Daedalus Design Build

My wife and I had a vision: converting our South Philly home into something both inviting, stunning and timeless. We wanted to maximize our space, bring in more sunlight, completely re-do our kitchen and entire first floor--really, we wanted everything. Luckily, which is an understatement, we were referred to Alan Henderson and Daedalus Design Build. Alan is an amazing architectural designer, and had an uncanny ability to take our ideas, both from pictures and our description, to come up with a design that fit our style exactly and he was able to help us through the entire process with patience and professionalism. Daedalus' work is impeccable, we are completely stunned by the craftsmanship and the attention to detail. Alan was able to make our vision a reality. Beyond Alan and his colleagues' talents and skills as designers, they were all so pleasant to work with, going the extra mile to make everything as smooth as possible on us through the process. Daedalus has completed a few projects for us over the last two years (including a studio makeover, exterior woodwork, drywall, design and installation of a deck and stairs, interior lighting) and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Through the design phases, they brought numerous quality ideas and drawings and listened to our thoughts carefully. Through the construction phases their workers were very professional, clean, and timely. Love working with Alan of Daedalus. He does good work, he's knowledgable about sustainability and cares about it deeply, and he's respectful and pleasant to work with.
