Steve and his team at Design Build LLC did a fantastic job with renovating my house. From the first time I met Steve I felt things would go smoothly and they certainly did. The work was completed without any downtime and I get nothing but amazement from people when they enter my house.

Steve Brown & Design Build did a phenomenal job designing the addition to our house. We added a second story to our ranch. Steve worked closely with us incorporating our ideas and keeping things on budget. In addition to designing he hired all the contractors and worked with us in picking out the windows, ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures, etc. The contractors he brought in were all top notch, professional and their work was of the highest quality. He was also great at keeping the work on schedule. Couldn't recommend him any higher. We love the new addition to our house!

We choose Steve and Design Build LLC to be the architect & general contractor after seeing some of his impressive previous work. Steve loves what he does and you can see it in his work. He has helped us design an amazing custom home at each step of the process. He uses technology effectively to allow a client to understand what their structural and design choices might look and feel like.

Before we began our project, we had contemplated having our new 2nd floor addition done by a builder alone. Thankfully, some wise person suggested talking with Steve first. Steve presented a design that incorporated everything we wanted--3 bedrooms and a bathroom in a very small space--when others could not find a solution for us. Steve's design was amazing; we were blown away by his attention to detail and creative solutions. We appreciated Steve's care and patience in explaining our options and decisions, as this was our first major home project. We decided the design-build approach, all with Steve's team, would be best for our home. We knew a man with his exceptional vision would stand behind his team's work and ensure the execution would live up to his vision. We were very pleased with the team's ability to do quality work, on budget, and within the agreed-upon timeline. Years later, we are still thrilled with our home. The second floor, now only 7 years old, is perfectly integrated with our first floor, which is more than ten times its age. We still receive compliments from neighbors and passers-by to this day! We definitely recommend Steve's work and would happily work with him again on any future projects.

They were able to find a solution for us to expand our home without raising the roof. It had eluded several other contractors and it turned out brilliantly. Saved us a lot of money as well.

Design Build LLC designed the improvements to my Manhattan apartment and transformed the space in with a new kitchen including a bar able to seat 4. I found Design Build extremely professional, as well as attentive to my needs and detail. They made what could have been a complicated process very simple and turnkey. I was very pleased with process and could not be happier with how my new kitchen looks.

Steve Brown is an amazing talent. We added and extra 2000 square feet to our existing house. The new addition is beautiful and seems like it has always been there!!! The entire process start to finish was easy. Steve came up with a creative design that took care of all our needs then executed the build. the end result is we now have the house o our dreams!
