Fiorovich Group Design-Build

We built our 2nd home at Pajaro Dunes about 15 years ago with the Fiorovich Group and the work was top quality. Marty and Jon are great communicators, reliable and very professional. Over time, the home has needed repairs (propane tank replacements, salt erosion repairs, etc, and most recently, a change to a tankless water heater and new dishwasher) and Jon Fiorovich has come through every time. He is responsive and always delivers, so it's been easy to maintain the house from afar. I never have to worry. Thank you for a fabulous house and 15 years of great service!

Marty did a beautiful design and did all the follow through getting the permits, and was very vigilant about keeping the long approval process moving ahead. Jon has gone above and beyond, even dealing with a previous contractor whose shoddy workmanship delayed progress at our house, allowing us to be removed from the interaction. Both offer good advice and keep on top of the many details. They're good people.

Our bathrooms turned out beautiful and are exactly what I envisioned! Now we are on phase 2.... the kitchen, can't wait to see it finished.

I have done two very large house projects with Jon and Marty. One a complete build of a house in Pajaro dunes the other a significant remode of a condo in San Jose. They did architectural design, aesthetic design, permitting (which on the coast is not easy or straight forward), general contracting and have helped with ongoing maintenance. They are great to work with and just great people.

We have had only positive experiences over 5 projects, including three where Marty provided major architectural services. She has an extraordinary design sense and has always proven to be right on the close calls; the coordination between them is superb on the building side; in the one case where we for geographic reasons needed to use a different builder, all the bidders appreciated the clarity and thoroughness of the plans.. Jon is a smart, efficient yet meticulous builder, who delivers on Marty's aesthetic promise, on time and on budget and has great suggestions along the way. Another job well done, In a nut shell, we are extremely pleased with the end result and transformation of this small studio into what is now a cozy elagant suite. Jon and Marty built the office for our business and we liked it so much we had them help us with some home remodeling. They had a way of really communicating to us throughout the process what we 'wished' or what we tried to describe. They listened. Marty turned our dreams into drawings, plans and permits and Jon and his crew built it. They care about the people they work with and they are very creative. They know all about the latest green technologies - which aren't always the least expensive option. But they didn't go over their budget - and we really appreciated that too.

I was Jon an Marty's tile contractor, and I had Marty do the plans for my retirement home in papaikou Hawaii. It is a beautiful house design that fits perfectly on the land. The open design draws the trade winds through the house and up the cuppala. She also set it up where all but two bedrooms take advantage of the ocean view. It has been eight years since our home was completely remodeled by the Fiorovich Group and hardly a day goes by that we don’t feel extremely lucky to live here and to have benefited from the very special creative talents of Jon and Marty.

I had the pleasure of living with my family in one of the homes built by the Fiorovich Group. The house’s design was much more suited for the pages of Architectural Digest than the rural Watsonville, combining modern elements with practical functionality, while successfully integrating the beauty of nature. The kitchen is amazing in that it delivers an unbelievable amount of storage space in a surprisingly small footprint. The bathrooms have a sleek modern design that do not sacrifice the slightest amount of utility or functionality. The safety of the home, even with the long flight of concrete interior and the wooden deck stairs, is such that in the entire time here, our six-year-old has not suffered one single accident. The house overall is ‘stupidly’ solid in the way that it is built, so much that when we tried to hang a ceramic sun on the outside of the house using a hammer drill with diamond concrete bit, we were unable to penetrate the stucco skin of the house. What further surprises us is that even with amount of nature surrounding the house (roaches, vowels, opossums and skunks), we have not once seen any of these unwelcome guests in our house. Not even as much as mouse or rat droppings in the garage. We certainly miss the Fiorovich home in Watsonville.

I have worked on several projects with Jon and Marty. I am always excited because I know the end result will be a product both breath-taking and photogenic. As a specialty contractor my work is limited to the the design...... With this design team there is no limits........ This is what happens when you mix talent with hard work!
