We engaged Capital Builders to build our new home. Karun and Martin at CB have been tremendous to work with. I am a very picky buyer, and based much of my decision to hire CB on value and trust. Specifically, here is what I most appreciate about CB: Transparency: Karun has always kept me well aware of potential issues, risks, and associated costs related to our project. He is very transparent in what to expect, and all of my options. Knowledge: Martin, the lead project manager, is clearly very knowledgeable in the industry. Him and Karun have deep experience, and are able to answer all of my questions related to the project. I appreciate their patience and willingness to take the time to make sure I understand any and all details of our project. Trust: As with any project, building a home and engaging a builder always comes with a bit of skepticism. Will they cut corners? Will they deliver on time? Will they keep me aware of issues? Over the course of our time in working with Karun, he has gained our trust and we appreciate his honesty in all aspects of our build. Organization: Like most buyers should, I ask a lot of questions and expect a lot from people I work with. Karun quickly recognized this and got organized in a fashion that keeps me informed and the project organized. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend Capital Builders!
