I consulted with Christopher Walker in connection with a "drop" ceiling design and execution. Chris is a perfectionist with respect to the two most important aspects of an emotional and suitable architectural design: 1) the design itself; and 2) the execution to maintain the emotion from a design drawing. He is a consummate professional and innovative. He was a pleasure to work with and it is clear that his clients love his work. All materials and structure were well conceived, clever and structurally sound. Could not ask for a better experience.

Our company has being providing Millwork to Christopher Developments projects for the last 3 years. Its refreshing to work with a builder/design team that prides their selves in attention to detail and organization in todays fast paced building world. Of the many abilities we considered in choosing our builder, one of the key benefits that helped us choose our contractor was truly an inspired consideration. Chris not only had the organization, trades and professionalism, but also the skill and creative talent to put a design on paper that met our vision. He then worked with us to deliver our home that met, and often exceeded, that original concept.

The previous owners, who built the home, were very satisfied with the building process and specifically mentioned how easy it had been to work with this contracting company. The quality of workmanship, materieals, and finishing of this home are top-quality for the price range. Chris Walker, owner of Christorpher Developments, has been immediately available by email or phone to us, the new owners of the home, to answer questions or to provide advice on: - the sytems of the home and the brands of certain construction components (windows, doors, etc) - the viability of any construction changes we have considered (e.g., adding more cross-ventilation to one living area by replacing a fixed window with a transom window) -the referral of efficient, skilled, reliable tradespeople whom we have hired to make some minor cosmetic changes to the home His availability is exceptional, given the fact that we were not his clients. He is easy to talk to. He appears to understand our questions or concerns and he gives clear suggestions and feedback. We are proud to live in a home that is so well-constructed, and feel fortunate to have such a helpful contractor available to advise us.

Chris Walker, of Christopher Developments, has designed our new home in Victoria and he is now in the process of building it. The home is a redevelopment on the site of a pre-existing home. Chris has carried the project seamlessly through rigorous environmental and architectural requirements. The project is both on time and on budget.
