I absolutely love and fully support Flagship Homes. From the employees to the finished product! Flagship Homes is everything! I love my house. There were a few things to fix up, but they had someone over right away. Thank you Flagship Homes!

Small local company that cares. If I had a question, they were easy to contact and get help. The house has been great.

I bought this home with very high hopes. Right when my warranty was up my AC unit started giving me lots of issues and Any Hour told me that they either gave me a system with a leak or they didn't fill it all the way up with refrigerant. So that whole ordeal has costed me close to $1000 already.
Also when they sold me the home the sales rep guy seemed to just tell me anything I wanted to hear in order to get the deal done. Many of the things he told me ended up being lies. Like now the HOA is requiring parking passes or your car will be towed. So now my family and I have to buy these parking passes that STILL don't even allow your car to be parked there in the visitor parking for longer than 12 hours. We never would have bought this home had we known this would be a condition.
If you decide to buy flagship homes be ready to pay many unexpected repairs to your brand new home and to find out many other truths you didn't know about when signing the papers.
I, on the other hand, will never purchase another one of these from this dishonest builder ever again.

Do not purchase a flagship home, we have had nothing but issues and they dont make it right . We have had flooding because they didnt put in french drains on sloping properties, we are lower than the people behind us and get all their water. This is damaging the retaining wall, dumping all the dirt to my lawn, and flooding my yard and home. They dont own the issue, hang up on me, and ignore messages. Almost every one of my neighbors are having sinking issues, cracking, and huge foundation issues. It's obvious they dont take pride in doing good work, rather just throwing a home together for a quick dollar. Dont go with them, they wont fix the issues.

House failed inspect after closing!!!
I was told that we can move in anytime. While we were preparing to move in and trying to get the key for house. Then they found out the house was failed the final inspection, and they still trying to get the inspector to inspect the house again. This is a JOKE!!! Why they don't make sure the house is ready to move in before they even told us. I was packed all my stuffs and have a rental truck. What a waste of TIME and MONEY! What a outstanding customer service they have.

Be weary of building with flagship. Several people in our neighborhood, that was just built 10 months ago have had flooding, sinking and Ladscaping issues. All due to flagship not excavating properly and not placing storm drains in the correct areas. A few homes right next to us have had major sinking, ac unit fell over, cement patios are caving in on multiple homes. It’s a mess!!!! They still have not come to fix the problem after 3 weeks. They’ve been hard to work with and try to place the blame elsewhere.
Save yourself the hassle and don’t build with them.

We built a custom home with Flagship in The Willis Crossing subdivision and seriously couldn't be happier with the way it turned out!! Cortney was so great to work with and every time we had an issue she made sure to get it taken care of. She was really helpful when we were picking out all of our colors and options, we wanted to add a lot of custom options and she got the pricing back to us really quickly. I really appreciated how responsive she was because we have worked with a lot of different builders and agents and that is definitely not a quality you find often in this industry.
The quality of the home is awesome! We have had very minimal issues after living here for almost a year. When we do have something we need fixed, the warranty center is quick to send someone out to get it taken care of.
I highly recommend Flagship homes and I have actually already convinced a few of my friends to build with them too.

Where do I start? Let's begin with our first encounter with Courtney Stucki. My wife and I stumble upon the hillcrest condominium community in Saratoga springs Utah. We really liked the way their model home looked so we decided to buy a condo from them. The first visit with Courtney was great! We chose all of our finishes (we had to change everything because there was a previous buyer who had backed out. This comes to haunt us during construction and throughout the entire process). So we choose all of the things that we would like in our brand new home and part ways.
While we are going through the build process we are also working with a lender which flagship made a nightmare process as well. (They do not know how to communicate and when they do it is incorrect information). While construction is going on we visit the house periodically, waiting for each phase to be completed. One day I go I to the house and it was painted completely wrong. Baby blue! (We chose Seattle Gray) the baby blue color is the color the previous buyers chose. So I take pictures and send the to Courtney and she tells me hat she will get in contact with the superintendent. So I figure that the issue will be resolved and the future materials installed will be correct. Wrong! Oh how wrong was I for thinking that. I get there the next week and they had installed tile throughout the whole place. We didn't choose tile. So I take pictures and send them to Courtney. She acts surprised (as if she had done all she could to make sure this didn't happen again) and tells me that she will call the builder in the morning. Two days later I go to the condo (I feel that if I don't our condo will get screwed up. Isn't that what i am paying them for? To install a quality product to the customers expectation?) the cabinets were installed ON TOP OF THE WRONG TILE and the hardware on the cabinets was wrong too. So now my thought process is they have to remove all of the cabinets and demo the entire house of tile and re do it all (keep in mind that all this is happening mid September and we were told that we would be able to move in at the end of September. So two weeks left in the construction process and paint is wrong, cabinets are wrong, and flooring is wrong). After waiting to hear back from Courtney she finally responds to my agent and I and tells us that the builder will NOT replace the tile because it is too much of an expense for them. All the while our move in date has come and gone. So she says that the builder will fix the paint, hardware, and put in the correct countertops we chose (white quartz. I'll get back to this topic in a minute) but they will not fix the tile. Instead they will credit us $3,000. So we agree and move on. You won't believe what happens next. Try to guess. I dare you! Yup I go there a few weeks later and stumble upon the granite installers. And guess what? Yup they had the WRONG FREAKING STUFF! luckily I was there before they started fabricating any of the sinks so I tell them it's wrong and they leave with the countertop. They came back a few days later and installed the right stuff. Was I actually the job site superintendent you ask? Well no I wasn't but I was definitely doing a better job than he was. So fast forward to the week of October 16, 2017 when we do final walk through. Cabinet hardware is still not correct. So we do the entire walk and go out to the detached garage and what do you know. We had paid for a garage opener. Was there and opener on our garage? You guess it. There wasn't! So after this entire grueling and hair pulling process I have decided that track home builders do NOT give a care in the world about the customer experience. My experience was not epic in even the slightest. I work for a high end custom home builder so I know what the construction should be. Today is October 18, 2017 and we are supposed to close on our loan tomorrow but because flagship does not like to communicate and get the lender the information they need to process the loan our closing appointment may be postponed until Friday which means that we won't be able to move for another week. I absolutely will not recommend flagship to any friend, family, pets, or even the bacteria the lives at the bottom of my dish scrubber. I am not looking forward to telling people who built my house for me because it will not be a fun conversation. I am not happy with the service they provided us if you can even call it a service.

If you want someone to drag out the project forever, go ahead and use them. Just to give you an idea, I bought the place in early February after figuring it would be done in May, they pushed it until June which was expected ( I know how builders are). It is now late September, I have been promised the keys every day this week and now today (Friday) I am being told that I won't get them until Tuesday now. I am confident that when Tuesday does come they will postpone again as they have done dozens of times. If you value your time, go with literally ANYONE else.

Absolutely horrible to work with. I purchased a home from them in January. I was told it would be ready and built by may 2017. The home is still not ready it is now September 2017. They expressed to me the place will not be ready in may and said it would be ready in June. June came and they said it would be ready in July. July came and they said it would be ready in august. August came and they said it would be ready the first week of September. Now here we are. Still not ready.
They scheduled a walk through and didn't even have everything in. Like the sink and mirrors were not complete. What a waste of a walk through to do it when it is not done. The walk though guide had no information. He really didn't know anything about the job. I say which one is my garage. He didn't know. I say when is this all going to be finished. He didn't know.
They said multiple times they would call me and keep me updated. They failed to do so. They told me again last week and the week before I would be able to close the following week. The following week keeps coming and I can't close. I locked my interest rate in and that is going to expire because they promised it would be done. Turns out I have to pay a fine because it is going to expire. A fine I should not have to pay. Apparently all the items are on back order. The company that size should be smarter in this day and age that these things should not be in back order.
So many things were delayed and so many inspections failed. Absolutely terrible experience and will not ever recommend them to anyone. Please if you have a choice go with a different builder unless you want to deal with a nightmare. It's been a complete nightmare

We were happy with Flagship until they got our money and stopped caring about us. We closed on our home nearly 6 weeks ago and are still waiting for them to fix items from our final walkthrough. We gave them a full week after funding and recording to take care of the issues and very little was done before we moved in. There is a huge hole in our stucco outside that needs to be repaired along with several areas on the hardy board where paint was rubbed off. There is concrete splashed all over the hardy board near the front door as well. Inside, our white cabinets have paint chipping all over (sure glad I paid for that "upgrade") and one cabinet door has a big chip in it. Their fix for that was to dab a little paint on the chip and hope we didn't notice (this was after I pointed it out to them). We have a faucet that drips non stop and the biggest issue of all is none and I repeat none of the doors close correctly if at all. They replaced all the hinges last minute and clearly put little to no effort in to making sure it was done correctly. The front door is almost impossible to lock and both exteriors doors were installed incorrectly so they are rubbing the paint off the frame. The garage door won't close unless you hold the button down on the keypad itself. Cesar, the person responsible for making sure this was all taken care of (and the one who replaced all the hinges) doesn't respond to messages. I was then told to email the warranty department who promised to have someone here to fix things asap (that was 3 weeks ago) will not respond to my messages either. While I understand it may take time to address all of our concerns they could at least have the decency to contact me. Give me an update and a timeline of completion. If you build with them make sure EVERYTHING is done right before you close!!!!!
