Hello, i am real estate agent and builder representative was not helpful enough with my client that i brought them. He literally ran away after the services she gave to my client. They have so many client meetings and doesnot get it done in one go. Everyone is so busy they should make adjustments.

I would not recommend buying a house from this builder unless you see a verified site plan of the area that you are buying in. Bought a Doug Tarry home in St Thomas Ontario, and was told semis and a small Office building with some retail was going in near my purchase and I bought knowing this. To my horror what I was told was a lie and I have now found out that as 3-5 apartment buildings will be built adjacent to my new home. BAIT AND SWITCH
