Full Circle Custom Homes

I'm not exactly sure where to start, but I will write what I tell our family, friends, and neighbors: I'm certain that no one else could have done it. From the onset, we emphasized the need to complete the construction of our home as quickly as possible to accommodate school schedules and to coincide with a rental lease that was ending. Lisa and her team did all of that and more, in the middle of hyper-inflation, supply-chain issues, and material shortages. From the second I picked up the permit at the Town of Carefree in December 2021, the grader was scheduled and onsite. I can't recall one day (one day!) that some activity or task wasn't completed on the home. Lisa had such a detailed plan, and contingency plan, and an alternative plan, to meet our construction target completion date. She leveraged relationships and alternative sources to secure materials well ahead of time in anticipation of any potential delay. And we stayed on budget, added value based upon her suggestions in some areas, and enhanced the quality and architectural detail in some instances with some hard pivots. She and her team (exceptional staff and experience in Jim and Rachel) met and exceeded every one of our reasonable and sometimes unreasonable expectations to deliver an on-budget, exceptional quality, and ahead of industry construction timeline home that our family has cherished since we moved in in June 2022. I could not recommend Full Circle more highly. No one else could have done it.

We recently moved into our first Arizona home! We had no knowledge of the local builder community so we started by cold calling a number of contractors, visiting job sites and reviewing project portfolios. After meeting Lisa for the first time we knew we wanted her to build our home. Lisa is not only a fantastic builder and project manager but what really set her apart in our view was her participation in the design process and her meticulous attention to detail. Our AZ project is a second home so the construction budget was important to us. Lisa is more conscientious and capable of managing construction costs than anyone we have ever worked with. With the exception of two brief visits the entire project was competed while we were out of state. We received regular site photos, Face Time meetings and project updates throughout construction. Full Circle's job cost documentation is accurate, timely and includes detailed explanation. Lisa recommended both our Architect and interior designer. We couldn't have been happier with the entire team including Jim Lubay who is a fantastic project supervisor. We found an incredible house in Mirabel that needed some finishing and fine tuning. Being new to the area we didn’t know where to start. Lisa and Full Circle were recommended by the real estate broker. (among others). When we contacted Lisa she met with us and was patient, considerate and full of amazing ideas of how to transform our unfinished project into a dream house. Lisa and her team handled everything with such detail and precision..it was like no other house project we have ever done. Just to name a few things Lisa handled: -building an outdoor kitchen -replacing all our granite through out -built a big beautiful shower -stone accent walls in 2 rooms -designed and built an amazing master closet out of an empty room -designed and built a pantry -finished our wet bar And so much more! Every project was done with great detail, masterful planning and within the budget set. When they said they would be here to work they showed up every time, on time (amazing these days). Lisa and her foreman Jim are just exceptional people...why can’t every contractor be as wonderful??!

We can't express how pleased we are that we hired Lisa to build our home. With her background in architecture and cabinet making, Lisa has a great design sense, attention to detail, and she works closely with the architect to ensure the design can be built. She demonstrated strong budget, communication and schedule management throughout. Lisa has great relationships with an impressive group of subcontractors. Their work was high quality, and they were thoughtful. The tree salvage sub relocated 3 palo verdes to strategic locations on the site. The excavator sub moved 4 large boulders that are now the focus of our entry, plus they saved every other boulder for landscaping. Jim was Full Circle's supervisor, and he kept things running smoothly and on time. He passed all inspections, and he got the CO a full 9 weeks earlier than expected. Lisa is amazing. She had great ideas and designs. She completed an 850 sq ft casita, half completely new and half remodeled space . Our daughter now has a beautiful bedroom, walk in closet, laundry room, living room, kitchen and spa bathroom. lt was finished in 7 weeks!!. She handled the HOA board and the City of Scottsdale (not an easy feat). It blends perfectly with our existing home . We came in under budget as well. I highly recommend her services. The supervisor assigned to our project was Jim Lubay and he was a pleasure to work with. He was on our job every day and kept the schedule moving to completion. Thank You.

My wife and I interviewed several contractors to manage the development of our home in Scottsdale and in the end we picked Lisa at Full Circle Custom Homes due to her proven building expertise and energetic personality. We lived out of state during the entire build of our home and from beginning to end we felt like we knew what was going on every step of the way with regard to both progress and budget. Lisa is an amazing person and contractor, she provided critical and valuable design advice and focused on adding value engineering to our entire process which saved us big $ in the end. Lisa takes great pride in her work and she is very focused on maintaining costs and managing the quality and schedule of the trades. We have lived in our home for nearly a year to date and have experienced zero defects. On a few occasions Lisa has dropped by our home to fix even the most minor items that she felt needed to be checked upon that we didn't even notice needed tightening. Without exception we would hire her again and we would highly recommend her to our family and friends for any of their building projects.

Working with Lisa and Matt was a great experience for us at Backlit Decor. We created a backlit bar wall feature for their client and they did an extraordinary job installing and working with our product. They are very thorough and professional. Everything went smooth and the client is very happy!

We hired Lisa for an extensive remodel for our desert home....we were not here to supervise, didn't want to be here to supervise, so it was critical to hire someone we could turn the keys over to, and walk away, returning only once to go over details...This was almost a 300K remodel, so there were many decisions that had to be made without our input. Lisa was organized, thoughtful, and most importantly, listened...if she was not sure of something, she'd ask questions rather than just go ahead..she is a great communicator. I won't say everything was perfect... it never is on a big job... but the miner things that were wrong... she fixed, "no problem".....Always with a pleasant attitude!.. oh, and she is honest....!. we would definitely hire her again.

Recently I had the pleasure of working with Lisa Tate and Full Circle Custom Homes, who built a new residence in Scottsdale that I designed. Lisa is extremely organized, has a quality team of subcontractors and is a great communicator who makes the many steps of the construction process run smoothly. I have a beautiful house I chose Lisa as the builder because of her reputation as a very able experienced builder. In building my house she hired more staff to be able to focus on building my house; she addressed the issues as they came up and showed her experience in so many ways that greatly facilitated the end result. A house that can truly be called a beautiful house. I would like to certainly express my appreciation to her for that.

We have built several homes during the last 20 years. This was our first major remodel. Lisa Tate was absolutely the best design and build contractor we have ever worked with. On time, on budget and meticulous about the results. We expected to run into the usual delays and frustrations when taking on such a project but to our amazement Lisa exceeded all our expectations. Our house needed updating and some functional changes that involved moving walls, plumbing, electrical and matching 14-year old travertine flooring and stone walls. Without exception, every sub-contractor she used was top notch. We believe she accomplish this in part because she has developed an enduring positive relationship with her sub-contractors. Lastly, it is worth noting that we had the usual “great ideas” that developed during the project. Lisa demonstrated flexibility and a willingness to ensure we were able to incorporate all those changes while keeping the project going.
