Save your money and don't trust Fairtradeworks. They don't pay to subcontractor and cause a problem for the clients. We have a case with Fairtradeworks and I recommend to think more about hiring a contractor.

I have an older home that was built in the late 1950’s. When outdoor or indoor issues occur, I can always rely on Jim Perkins to come to my house and give me sound, practical advice. No job is too small for FairTradeWorks. Drawing upon his vast construction knowledge and experience, Jim Perkins always proposes suitable options without overselling or attempting to sway me towards the most expensive course of action. Considering the age of my house, Jim Perkins usually suggests that taking the more economical, yet workable solution might be the best way to go. Since 2014 when I first contacted FairTradeWorks, Jim Perkins has competently resolved and facilitated for me several outside and inside drainage, and electrical problems, as well as some minor pavement concerns. Jim and his team are very professional, efficient, and understanding. They listened to my needs throughout the project. Our designer, Ivonny is very creative. She came up with a perfect design for us. Our project manager, Sean, was very helpful. He answered our questions in a very timely manner. The estimation was very transparent. All works were listed clearly in the estimation. Jim is an amazing business owner. He checked in with us regularly to make sure our project was on schedule. I highly recommend FairTradeWorks. They are leaders in the industry.
