We recently did a renovation of our condo in Yaletown with DT Design Studio and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the beginning, they were great to work with. They listened to what we wanted, helped us with the design and made the whole process much easier than we expected. There were a lot of details involved in renovating a condo, but they handled everything professionally and kept us updated along the way. We’re really happy with the final result. The quality of the work is excellent and the finished condo looks even better than we imagined. We would definitely recommend DT Design Studio to anyone considering a renovation.

Having experienced and seen numerous renovation projects over the years, I've learned that while many designers produce decent work, three key qualities elevate a team from good to truly exceptional and DT Design Studio delivers on all of them: 1) Meticulous Attention to Detail: A truly great renovation comes down to the final 10% that most people overlook. Unlike other contractors who leave noticeable gaps around ceilings, cabinets, or appliances, Zami and Milan maintain immaculate standards and will never accept sub-par craftsmanship. 2) Upfront Transparency: Instead of lowballing an initial estimate only to double the budget later through scope creep, DT Design Studio gives you clear pricing options upfront that stay within a predictable 5–10% range. You always know where you stand financially. 3) Genuine Pride & Care: They treat your space as if it were their own. For example, rather than taking shortcuts like laying hardwood flooring around a kitchen island, they install the complete floor first before mounting the island. They genuinely care about the quality of the build and live for that moment of client excitement when the transformation is revealed. I highly recommend Zami and Milan at DT Design Studio if you want a seamless, high-end renovation experience with no surprises.

I would highly recommend Milan and Zami to anyone looking for renovation and interior design of their home. They’re a fantastic team and highly professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and clearly take pride in their work. Great people with a fantastic track record of high quality projects!

We had a fantastic experience working with DT Design Studio on our whole-house renovation a few years ago. They brought a wealth of practical knowledge and experience to the project and had a real knack for making the “impossible” possible. They helped us move walls, replace windows and flooring, upgrade the electrical and plumbing, develop a new lighting plan, and add custom built-in cabinetry. Throughout the process, they listened to what we wanted, were patient with our questions and changes, and always offered practical suggestions to help keep costs under control without compromising the overall result. The trades they used were excellent, and the entire project was handled professionally and with good communication. We always felt that our ideas and direction were respected. Most importantly, they helped us create a home that works for us — and one that we genuinely enjoy living in. We would highly recommend DT Design Studio!

Milan and his Team were extreme Professionals, from the quoting process and right through to the end of the project, even making sure the work site was clean and tidy at the end of each day! Couldn’t be happier with the job and would not hesitate to suggest them for any job!
