After swearing I would never remodel again . . . we hired Steve Christiano and team to complete a second story and remodel our front and back yards. Steve and his team made our experience easy from start to finish. He and his team are responsive and available; always happy to answer questions or explain situations. Communication was easy and straightforward and there were no surprises. Each person on his team possesses excellent customer service skills, are ready to help with a smile whenever they can, and are a pleasure to have working in our home. In addition, the team is proactive and organized making the job flow easily from start to finish. Finally, Steve and his team bring attention to detail and an eye for design to complicated decisions. We are so happy with our home and the building experience from start to finish.

We had needed a front yard, back yard makeover for awhile. The garden makeover included new 8’ Dutch front door, upgrade of fences with new gates, front facade focal point, installation of 4 sets of French doors, custom backyard BBQ with kegerator/refrigerator, sink, new patios (3) and fire pits (2). Steve Christiano’s input on design ideas was essential to getting the look we wanted. I highly recommend his company. His workers are true artisans!

I chose Christiano Homes to do a complete remodel on my house in Newport Beach in 2015. I was familiar with their quality of work and clean, modern style after seeing the results of a project they did for a friend (Santiago 2 story Mid-Century). My experience working with Steve and the rest of his team was outstanding through every step. They're experience was evident when helping me make decisions along the way, and the entire team was always super responsive and professional. Work was performed quickly and with no surprises. I'm thrilled with the outcome of the project and would absolutely recommend Christiano Homes!

We hired Christiano Homes to completely redo our backyard (pool, hardscape, landscape), as well as update our kitchen and living room space. We were not only pleased with the results, but the entire process. Christiano Homes was very professional, timely and detail oriented. Their team of sub contractors were the best we have ever experienced. We have already referred them to other friends who have had a great experience as well.

We met Steve Christiano after having met with upwards of 10 other contractors. We spent a lot of time interviewing and researching contractors so that we could finally begin our first remodel. Essentially, we were looking at a teardown of a 50 plus year old house, with some elements of the old house remaining. We felt that every contractor we met was more interested in telling us everything we wanted to hear just to get the job. However, Steve was different. He was blatantly honest on cost, timing and design. In fact, even before we agreed to hire him, he offered up a number of great design and structural ideas for us to consider (whether or not we agreed to go with him), which ultimately either saved us money or resulted in a better design. The final decision to hire Christiano Construction was really an easy one, and we are glad we did. The guy knows his business. The project started on the day he said it would and finished within a couple of weeks of the estimated completion date. The estimated time of construction was 7 to 8 months and we were back living in our new home in 8 months and 10 days (you can tell I was counting the days). The project also came in pretty much on budget since Steve got involved early enough that he was able to help with some important construction and design decisions that we were able to stick to. He knew where we could cut corners and where we needed to upgrade. It was nice not having to worry about change orders. The other positives about working with Christiano Construction were the workers. These guys were friendly and courteous. We actually missed them once the project was done. At the end of the day, the house came out fantastic and Steve helped make our first (and hopefully only) remodel a great experience. After our home was finished, a good friend up the street also followed our recommendation and hired Christiano Construction for the remodel of his investment property and walked away with a similar experience. If you live in Southern California and need a contractor, definitely call Steve.

Steve Christiano did a complete tear down and build for us and did a great job. The project was complicated since I lived out of state during the process but Steve was wonderful about communicating; he called, sent emails and even pictures and videos. Steve was also very helpful with problem solving and suggested improvements for the project. We were in the house when he had projected and the cost was well estimated. We enjoyed working with Steve and just love our home.

I hired Christiano homes to custom build my home in Costa Mesa. We were extremely happy with the work that he did. Not only is he a great contractor but he has a eye when it comes to design. He was able to keep me on track when it came to picking tiles and slabs for the kitchen and bathrooms. He also helped when it came to sticking with the budget. I think that Steve Christiano is a quality contractor and I would hire him again for a future project.

Christiano Homes did a fine job remodeling our house. Steve's Christiano's expertise is extra ordinary, extensive and always right on. He's crews are competent and do good crafts work. Project schedules are not always on time, but everything is tried to get the important jobs done.. I can only recommend Chrisitano Homes to my friends. Cheers Patrick
