Used Steve Flansburg as a GC he hired all the contractors to remodel our home when we had a water leak from pipes moved back in end of July 2021 all our cabinets was painted by his painter kitchen, 2 full baths in December noticed paint cracking on all cabinet doors and all trim contracted him through text, email and phone with no response also contacted his painter with no return calls. Paid $3500.00 not including the GC fees for a paint job that lasted all of 5 months now it is March 2022 and the paint cracks are a lot worse.

My house was built by Steve Flansburgh in 2000 and my family has lived there since 2005. The house has superior construction quality and there have never been any problems with major areas such as foundation, brickwork , plumbing, electrical etc. I have used Steve as a general contractor for all of my projects and renovations over the past 15 years. and will continue to both use and recommend him as I have always been very pleased with the results he has delivered. Steve has an extensive network of sub-contractors and he is always quick to assess any situation and get the best people on the job ASAP. I have lived through remodels before and have had good contractors... but STEVE FLANSBURG exceeds them all! I had a complex remodel of a large solarium room involving structural elements that other contractors/builders could not work with, except to tear down and change all together. Steve had a brilliant plan that was fair in cost, and, what's more, he went the extra mile in customer service over and over again. He will be my go-to person for home remodels and projects, large and small.
