This business is built on honesty and customer service. Dean and the Canadian Renovations team renovated our Vancouver condo and their fixed price contract provided total peace of mind. They have the proper credentials and get all the necessary permits. Dean made sure that everything met not only our expectations, but his high standards as the owner of the company. We had our two bathrooms completely remodeled in 2013. This involved asbestos removal, reinforcement of some subflooring, putting in new heated tile floors, new bathtub and shower, new sinks, new toilets, new cabinets, new lighting fixtures, new ceiling fans and ductwork, new mirrors, drywall, and paint. Everything was installed to the highest degree of workmanship - we are delighted with the result. We didn't choose the lowest quote - we chose Canadian Renovations because we thought they would do an excellent job for us, and they actually exceeded our expectations.
