Carl and the team at Clarke Brothers delivered an outstanding product on 12 Blackfish Lane. Quality craftsmanship and the desire the get the job done the right way was prevalent during the construction process. I have had the opportunity to work with a majority of the GC's on island and Clarke Brothers is an excellent option.

Nantucket Looms

Nantucket Looms has collaborated with Clarke Brothers Construction on several residential remodels. They have strong relationships with their subcontractors, enabling the projects to move quickly and efficiently. They are always responsive to our requests and have shown us courtesy and respect throughout the projects. The quality of their work is top notch. We look forward to working with CBC on many more future projects.

Over the last few years, Clarke Brothers Construction has completed a kitchen renovation for us, two bathroom renovations, built a new deck and an outside shower, and replaced most of the windows in our Nantucket home, not to mention various smaller jobs. In all cases, we have been extremely pleased with the results. Owners Carl and Gerard Clarke are professional and very responsive to owners' concerns. They communicated about the jobs in a timely way, and kept us informed about their progress, often with photos and video of the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating a construction project on Nantucket.

I have hired Clarke Brothers Construction for multiple projects. I would hire them again. They give a budget and stick to it. They stay in touch during a project, sending pictures when they find something unexpected. Communication is superb and workmanship is outstanding. I trust them to always be straight with me and to get the job done. I recommend them highly.
