This was our first time building a custom home and our experience with Fairmont Custom Homes was amazing! One thing that sets Fairmont apart from other builders is their open line of communication. Both Mike and Robert are always available to answer any questions and are very prompt when responding to emails, calls and texts. We were always kept apprised of what was being done at our home. They strive to build the very best version of your home and doing so means paying attention to details! Robert is very proactive and always offering suggestions on ways to improve our home. Without a doubt, our home would not have turned out as perfect as it did without Mike & Robert’s vision and expertise. The entire building process was seamless...their crews and vendors are top notch and were very helpful during the selections process. After working so closely with Robert for so many months, we definitely consider him family. From the start, he took an active role in getting to know us on a personal level. It’s that level of service that sets Fairmont Custom Homes apart from other builders. Building a custom home (during a pandemic nonetheless) could have been a nightmare, but Mike and Robert made it effortless. We absolutely love our home and are forever grateful!

We have done two extensive remodeling projects in our home with Mike at Fairmont Custom Homes. We were extremely satisfied with the process and even more pleased with the final outcome! Mike made the remodeling process feel seamless, and the vendors he used were highly skilled. I was very impressed with the craftmanship of everyone involved. Even more importantly Mike and his team scheduled vendors efficiently so that the projects could be completed without unnecessary delays. Honestly, Fairmont Homes made our projects worry-free. Fairmont homes built our dream home perfectly. There is nothing that we don’t like about the house. Working with Mike and Robert is so easy and pleasant. They always address our concern about the house very promptly. They have nothing to hide during the construction, in fact they always encourage us to visit the house during the construction. We are so incredibly grateful to them, specially now that we already moved in, we appreciate more of what they’ve done. We designed a home with Fairmont Homes a couple of years ago. The experience was great. They were patient. Robert and Michael are fantastic. Their quality of craftsmanship is superb. If you want a well built custom home, look no further. You found the right company. I trust them. Your going to get a fair deal. You get what you pay for with a builder and we feel that Fairmont homes went over and above for us

Michael Pelletier and Robert Cox were absolutely wonderful to work with and I highly recommend their services. We started our renovation of master bath, bedroom and closets in January 2017 with deadline of June 10 (major event at our home) and everything was completed in plenty of time. The project was a complete tear-out of close to 1500 s.f, , taking a 1980's inspired area and changing it to look like something seen at a Ritz Carlton. Robert was great in recommending options that turned out to save money and look amazing. You may not need interior designer's help when you have Robert around! Their sub-contractors were very respectfully of our home as we had to live through the construction. So many people have awful experiences with remodeling or building a home but we had an outstanding one. I will be happy to show anyone who asks before and after pictures too. Thank you Michael and Robert for everything you did - you both really went the extra mile!

I've only build one house, but I cannot imagine a better building experience. Fairmont/Mike turned out a superior product, within budget, and on time. Robert was onsite daily making sure the trades were getting done to a high standard. They hire the best craftsman, we were very impressed with their attention to detail, and pride taken in the work. Mike/Robert were always available to discuss issues or concerns, and a resolution was always presented. As happy as we were to move in, I'm kinda sad the experience is over. If I win the lotto, I'm gonna build another house with these guys, just to go through the experience again !!!!!

Mike and Robert of Fairmont Homes built our forever home for us in Fulshear, TX. We have built homes before, so did not expect a perfect process, we knew first hand it would be a great experience if the builder listened and responded. Mike and Robert did just that. We lived overseas during the whole project. Some would think that could have been a recipe for disaster - but it wasn't with Fairmont. On trips back to home we made our selections. Mike and Robert worked with us, sending photos at every stage of the construction. If an issue arose, they responded in a way that was extremely professional and let us know that our happiness and satisfaction mattered. They never had an issue with our Realtor coming by to check out the home on our behalf, or the independent inspector we hired. Every issue was addressed professionally. Our home is built to last, as the quality of construction is outstanding compared to our previous homes in the Houston area. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone building in the area.

Fairmont Homes helped us build our dream home. When framing started, we knew we had chosen the right builder. The workmanship was superior to the other custom builders in the area. Mike knew what our vision was and helped it come to fruition.
