I love Dena! She spent 3 years with us doing a total renovation. I am a creature of habit, and not one to enjoy change. Dena ever so gently convinced me to all the possibilities my beautiful home could become. It is now my dream home. We worked together so well. I knew what I liked, and she helped me bring it to life. She ran the entire operation as we headed south to get out of the construction. I highly recommend Dena for a small project, to a complete transformation. You won’t be disappointed.

I hired Dena to help me with a small, outdated bathroom. I told her that I was very conservative and needed her to help me go beyond the box. She turned my outdated bathroom into a beautiful dream bathroom. My husband and I love it! I was skeptical at first, but she assured me it would look great and it did. She was very professional, was always available when I had questions and her team of workers were also reliable, on time every day and very pleasant to work with. I will always use Dena if I have any other household projects as I trust her judgment explicitly. She is a joy to work with!

Dena was great! We live in a 75 year old home and we were doing a major kitchen renovation, taking down a wall and incorporating a small side room. Dena helped me visualize how this could all come together with some unique appliance placements that we love. There were glitches, and believe me there always are ( the floor where the wall was removed was lower than the other flooring complicating installing the new hard wood floor). Dena met with the contractors and always came to me with reasonable options. If you are doing a major renovation, I really don't think you could go wrong with Dena.

Dena is AMAZING! We are remodeling our entire home with her. She always has taken the time to listen to what I like, but add her own personal touch. The result has been an absolutely stunning yet cozy home! She truly has a gift for choosing colors and fabrics. I love the fact that she stays on top of the job and always gives me updates too. I cannot speak highly enough of Dena! If you hire her, you will not be disappointed!

We wanted to remodel our kitchen and open it up to the dining room. Unfortunately, we weren't having any luck deciding on the exact layout and finding someone to stay within our tight budget. Then came Dena and her team. She was able to come up with a layout and design that we were happy with and most importantly, provided options when it came to the budget. To save a little money, I did the demo myself, but her crew did the rest. The crew was professional and worked around our schedule. Dena was very helpful in picking out the colors/material. She guided and gave us a little push when needed. Communication was a little slow at times (reason for 4 stars) and mostly through text/email messages, but we all have busy schedules. In the end, Dena knows her stuff and was very flexible in accommodating our wishes. I do recommend Dena and thank her for all the help to give us our dream kitchen!

Sometimes in the time it takes to get the defective products in for the punch list my guys are on another site and we have to work around their schedule as well as your own to get things accomplished. I believe the project ran exceptionally well with the exception of one or two small items but I will take what you said under advisement and try and be better in the future. Again, great working with you and I hope you enjoy your kitchen for years to come.

My husband and I were planning some updates to our home and found Dena on Houzz. We originally reached out to Dena for a color consultation – however after getting frustrated with the recurring message “No, you can’t do that with your existing kitchen” from a local kitchen cabinetry consultant, we reached out to Dena for a second opinion. I am so very thankful that we did!! She had the creativity to build a concept that included all that we were looking for! Additionally, she was able to point us to top-notch contractors to do the work and saved us from missteps we would have made on our own - all with a tight timeline which she met. Also I can’t say enough about how she managed to navigate us to a plan when my husband and I had differing opinions on granite, colors, and overall style! I know that we were not the easiest couple to design with, but Dena listened to both of us and we both love the result! We are now working with Dena on a second phase of house updates and would recommend her highly to anyone looking for fresh design ideas and the know-how to get them implemented.

Dena oversaw every detail and rolled up her sleeves when needed. The attention to detail and quality of work was outstanding. My husband found Dena Caron on the Internet. He was looking for someone close to our home to help us remodel our kitchen. She, along with her assistant, pretty much held my hand and guided me through this project from beginning to end. My house would never look this good if it wasn't for her. My husband and I never could agree on what to do or where to start! She made sure she defined my taste and what I was looking for and transformed my 27 year old kitchen to a beautiful updated very functional one. It is almost finished so soon pictures will be posted and the before and after pictures will show what I mean. Dena has an amazing eye for decorating and if you choose her for your decorator you will be glad you did. My husband and I both just love her❣

Dena has done numerous jobs for us over the year with impeccable taste and a real eye for what fits your personality and taste. She is very particular in who she uses as a sub-contractor and regularly supervisors their work. In 2014 she designed and supervised the complete renovation of our kitchen which continually gets praises from our friends and visitor. You cannot go wrong in using her to design, implement, and complete a job that will make you a very satisfied customer.

We have used Dena for our kitchen, laundry, family room and powder room. Dena has the vision to pull everything together to make it look beautiful. On my own, I could never do it. Dena works with you to your own style and preference and budget. We are now using her for our master bathroom. One last thing, she coordinates everything. The ordering, the people who will do the work etc. so, in addition to being a great designer, she also runs the project to completion! Great for 2 working parents of three kids! Love her!

Dena has done a number of projects over the last several years at our Pittsburgh Headquarters building. She brings a terrific balance of creativity, professionalism, and reliability. The projects have refreshed what was becoming a rather tired facility. In addition to selecting very attractive colors, patterns, and finishes, Dena does a great job communicating the work plan and making sure that it is followed. Dena gave me the direction I needed when I started remodeling our home. She has provided beautiful design ideas that are updated and functional. The initial project was a bathroom remodel during which she demonstrated her knowledge of all aspects of a remodeling. This gave me encouragement and confidence to update our kitchen, hallway, laundry room and family room. The work began as planned and was finished in a timely manner. She follows through and pays attention to detail. I continue to work with her on additional decorating projects.

We loved our neighborhood but not our house, not so much; it was stuck in the 80’s. Dena changed all that and stayed in budget. We now have an open concept floor plan and modern colors and fixtures in what was a cookie cutter space.
