Elegance by Colonial Homes

We built our home with Elegance back in 2014. We had visited 6 different builders and their model homes and after seeing the quality of the Elegance model home we selected them. We were able to be present each day during construction and had the opportunity to speak with ALL subcontractors. We were extremely impressed that ALL of the subcontractors gave great reviews of Elegance Homes and assured us that we had picked one of the best builders, if not the best, in the area. The design professional, Sue, took the stress out of the building process by assisting us with colors and design. They utilize Hartville Hardware for flooring, cabinets, appliances , and more which was very professional and top quality. We have been in our house over 2 years and absolutely love our home and the floor plan.. Dan was very helpful in tweaking our floor plan to make it practical and "elegant" !

Great experience. Dan was outstanding to deal with. This guy really knows his stuff and understands building a "functional" home with no wasted space.
