On the first of November, 2019, I contacted Dollman Construction, Inc., after reviewing the company online. I was interested in getting a quote to resolve a leak in our Sunroom as well as replacing the ceiling insulation and vinyl. My wife and I decided to have Dollman to do the work based upon their knowledge and reviews. They started work a few days after the contract was drawn up. Each crew that worked here from the roofers, carpenters and ceiling contractors were on time and worked efficiently to complete their task, cleaning up as they worked each day. I was able to contact Jimmy Dollman with any questions that came up and always received a timely response. Dollman Construction was a firm that did a interior makeover for a friend of ours. We liked what we saw so we selected them to give us a proposal on a complete interior redesign and construction of the living , kitchen, bedroom and master bath areas. At the first meeting when we exchanged ideas on what we wanted we recognized and appreciated the creative ideas that Dollman presented to us. Throughout the entire project we stayed informed on the various components of what was taking place and its target date for completion. Aside from the quality workmanship the most impressive thing to us was that the finished product looked almost 99% identical to the first plans and drawings we approved months before, thus eliminating any surprises (unlike some of the TV home improvements shows). The biggest testimony we receive is from our friends who visit and exclaim "WOW". Dollman is a professional who exhibits perfection at every facet of his approach, from the initial drawings to the final piece of trim. We highly recommend Dollman Construction to anyone who is contemplating a fresh approach to their home or business construction project.

We hired Dollman Construction to design and remodel our kitchen and two and one half bathrooms. The project was completed over a year ago and we are as pleased today as we were when it was first done. The kitchen is not only beautiful, but is very functional as well. It is a great working place as well as a place where guests can gather when they come for a meal. Jimmy Dollman's design had many features we had never considered. Dollman Construction did quality work and the workers were friendly, respectful, neat, and dependable. They cleaned up after themselves each day and put up barriers to contain the dust. The subs used by Dollman also did good work and were pleasant to deal with. Jimmy Dollman kept a close eye on the project and would call at least weekly to get our input on how things were going. He was very personally involved with the selection of all the new appliances and other items needed and helped us stay within our budget. The office staff was personable and efficient and more than willing to explain any questions we had about the billing process. There were no increased costs from the original bid (other than for items we requested) and there were no major delays. We would highly recommend Dollman Construction and would not hesitate to use them again ourselves.

We hired DOLLMAN Construction to completely remodel our kitchen and dining room. We really appreciated the personal service provided from the initial meeting, the architectural drawings, and design suggestions to help us remain within our budget. All services were provided with professionalism as well as attention to detail. We love the results and have received so many compliments on it.

Jimmy Dollman and his company built my dream kitchen on time and within budget. After many meetings and many changes to the drawings Dollman Construction built a modern kitchen which is the envy of my friends. Jimmy and his project manager were always as near as my phone willing to listen to my wants and needs for the project. The project also included new floors throughout the main level of my house. The floors have completely changed the feel of our house. The house looks so shiny and clean. I have already recommended this company to friends who were looking for a company to do their bathroom. I will use them when I have more work done in my house.

Dollman Construction was a pleasure to work with on our recent renovation. We worked with them over the past year in meeting and getting initial thoughts on what we wanted and from there Jimmy Dollman had an architectural design drawn up that meet our budget and incorporated everything we were looking for in our renovation. The renovation consisted of the whole house being redesigned and rebuilt from the floor up to the roof. Their work included all new kitchen, adding a second bathroom, all new doors and windows, siding, replace a tin roof with sheeting and shingles, hardwood floors and outside decks on back and side of the house. The crew that was on site during the renovation was great as well. They always kept the site clean and was respectful when asked questions about the process. They were also very knowledgeable about construction and codes to make the house very sound. The house is around eighty years old and with the work they have done, I can see it being around another eighty or more. The office staff was always willing to help with any questions or concerns we had and would promptly respond if they could not answer right then. Working with Dollman Construction was one of the best choices we made. People do not even recognize the house now that it is complete they did such a great job.

We have used Dollman twice to finish basements. They do quality work for a reasonable price. They show up early and/or on-time and finish on schedule. They are a pleasure to work with.

Jimmy Dollman met with us initially to get our ideas and wishes. He continued with drawings and concepts that met our specifications, the county's, and asthetic appeal. His employees are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend Dollman for your project.

My wife and I contacted Dollman Construction in early October with a challenging request. Basically, we needed to double the living space in our newly purchased home and to do it by the middle of December in time for her to move the contents of our home in Northern VA here and be settled in by the holidays. A lot to ask we knew, and after meeting with several other contractors in the area that were not willing to attempt to bring us in within the time frame we laid out, we were very pleased not only with Dollman’s “can do” attitude, but also with their professionalism and honesty with respect to the project. We wanted to finish our entire basement, including adding a full bathroom, great room, abundant storage space and an office/bedroom combination. From the onset, we were pleased with the approach. First we met with Jimmy Dollman the owner, and with his senior team to discuss every aspect of the job, there were several on-site meetings that included all of the sub-contractors that were going to be involved and then before we proceeded with anything, we were provided with detailed architectural drawings that covered every aspect of the job form the framing, plumbing and electrical to all of the side notes, the little things we wanted done that made this job unique. Throughout the project, we met regularly with the project manager assigned to our job, discussed any issues as they would arise, continued to get estimates on the timeline for completion and we were always in the loop, never blind-sided by anything. In addition, every contractor who worked on-site was respectful, treated our property with respect and were very clean, in fact the job site was left clean at the end of each day. All in all, we could not be more pleased with the job Dollman did for us, the quality of the work is excellent, the job was completed on time as promised and there were no unresolved issues or surprises at all. If you want your remodel done right – I would personally recommend Jimmy Dollman and his team of professionals, regardless of how small or large the job, your job is treated with the same attention to detail and the same priority.

Dollman recently added 2 rooms, covered porch, portico and remodeled my master bath. The quality and workmanship is beyond amazing. The appraiser told me that he had never seen such quality in a remodel in his entire career! Not only is the construction amazing, but the design side of the business is equally wonderful. Jimmy is truly an artist! I'm the pickiest person ever and if you can please me, you've really done something!!
