I had the pleasure of receiving a quote from West. He was on time, patient, knowledge, and friendly. We have since moved from the home we were going to remodel after hearing West’s advice. My husband and I can not wait to work with this company on remodel projects for our kitchen and basement! Thanks West!

Jim and West were easy to work with and super friendly. Our second floor addition looks like it was meant to be on the house, something that was a concern we had before the start of working on the design. They walked us through many options for a design that we would be happy with and were always willing to listen to our ideas. We are happy with the end result and so glad to have worked with them both.

When we were looking for a contractor we had very little idea who would be the best for constructing our new addition. When we searched we had many contractors that called but our design was an easy one. Elevate spoke clear English and asked if we could meet so they could get to know us and what we wanted. When Jim arrive he took the time to get to know us and to understand CLEARLY what we were looking for. He came up with several designs and we chose the one that, not only was what we wanted but fit in our budget, not above our budget. We made arrangements to meet Wes, our builder, who also took the time to ensure he knew of anything we needed special. As our build proceeded, I asked Wes to do special in wall storage spaces, relocate some things (after framing and you visualize placement your future furniture in place some things may need to be moved). Wes did everything we asked and with his ideas we ended up with exactly what we wanted. I am a stickler that walls are at a 90 degree angle and straight, something few builders seem to care about. All of our sheetrock is straight and flat. All our wiring was placed to avoid picture nails, all water and sewer lines were place to protect from nails for pictures and windows had good framing for curtains. We were allowed to purchase our own doors and they installed them perfectly. All hardware (hinges, locks, outlets and switches) purchased for the addition were top quality. All trim and painting were of top quality also. The only additional cost we had were the few upgrades we asked for as our addition progressed. This is a great company with excellent carpenters. Their carpenters are some of the best I have ever encountered. Elevate is the best!!

Elevate Design Build, LLC did an amazing job on our kitchen renovation which included removing a wall, rewiring electric and plumbing, leveling the sub floor, installing tile, and overall transforming what was an okay kitchen to a show stopper. They did an excellent job and worked to the highest of standards. They corrected and addressed issues that I would have never known or cared about, but did so because it was the right thing to do. I would hire them in a second and may do so when we redo our master bath!

We had Elevate design and build an addition for us. We added over 750 sq feet of finished living space which included a den, expanded living room and a full master suite. It also included unfinished basement. You can see pictures of our addition on their website. We are very happy with the all the work that was done. They handle every aspect from design to the finished product in a detailed and professional manner. We would highly recommend them if you are considering any build or remodel project.

We had an addition to our 1970's rancher. We added 10 feet across the back of the house (10 x 46 additional space) and renovated all rooms across the back, including new kitchen, dining room, master bath and master bedroom. EDB gave us valuable ideas and cost solutions to create our beautiful new living space. This included dropped ceilings with lighting, accent walls, and creative tiling. There were site visits by Wes weekly, and he ensured the project was on time and on budget, and to our complete satisfaction. The billing was reviewed and accepted, and right on target. They were wonderful to work with, and provided great customer service, had great workers, and we could not be happier with our renovation.

Elevate completed a bedroom addition for our family. They were professional and available at ALL TIMES. They completed the project in a timely manner and stuck to the budget. Elevate paid GREAT attention to detail. We would recommend Elevate, Design, Build and we would use them for future projects.

They did a great job on our Cement board siding! They were great to work with and had awesome design idea's.
