciated. Previously, he had enclosed a back patio, creating a sun room. We will be using Caine Renovations in the future for our other projects.

Justin was helpful from concept to completion with our home renovation project in May/June 2011, delivering a high-quality finished product within our desired budget. He outlined scope of services and answered questions in a professional and relatable manner that made the process comfortable and easy to understand. The Foreman of his crew, Kyle, did a tremendous job transforming the interior of our home based on our desired specifications. Always the first person to arrive and last person to leave, Kyle strived to provide superior customer service and never disappointed. Upon completion of the renovation, Justin has followed up numerous times to ensure that we remained happy with the work and that we didn't need any touch-ups. Justin also referred us to a Housecleaner, HVAC Specialist, Plumber and Pool Serviceman - all four vendors have remained working for two years now as needs have arisen. He also replaced all the baseboards throughout my home and repainted all my doors and replaced all of the handles in my house. We hired Caine & Company to do a major remodel of a 5,000 s.f. home., including adding one bathroom. Justin Caine helped us with design of the new floorplan and recommended materials, such as wood floors, floor tile, cabinetry, fixtures etc. to fit our budget. The work was done on scheduke and and on budget. The quality of workmanship was very good, and follow-up on punch list items was excellent. Caine & Company came recommended to me through a coworker and I couldn't have been more pleased. Being fairly new to Phoenix it was a relief to know I was working with a company that has been AND will be around for a long time. Justin and his crew revamped most of the house I had purchased: New hardwoods, tile, bathrooms, baseboard, painting and crown moulding. I had some recessed lights and blown in insulation too. I got everything I wanted under budget and on time, can't ask for more than that!

After purchasing our home we wanted to install marble floors and rip out the dated built in entertainment center. Our real estate agent recommended Justin. I met with him in the house just once before returning to Ca. I explained what I wanted and when I wanted it. Justin listened! A few days later he faxed me the drawings and we agreed on a price. When we returned a couple of months later, the work was completed as promised. Unless you had lived in the house before, you would never notice that work had been done. The new floors flowed seamlessly into the existing and the new entertainment center he installed matched our adjacent existing kitchen cabinets perfectly. Just as important, he and his workers left our home looking beautiful. Half the battle of having work done, is not causing more work to be done. While Justin's fee was very reasonable, he would have been a bargain at twice the price. Over the past couple of years he has returned to complete small projects. His work is always perfect and it is always a pleasure to see him and his employees.
