My wife and I wanted to enlarge our existing garage and to have a covered deck to protect us from the searing summertime sun. We met with Savana and April from GP Harris to discuss the project. They looked at our existing garage and deck, also listened to our ideas. They explained how their company’s design process would go and we told them to proceed. A few weeks later Savana came through with an awesome design concept combining both a new garage and a new deck. After seeing and talking through her renderings we decided to hire GP Harris for the job. From demolition, to framing, to finishing touches, the GP Harris field crew went above and beyond. Adding on to an existing structure always presents some challenges. When those challenges came to light, Greg and Frank came up with the solutions. From matching existing elevations to water drainage under our roof top deck to placing lights under the railing, every detail was thought through. Carpenters Adam, Josh and Tommy were always friendly and willing to discuss what they were working on. If we had a question, we asked it. They have the experience and it shows in their work. The guys are great! GP Harris did an excellent job of completing the project as you can tell by the attached pictures. They made sure that we were happy with the final product by walking through it one final time. We LOVE our new garage and covered deck! We highly recommend hiring GP Harris for your next construction project.

What a truly amazing experience to have GP Harris in our home. We needed to expand our cookie cutter kitchen to something functional for our family of 6. After meeting with multiple other contractors, we invited April in to look at our kitchen. I was blown away by her ability to see my vision and enhance it in ways I didn't even consider. Our sunroom/kitchen expansion is a masterpiece. I'm in awe every day that it's MINE. Greg is a perfectionist with impeccable craftsmanship. His workers quickly became a part of our family and we miss having them around. I couldn't recommend them enough. They will go above and beyond for your project. We are already planning our next project with them!

Greg and team did a tremendous job on our master suite addition. He was patient working through the design and meticulous about matching the stonework to the existing exterior. Every workman that was on-site was friendly, respectful, and did a great job of minimizing the disruption to the rest of the property. The addition came out simply beautiful. It feels like an spa escape every time we enter the suite. We already have another project lined up with Greg and team so we, of course, recommend them.

Excellent! This describes the quality of the design, materials and workmanship done by GP Harris Construction in building the addition to our home. Instead of downsizing in our twilight years, we decided to add a master bedroom, huge closet, master bath and laundry room to our first floor. Greg Harris, owner of GP Harris Construction, and his staff, did a fantastic job from the design phase of the project to the finishing touches and everything in between. The many workers who came in and out of our home were not only great craftsmen, but were respectful, friendly and kept our home tidy and clean. We found this company through HomeAdvisor and give them 5 stars on a scale of 0-5, five being the very best!

Our family cabin needed a complete remodel. We are from out of state and needed a general contractor that would be easy to work with and would do a good job. G.P. Harris Construction was the company for us. The quality of work was phenomenal. We flew out once to check on the work and were completely satisfied. They kept us up to date through Co-Construct with pictures and time lines. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the Harrisburg area. Too bad they aren't closer to us.
