Love, love, love our total home renovation by Craig Custom Builders! It could not have went smoother. From start to finish their project manager guides you through every step of the way. Their experience, attention to detail and quality workmanship shows in the final product. It was a wonderful, enjoyable experience working with them. Not only are they great builders, they are good people too!

We engaged Craig Custom Builders and its owner Kevin Frasco to build our dream house on a lake. This house was meant to be a place where family and friends can gather, have fun and feel comfortable. CCB built a beautiful home. So much of a home is custom, built on the job, and CCB and all of the trades that they recommended brought the highest standards of workmanship to our job. In addition, Kevin really listened to what we wanted in this house, and made excellent suggestions based on his long years of experience that enhance our enjoyment of our home every day. Another plus that we believe separates CCB from many of its competitors is that they have on staff a project coordinator, Rosemarie Wilson, who is as talented as any that I have dealt with over many years of owning and renovating homes. In addition to coordinating the actual build, she is a trained interior designer and was invaluable to us in helping us select everything that goes into outfitting a new home, from fixtures to finishes. The breadth of her knowledge in this area was a key component of our satisfaction with the whole process. We highly recommend CCB.

I recently had a full kitchen remodel done by Kevin and Rosemarie at Craig Custom Builders. This is the second project we did together and for good reason - they are really great builders! They know how to produce your vision with the highest quality standards, offer really great suggestions, bring in the most professional and talented experts and are very respectful of your home and time. I am thrilled the way our new kitchen looks - it's absolutely stunning! I couldn't have done it without Rosemarie helping bring my vision to life.

I had the pleasure of working with Craig Custom Builders for a design project I was involved with in New Jersey. It was an unusual project where I was located out of state and had to complete it via long distance. Rosemarie and Kevin were very helpful with taking care of the things locally that I could not access and were very thorough in their communication and knowledgeable on the many aspects that we needed to complete. From the first meeting with Kevin Frasco & his colleague, RoseMarie we felt comfortable. They listened & guided us in what was a very trying & challenging time to rebuild our home from a fire. Their attention to detail & educating us as we went were impeccable. They & their subcontractors & crews were timely & respectful. It was like working with family. When we were able to move back into our home it was even more beautiful than it had been.

I had the opportunity this weekend to visit two homes Kevin was in the process of building. I am a remodeling contractor my self wit a good eye for detail and have to say I was extremely impressed with Kevin and Rosemarie's ability to plan and execute every fine detail of the homes they are building. Kevin's customers are getting a house that is built right. I would recommend to any one looking to build in his area use Kevin and Rosemarie to do there project.

Craig builders has completed two jobs on our house. First the addition to our kitchen and dinning room. The work done was impeccable and attention to detail is an understatement. They also finished off our "unfinished" basement. A new bathroom, laundry room, kids playroom, stairs, windows and sump pump. The job, again, was done professionally, on time and within our budget. No hidden fees or additions to our contract. I can't say enough about the quality of the work performed, professionalism of the staff and how the company made us feel, whether it was a big or small job, they were on top of every moment in the project.
