Established in 1984, Fiorovich Group serves Santa Cruz, Aptos, Soquel, Capitola, Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz, Santa Clara and Monterey Counties. Fiorovich Group is a "design-build" team efficiently and credibly working with YOU, the client to provide a unique opportunity for open communication among the building team of Architect-Owner-Contractor. Fiorovich Group has successfully completed many diverse project types ranging from affordable single and multi-family residential developments to highly custom residential, commercial and industrial structures. We place the highest priority on listening to our clients. Our comprehensive design approach includes both client input/participation and mandatory design criteria. We function as a resource and partner in the creation of successful, distinctive and enduring architectural solutions. Marty and Jon continually and consistently further their education through building science and sustainable design studies. Both are CGBP, Certified Green Building Professionals and are members of the local USGBC (LEED) chapter.
