Framestead did an excellent job of renovating our kitchen and media cabinet. They were very professional from start to finish. Kristi the designer and Kenneth the project manager put an extra effort to make our project look great.

We wanted to get a media wall put in our living room. Our house was built in 1988 and needless to say was not set up for anything like what is in new homes today. We decided to go with a 5 TV media center and wanted it done well with class to keep our living room still feeling like a living room. Framestead remodeled our bathroom 3 years ago - so I decided to call them again to see if they could build what I was thinking about. I can say they not only delivered my vision but did better than that. Their creativeness and professional approach to design, fabrication and installation is unmatched - simply top shelf from start to finish. The design was approved and today that design is installed fully in our living room and we absolutely love it. They are respecting of the home and working around constraints like dogs and other events but deliver on time. Frankly, if I need another project done, I'm calling them again. If it is quality, service, professionalism, exceeding expectations - these are the folks to call.

We were nervous at the thought of finding someone we could afford and trust with our bathroom remodel. Framestead has a good reputation so we decided to go with them. Every aspect from the design process to the demo and through the construction was so effortless. The designer came in, listened to what we wanted and was mindful of our budget in the selections she sent us. Our project manager kept the demo and construction running smoothly and made sure it was the least distruptive that it could be to the rest of our home. We got EXACTLY what we wanted, inside our budget and our master bathroom is now my FAVORITE room in the house. We will definitely be using Framestead for future projects as we update our home!

Mike and his team did an excellent job of helping me fix up my house getting it ready to go on the market. There was electrical work, carpentry work, hardwood flooring, and carpet stretching. Everything was done in a timely manner and all of his subs were easy to work with and highly skilled. It was a great experience and I'm appreciative for all of the help. Highly recommend.

Working with Framestead was an absolute game changer for our recent building renovation. They provided a comprehensive proposal including a detailed scope of work and budget. We had a very short time frame and they still came in ahead of schedule. Communication was timely and detailed throughout the entire project. Even when we had adjustments along the way, they were able to execute the additional scopes of work. I cannot recommend Framestead more highly for a commercial renovation.

We were very pleased with the work that Framestead did on our recent bathroom remodel. In the early stages Mike worked with us to develop a scope of work that was in line with our budget. Once the project began, Kenny managed it well, keeping us well informed as the remodel progressed. Kenny did a god job addressing details as they came up and made sure the final project was per the original design. We would recommend Framestead and plan to use them in the future.

We've been genuinely pleased with the transformation Framestead spearheaded with our master bathroom remodel—the new design is a fantastic improvement that truly complements our home. From the start, Framestead's professionalism and attention to detail were remarkable. The choice of materials, the precision in execution, the design process, and the seamless communication throughout the project all spoke volumes about the quality of their work. We particularly appreciate the craftsmanship that went into the shower area. The tiles, fixtures, and layout have created a serene and elegant space that we've enjoyed daily. We encountered a few issues throughout the project AND even after completion and Framestead addressed them quickly and professionally. Cannot recommend this company enough!

We decided to remodel our bathroom that was rebuilt after our home flooded in 2017. Framestead did an outstanding job and I would give them 6 stars. They were extremely thorough and detailed in their work, highly organized and followed the plan to the letter. The design team was very patient with us in getting it designed in a way that we liked and did multiple edits and options. They got all the material on hand and then got to work. The work quality is top shelf - no doubt. The skilled workers were highly skilled and took care of our home like it was there own. They settled for nothing less than the best and worked to that to the very end. The supervision and overbite was fantastic and communication perfect. its hard to find quality people that do what they say they are going to do to the budget that was agreed to and never wavered. Simply put - these folks are the very best so if that is what you want - I would contact them and if I have another job to do - they will get the call first.

I can’t say enough about their organization, communication and quality. We were beyond happy with our kitchen remodel and would recommend Framestead again and again!

Framestead provided a low cost, on-time, and professional renovation which included repairs and updates throughout the house. They were attentive to details and supportive of proposed ideas and concepts while providing alternatives to meet the same results in a cost-effective and timely fashion. I strongly recommend allowing Framestead to provide a quote and proposed project plan for renovations. Belinda, Michael L., Kristy, Jared, Andres, and Kenneth were a very effective and professional team, while at the same time they provided individualized attention to achieve the successful end result of the repairs and updates.

Framestead has been amazing to work with for our ‘Modern Plantation New Build’ completed in 2020. Working with a locally-owned and highly-recommended Kingwood company for our Kingwood home was very important to us when we searched for our builder. Beautiful craftsmanship, custom design, and we couldn’t be happier!! We really appreciated Framestead's cost transparency and budget tracking via their invoicing system - to which we could access anytime in the Framestead app for iphones. Daily update pictures were also provided in the app. It was a great way to communicate the process.

Framestead is the complete remodeling package. With detailed planning from their Design Team and clear communication from their Project Management Team we confidently handed Framestead the keys to our home. Upon completion of the remodel, we put our home up on the market for sale and received three offers within the first week! Very Satisfied & Highly Recommended. Thank you Framestead!

Framestead redid the ground floor of our home after it flooded. We love our kitchen and layout in particular. It’s very functional and beautiful at the same time. Our project managers were very responsive and knowledgeable - and when they didn’t know an answer they got back to us quickly when they did get an answer. Of course there were some issues - like when we couldn’t get matching tiles for the bathroom - but we were able to work together creatively with the team to get a reasonably priced alternative that also happened to look even better in the end.

Our project manager, Andres, and Belinda and Ken, have all been very professional. They have provided Jenny and I with a beautiful home. With no exception, we are very pleased. No matter what our request or question, we were always treated with the utmost professionalism. We have had a beautiful update to our home to enjoy during this period of quarantine. Thank you all so much!!

Framestead are an exceptional company to work with. From initial discussions, to planning, through to execution they exceeded our expectations. They listened to our needs and provided clear communication throughout the entire process. Our renovations included new wood look tile floors, updated kitchen cabinets and sink plumbing, updated cabinets/mud room in our laundry, master bath remodel, Neuma brand patio doors, a dog den and closet/storage remodeling. Their workmanship is second to none. The project timeframe was excellent. The final punchlist took a little longer than expected but they made sure it was done to the highest standards possible. We thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone at Framestead especially Andres. We would definitely recommend Framestead to all our friends and the wider Kingwood community if they are looking for a professional company to take care of the entire renovation process…...beautiful design to making sure you are happy with the finished product. Framestead did an excellent job remodeling our master bath and closets. I was pleased with all aspects of their service. The designers spent a lot of time helping me to make choices and decisions and offered options I had not considered that I love, it was wonderful to have the project manage and designers with me the entire process. We had meetings before walking through each step of the process. Everyone involved was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, professional and very tolerant of my many questions and add ons along the way. All timelines were met which I had never experienced before in other remodels. I highly recommend Framestead and will definitely be using them for future remodels. It was a fun experience and I love our new bathroom.

Framestead was awesome to work with! Michael, Belinda, and Andres were very responsive and had wonderful design ideas that not only look great, but made our space more functional. I also loved that I didn't have to pay everything up front. We were invoiced in smaller increments as project work was completed. They estimated that the project would be complete in about 3 weeks and they were within a few business days of that (just a couple of touch ups after the originally project project end date). I look forward to working with them again.

After the Hurricane Harvey rebuild of our home, there were two cabinet doors that were damaged by our builder (not Framestead). The builder replaced with unfinished doors but told us to find our own contractor to do the staining. The local Sherwin Williams store recommended Framestead and their "stain expert", Jose. They did a great job matching the existing stain! I was concerned that contractors might not be interested in such a small job, but Framestead completed the work less than one week after my first contact with them.
