When we decided to embark on a remodel project of our little beach cottage, we knew finding the right contractor would not be easy. We feel very blessed to have found Lisa. She transformed our crumbling little getaway into a swoon-worthy home that is very hard to leave when we have to go back to reality. Her incredible eye for design and maximizing space, desire to keep us within our budget and timeline and incredible industry knowledge made this remodel a fantastic experience for us. We also gained a great friend and would recommend Lisa to anyone and everyone.

I could not be more thankful for Lisa and the DD&C team. When we had a leak in our kitchen and needed to remodel, Lisa stepped in and completely exceeded all expectations. She was exceptionally thorough and took the time to advocate for us, which resulted in us receiving more compensation than we expected from our insurance company. She coordinated everything perfectly so that the renovation happened extremely quickly, and made sure we were not inconvenienced for long. She even worked with her contractors to get us the best possible pricing and service. The end result? The kitchen I have always dreamed of after living in my home for 10 years! There are not enough wonderful things to say about Lisa and her team. I feel so fortunate to have worked with them. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone looking to build or remodel! Lisa's meticulous attention to detail and amazing sense of design make her the perfect choice for your renovation. My house renovation turned out even better than I imagined! I wasn't really sure how to update the space, I just wanted it to look airy, bright, and comfortable. Lisa was able to to take my vague request and turn it into my dream house. Lisa took care of the hundreds of details that make a final product look professional and finished. Everything is flawless. And all of this was accomplished from several states away and I didn't see the final results until we arrived with the moving truck. I'd highly recommend Lisa for your project!

Lisa Reynolds, owner of Dimenson Design and Construction, is more than a “builder.” When we sit in our home, not only do we appreciate that she built it in less than a year, but we also are in love with the features that she added. To name a few; tongue and groove ceilings, transom windows, stucco indoor fireplace with custom mantle matching custom gas range hood, wood beams on ceiling, hurricane proof windows and doors, detailed kitchen design, staircase and elevator design, mirrored and high end glassed bar, gorgeous floors, an entryway that knocks your socks off ..... I could go on and on. Lisa made this beach house a home. What an amazing experience!

Dimension Design & Construction, LLC. is the builder on our Boca Bay town homes in Surf City, NC. Lisa is the consummate professional who pays attention to detail, costs and design. One of the things I was impressed with is she is almost always on the job site. Fewer challenges arise and helps keep a project on track. Lisa designed and constructed a kitchen remodel for us on a house that we had recently purchased. From beginning to end Lisa was hands on and very detailed as she handled every aspect of the project. She quickly understood what we wanted and went to work and found a perfect and unique granite, custom tiled backsplash, and island. Lisa was always accessible and had a can do attitude. Everything turned out beautiful! We highly recommend Lisa and look forward to her helping us with upcoming projects.

I am honored to make a statement about the work that Dimension did for my family! We bought a 31 year old beach cottage and hired Mrs Okusko to completely renovate everything in our new home. We rented else where during the construction and WOW, it turned out great. Dimension removed all the old and installed all new (a-z)! We moved into our new home on time and on budget. Mrs Okusko handled it all. She is delightful to work with and is state of the art in design! She even helped us pick our cookware and furnishings. I have had other building contractors work for me in the past and they all were a disappointment, to say the least. Not the case with Dimension Design and Construction. Every day we live in our home is a Blessing and I am glad a friend recommended Dimension to us!

Lisa is one of the best and most conscientious contractors I’ve ever known. She works hands on almost as much as behind the scenes. Her decorative skills are outstandingly on point. I used to work in the industry for sub- contractors, so I understand most of the ins and outs of the business. I hired her when it came to a couple of major replacements such as septic system and the heating & air system and was very pleased with her recommendations as well as her subs and the jobs they each did. She is very picky about which subs she uses for which job. She was able to reel me in when I wanted to go a different route and actually saved me a little money. I also hired her to repair and replace a roof on my former home. Her expertise from beginning to end was over the top. She tries to keep you within your planned budget even though sometimes we want to splurge because she is very good at costing. Lisa will be the one I go back to time and again until my house is completely renovated! I wouldn't let anybody else get near my house!
