Bob and Corrine from Envision Homes were an absolute pleasure to work with. I am extremely happy with the quality of work done and the process as a whole. I very highly recommend them. Project: Large addition on to a small colonial including oversized custom garage with large family room above. The garage is fully finished and includes a professional car lift Between the new and old sides, a mudroom was added on the first floor with hallway + laundry room above. The living room above the garage is accessed through the hallway on the second floor. Off the back of the house a finished two season porch was added. The project also included some updates to the main house including but not limited to: re-siding and re-roofing the main house, new front door, replacing some windows, new window surrounds, new landscaping and new driveway. The initial design process was excellent. Bob and Corrine are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of design, architecture and building and were super helpful walking me through this process and helping me decide what worked for me. I was given multiple revisions of 2D and 3D plans which greatly helped me envision what the final product would be. They were happy to keep iterating until we came up with the perfect design for me. Their input very much improved the final outcome over the initial ideas I had coming into it. They were able to take my goals/ideas and really form it into an amazing design. It’s also worth mentioning they did an amazing job of making it not actually look like an addition but rather very much a part of the original house. The timeline was clearly laid out from the beginning and stuck to very closely. Bob was here all the time making sure work was being done and done right. Bob has a very high bar for work quality, and I always felt confident in the quality of work being done. Everything Bob touches is done right. As one example – when the deck was being built Bob noticed that the pipe to the septic tank was an old material known to fail prematurely. It wasn’t failing yet, but he warned me about it and gave me the option to fix it now (while it’s easy/cheap to access) to avoid issues in the future. This is exactly the kind of foresight I wanted in a contractor, and Bob is exactly that. Corrine was a massive help in picking every single finishing detail of the project including lights, fans, flooring options, and paint color. She has an amazing eye for design, and I could not be happier with the final result. She really understood the style I was going for and offered me so many excellent options. I can’t stress enough just how wonderful both Bob and Corrine are. They are the nicest people and do incredible work. I’m writing this about a year after the project was completed, and I still could not be happier. To this day, I have people walking by complimenting me on the house.

Bob and Corinne were extremely organized, helpful and detailed throughout the whole process of our new garage/bonus room. We were looking for a "one stop shopping" experience, and Envision Homes was able to take care of everything, from design to build. This was our first construction project, and we were uncertain how to begin. Envision Homes explained everything clearly and guided us throughout the whole process. From permits to siding to lighting to closet space to hardware....we are forever grateful for their guidance and expertise! Envision Homes designed and built our vacation home on a lake in Harvard, MA. Envision Homes took our original floor plan and redesigned the layout of the house to maximize space, optimize the view of the lake and to give us our biggest "want" ...a wonderful outdoor entertaining deck and sunroom. They provided us with a 3D model of the plans so we could easily make changes and "envision" our dream house. They made every step in the building process seamless. From the big decisions (cabinetry, moldings, mechanical systems, countertops, windows, etc.) to the little details (tile, faucets, hardware, lighting), Envision Homes was by our side to provide recommendations, research alternatives and provide cost comparisons for various products, and they also accompanied us on shopping trips so we had a professional by our side as we navigated all the different design options. We love our new home and we worked with Bob and Corinne to finish our basement space last year. They transformed our unfinished basement into a wonderful entertaining area with a family room, bar area, bathroom and walk-out porch. They incorporated shiplap and bookshelves to create a charming tv cabinet that is the focal point of the room. We absolutely trust Bob and Corinne and our only regret is that our house is finished! We would love to build another home with them in the future and highly recommend them!!!

Bob Kody is an excellent builder/designer/engineer and his wife, Corrine, adds her expertise in home decorating. She was very helpful with all the many important decisions that must be made in building a new home. We came to Bob with an architect-designed plan and he input it into his CAD program and came up with a number of improvements and enhancements. Our new home on a lake in Harvard is well-built and highly energy-efficient. The Kodys were great to work with during the 10 month building process and brought the project in on budget (except for some scope changes on our part) and on time. We highly recommend Envision Homes and are are happy to talk to anyone who is considering hiring them to build a new home or addition.
