Our remodel helped us make very effective use of a small space -- both opening up the inside and adding a beautiful new roof deck to take advantage of our ocean views. We love our new home, and are very glad that we took on the project. The Union Tribune Coastal San Diego Homes and Estates February 2018 issue did a feature on the space, referenced here on the Coastal Home Design Studio Houzz site, which nicely highlights the improvements.

We loved working with Suzanne and Rob for our master bedroom and bath remodel. Suzanne’s design was perfect and she guided us to a result that we loved. We appreciated how well design and construction worked together and their responsiveness was excellent. Now the rooms we spend the most time in are beautiful and relaxing. The crew was excellent as well with superior attention to detail. We would definitely call Suzanne and Rob for any future remodeling needs.

We used Coastal Home Design in 2019 for a kitchen remodel that was needed after we suffered substantial water damage. Suzanne and team were a pleasure to work with. She listened and was responsive to what we wanted while also providing helpful suggestions to make our dream a reality. They worked with us to find cabinets, countertops, and other accessories that fit into our budget, but that were also beautiful and functional. The team was attentive throughout the entire process to ensure that every detail met our expectations. During this process, we were expecting a baby, so having the job done on time was also a priority. Their hard work to make sure we had a finished kitchen before our baby arrived was greatly appreciated. The team at Coastal Home Design is professional, personable, and reliable. We would absolutely hire them again for future projects.

I ordered from another vendor a stainless steel Kholer K-6644-ST grid to protect the bottom my of sink thinking it will fit according to the picture and dimensions. But went it arrived the grid is way too big, so I had to find a replacement ASAP. So when I first contacted Coastal Home Design Studio (CHDS)on February 11, 2020, 2:26 PM, and from the entail phone and text conversations, right away I noticed that there is something special about this business. Mind you I'm just ordering a small item, but they way I was treated is like I was a long time customer. There is a saying, if you can't handle small things in life, how can you handle the big ones. Matt is very courteous, professional and kind, and the transaction went smoothly like butter. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this company and I encourage to visit their showroom in vista, and follow them on Instagram, and show them your support. We were lucky enough to have Coatsal Home Design recommend to us after we purchased a new boring cookie cutter home. Suzanne and her team were so easy to work with and pushed us out of our comfort zone which we needed. The end result was an amazing home that we were contstantly complemented on. People would often ask if we purchased a model home. She is very easy to work with and actually makes the process fun as there are so many design choices out there.
