FRS Renovations

Andy Ritums, his people and his various contractors are all first rate. Always made sure to clean up at end of each day and worked hard and professionally. Two bathrooms they did for us came out spectacularly.

In 2018 we contracted FRS Renovations to remodel our kitchen; upstairs guest bath and the flooring throughout our downstairs. We were so pleased with the result that when we had 4’ flood during Hurricane Ian, FRS Renovations were the first company we thought of. Thankfully they were able to arrange the removal of all the drywall, kitchen and two bathrooms before starting the rebuild. We were lucky to be able to save our travertine floors because of how well FRS had installed them in 2018. From design to finish we are extremely pleased with the results. We were especially happy with the service they provide for the design and selection of tile and fixtures for the kitchen and bathrooms. We highly recommend this company.

As of this writing, (Sensitive Information Hidden) is virtually completely remodeled(minor tweaks remain) ,a process that began in early summer, 2020. The target date for completion was October 15 and that date was met. We actually moved in a few days before the target date. The unit was completely remodeled: new tile floors , new baseboards, doors and trim, new cabinets throughout, new bathrooms, new lighting and electrical to support the lighting, and a new kitchen. Structural changes were made to accommodate the kitchen design as well as certain drywall changes for esthetic purpose. Virtually all of the major selections were made before we departed North. The key to the primary success of the total process was Andy's excellent communication. His responsiveness and total commitment to moving the project forward and making requested changes was stellar. His attitude of 'making it right for us' was the key to success. Another key factor to successfully having a completely remodeled Condo while 1,000 miles away was Clay's oversight and support for creating a superior product. Were there issues during the process--yes. Considering the scope of this project, that is normal. The key is the willingness of the project manager to make it right and in every case that happened. In summary, we are very pleased with the Winfield Team's conversion of our Condo unit.

So happy with FRS. They were so professional along with their subcontractors. I was informed each day what was going to be worked on. They were a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond the scope of work. I will and have recommended FRS. My bathroom is beautiful. Thank you FRS.

I had no idea who to contact for a tile job but when I inquired, Andy called me back. He is enthusiastic, clean, neat, and very knowledgeable about this work. He came in 2 weeks, was absolutely on time every day. The job was done to perfection with a wonderful cheerful attitude. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!! I almost wish I had more tile work to be done.
