Zero stars. Worst construction company. Hired them to remodel my garage. Project manager is unprofessional and not responsive. He promises stuff and never delivers. Work has been stalled for weeks. No communication on project schedule. Didn’t put dust barriers while working. debris lying around for weeks. No ownership from Everlast. Project manager hasn’t been on-site in a month. Will never hire them again.

EverLast Construction just completed a bathroom remodel for us. Or was our project manager, and we worked with various subs who did good work, including Javier, Raul, and others. Everyone followed C-19 protocols while they were in our home, and they nearly finished the project in the 4 weeks estimated time. Though we had some hiccups that delayed our start date and finish date, we are delighted with our new bathroom. We look forward to working with them again

Our project started out ok in November 2020, for what was supposed to be 3-4 month master bath remodel. Its mid June and our bathroom is still not finished. We've had numerous quality issues and rework required. Finding they are using several subs than what was disclosed to us in the early contracting conversation. We've had to contact them weekly to try to get workers scheduled to work. It's a horrible situation ....... not able to move back into use the space. Construction dust & debris not cleaned daily, and trash and supplies left onsite regularly with no idea when it will be removed. We finally ended up removing floor protection and cleaning the dust and debris ourselves in June. I read reviews and only good ones published mostly mention working with Ariel. We didn’t get Ariel and his team. Seems like they took on too many projects and leave other clients projects hanging…,,

What began as a wonderful experience, turned into a nightmare. At the beginning, Everlast seemed on top of everything. We waited to begin demo until all of the cabinets and appliances were in and permit was obtained. Any small concern we had was addressed promptly. 3 weeks into our 6 week project and they were ahead of schedule. Our PM told us that cabinets would be installed within a week, then it would just be appliances and minor touch ups. We'd finish early. Yay! This is when it all fell apart. It turns out that they ordered the cabinets based upon (very) rough measurements taken by the PM. The cabinets would not fit in our space and they would fix it by making slight shifts and ordering a smaller end piece. I was told this would take 2-3 days to come in. This is when we started to notice other problems. They'd installed the island cabinets backward, the pantry cabinet covered our vent and lightswitches, along with a long list of other smaller items. I began to worry, and days passed without anyone even showing up to our house. They completely stopped work for 3 weeks while they waited for the cabinet to come in, without even telling us. When we were finally able to bring up our concerns, we were brushed off or questioned on whether we really wanted them to fix certain mistakes, arguing that it looked fine as is. 3 weeks after our projected completion timeline, on a Friday evening, we were told by the crew that they were "done, except for small touch ups" that would be done the following week. WOOHOO! The next morning I walked into our completed kitchen to find a swamp coming up under the floor. The dishwasher had been installed incorrectly and had flooded when they'd done their test runs the day before. Our PM sent one guy out, who turned off the water and said they'd fix it on Monday. No immediate remediation. No work on the obviously ruined floor. We were left with a smelly, soggy floor for days. Then we had to seal off the kitchen again to have dehumidifiers and fans running 24/7 for another week. The flooring in our house was installed by previous owners and had since been discontinued. Everlast offered to split the cost of replacement flooring and do the repair work for "free". By this point, I didn't trust them to touch another thing. We asked for a few thousand off the last payment and told them to consider the job done. Since then, we have had to have plumbers out to correct rusty water coming from our new pot filler, reinstall the sink faucet, and we are having to completely replace the floor that was not part of the original project. Everything down to the lightswitch covers were installed crooked or incorrectly. Maybe it was the PM we worked with, but I cannot recommend Everlast at all.

Review is based just on the quote process and inconsistency in pricing. Had Everlast come out to give me a quote in 2018, but decided to hold off on the project for various reasons. I reached back out recently and had another project manager scope the same project without letting him know about the 2018 quote. I was very shocked to find out that the new “2020 pricing” was literally 3x the amount written quote a received less than 2 years prior. Not sure if this is due to the recent CA wildfires and contractors price gouging due to insurance payments, but did not seem right in my opinion.

This is my second time working with Nimi (project manager) and team. Everlast redid my owner's bathroom. I decided to have the downstairs bathroom remodeled as well. Juan and Gustavo gave great recommendations regarding the tile for the walls. Once again I am very pleased with the outcome. This bathroom went from dowdy 1970ish to 2020 modern. Next up, the kids bathroom. As others have mentioned the work crew is very meticulous about wearing masks while working. They will keep you informed regarding timelines, materials needed, etc. Thank you again.

From the very beginning the experience with them was amazing. Ariel was an awesome designer (Owner) consultant who took us through the entire process. Ariel, also was our project manager, was great at keeping us up to date and ensuring the project moved smoothly. Juan was THE MAN who did most of the work in our new beautiful bathrooms & kitchen. Nicest man you’ll ever meet: professional, meticulous and detailed oriented, clean and organized, he literally transformed our bathroom. The other crews that came to do specific work like dry wall, tile and shower glass door were equally as professional and nice.

First, I don't usually write reviews only if it was worth me writing. Today, I am writing one for Everlast Construction and Nick. Nick, has been awesome with our first project. Nick has been patient with my wife and I after we got screwed over by another company for our project. Nick, was very understanding to our situation and made recommendations for us to get what we wanted out of our project. My wife and I also met Ariel, who is the owner, and he was awesome as well. Nick made sure he kept in contact and communicated every well to my wife and I while he managed our home project. Nick and Ariel worked great together to make sure my wife and I got everything out of our home project. Now, that we finished one of our house projects, we were able to continue using Everlast and Nick to do a few more home projects because we were not only happy with their service but we were happy with their efficiency, knowledge, and overall work they have done. I will definitely refer them to friends and family. Thank you

Nimi (Project Manager) promised me I was going to like my new bathroom. I LOVE IT! Nimi, Juan, Joanne and team were very efficient. Patient when I asked a dozen questions. They gave me their opinions. I am so happy I decided to go with Everlast. As my bathroom was coming together, I decided to have them do my downstairs powder room. Both bathrooms are 30+ years old. It feels good to have a modern looking bathroom. I could not be any happier! Thank you all very much!

We already had the majority of our townhouse remodel completed by trades in other projects and some DIY with the exception of our master bathroom, which we knew we needed a professional team that would do it right. The bathroom hadn't been completely redone in decades and any "remodeling" previously was done haphazardly and without any vision. We took a separate vanity & shower/commode area that was cramped and outdated and Everlast has turned it into a spa quality large master bathroom. And they did it all at a fair price that also included design input and favorable pricing for materials based on their good relationships. Without a doubt, the best part of the job is the quality of finished product though. Ariel and his team (including the amazing tile work of Itay) were a pleasure to work with. Ariel has an extremely high standard for quality, and his team is knowledgable and talented. I would highly recommend working with Ariel and asking for him and his team for your project that you pursue with Everlast.

LOOK NO FURTHER. My kitchen was a complete disaster and just old everything was falling apart, so I needed to get it remodeled asap. I called Everlast spoke with Ari and he was so professional and assured me that they can do the job fast and exactly the way I wanted. After I met with him and his team, I decided to hire everlast to remodel my kitchen. From the flooring to the counters and cabinets, all I could see was high quality craftsmanship and lovely finishing details. Not only was it done within 2 weeks, but they did a fantastic job. They are perfectionist and care as if it was their own home. The remodeling team was polite and efficient as well as reasonably priced

I was in need of bathroom remodeling for months and I finally decided to go with EverLast Construction and it was by far the best service I can possibly asked for. This company was very professional and they helped me remodel my bathroom with high quality materials while making sure that I can stay within my budget of 10k-20k. I really appreciate the fact that this company took the time to answer all my questions and concerns throughout the entire process. While comparing them with other construction company, the prices are very reasonable and you get the best value for your money! Communication was excellent plus they did a great job with the bathroom remodel. Thanks to EverLast, my family is really impressed with the new renovation and we can confidently say we have found our "go to" company for all future home improvement projects!
