Working in a Dept.356 project was nothing but a great experience for us on the trades side, from the very beginning through the completion of work. A clear and up to date communication made it easy for us to schedule the job, adjust the design on the go for any variance, and to deal in advance with any possible contingency. Last but not least, they honored our agreement delivering payment on time and in full. I hope we'll have the chance to work together again very soon.

I recently purchased a home that had been extensively renovated by Dept 356 over the past several months. My experience living in the home since the renovation has been absolutely fantastic. The renovation showed incredible attention to detail and thoughtful planning as to how the home would actually be used. Every day I appreciate how much work went into it and what a pleasure it is to live in the end result. Thus far the quality of the workmanship has been exemplary in terms of standing up to day to day living. Everything works as it should. Where I have had questions about how a particular fixture or piece of equipment works they have been quickly and professionally answered. I would not hesitate to use this company for future projects.

Exceptional attention to detail, execution and most importantly Todd is a wonderful person to work with .. problem solving skills and creative solutions are the hallmarks of development, and Todd and his team have this skill set in abundance. Highly recommended!
