Capo Design Build is a licensed home renovation firm and full service construction company that is located in Nesconset, New York on Long Island. We are a one stop shop for Residential, Commercial, Interior, Exterior, and Landscaping renovations of all kinds. We offer a wide variety of services and complete projects on all of Long Island (Nassau & Suffolk Counties) and beyond if requested. We provide services at all stages of the design, planning, and construction processes. This includes, Architectural Drawing / Drafting, General Contracting, and Full Service Building / Construction. Capo Design Build also specializes in a number of smaller remodeling projects for those that are only looking for a partial home renovation. We provide Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Additions, Decks & Porches, Roofing, Siding, Windows, and many other residential renovations. Our firm works with the best and most well regarded artisans, manufacturers and vendors in the area and have an incredible working relationship with all of our partnering companies. We have carved out a footprint in the Long Island landscape and have a long list of satisfied clients that are willing to testify to our level of excellence, in both building and design. Brian and his team were extremely professional and were readily accessible during the renovations. We were extremely happy with the quality of work that they performed. We had a house fire in January of this year. We interviewed a few builders and found Capo to be very thorough in their assessment of our situation and provided some ideas and feedback on how to improve the house during the re-construction phase. We were assigned a project manager that quarterbacked the project and actually did the work they said they would do in the time frame laid out. There was some minor hiccups along the way but the Capo team was quick to address them.
My wife and I are very please with the end product and would recommend Capo Design.

This company is wonderful to work with. Pete, the rep that I dealt with on this project was readily available and we were able to iron out all contract details in no time. The office staff is very friendly and professional. Anything I asked Katie for, she provided and whatever she said she would do was done immediately. The contract was complete and payments were made as promised. I look forward to doing more business with Capo Designs.

After searching for two years for a contractor who would actually call me back with an estimate for my home improvement, I met Brian Capo. He has an extraordinary eye for making a project on paper come to life as you speak with him. Brian looked at our plans and started asking us questions no other contractor had asked. "Why do you want to do this? ; Have you thought of this?; etc.." He won us over with his complete honesty and vision for our job. We are anxiously awaiting the completion of our home "facelift", as we are calling it, to completely modernize the front of our home.
