We have used Joanie off and on for years whenever the occasion arose. She has a marvelous ability to conceptualize anything from a single room to an entire house while keeping in mind the tastes and styles which we appreciate.

Joanie Smith with ADM Group provided design services on a remodel/addition of a residence I designed in Pt. Loma and she was very creative and tasteful in her selections. The finished home is more than I could have hoped for and it was truly a pleasure working with her. ADM Group is fabulous. They are helping me re-vamp my house one area at a time. We just finished a major outdoor project and kitchen facelift. I'm beyond please with both areas. Next we are going to be expanding our master bedroom. Love them!

She transformed these old tired homes into beautifully designed properties, that my clients simply loved. She was able to work with the existing structures, and create homes that had universal appeal.
