Fabulous experience to work with GCI Services, the entire staff was pleasant, friendly, and straight-shooting. Not once did I need to question their integrity since they over-explained the solutions for the problems that surprised us along the way. Highly recommend... hands down the best in the upstate!

Very good job done by Kaleb and his team.He is personable, polite and listened to your needs. Contract price was reasonable.Quality of work was very good. Workers with good work experience were hired. Work place was kept clean and neat. Kaleb also picked up some trash items we wanted disposed off. I highly recommend GCI.

5 stars all the way around. I have nothing but good things to say about GCI. The communication has been excellent. The contractor provided an accurate and reasonable estimate on day 1. The major renovation began with a week and progress was made daily with picture updates. I have been through other renovations in the past and this has been by far my best experience. I will be going back to GCI for my future projects.

I hired them to paint my children’s bedrooms. I have them several of my ideas I found on Pinterest and they did an amazing job recreating it and even matched the colors to exactly what I wanted them to be. Will definitely be using them again!

We thoroughly appreciate the work Eric had done for us. He and his staff did a super fine job in providing us with a totally handicap shower and bathroom. The guys were very nice and considerate as they worked in our home. They protected our carpet and surrounding areas.

This company has alot of hard working individuals that are willing to go above and beyond to make sure their service is the best. They let us know that their product is certified and will withstand time without being replaced again.

I've had the pleasure of having GCI Services paint more than one of my homes and help with several smaller home improvement projects. Their prices have always, yes Eric I got multiple bids, were always right on target. Job is always completed with in budget, time and to the standards I set before the job started. Let their product speak for them! Would and have highly recommended GCI Services to friends and family.

The company is poorly managed, he is a great salesman but after the project is underway don't expect to see or hear from him again. He doesn't invest any time into the project, so while work is being completed poorly he has no idea. The quality of work is NOT good. Do not use this company.

Contracted with GCI Services for them to design and build a basement under my house in February 2016. In May I call to see if they were going to do my job or were no longer interested in doing it. Eric informed me that they would keep my deposit if I decided to not have them do the project. Then about a month later Eric sent out three guys to start my basement. They showed up with shovels and a wheel barrow to dig out a 24' x 32' space under my house. The after two day of digging by hand they rented a bobcat to dig to the basement wall. They then cut the wall in preparation foe the opening under the house before the supported the house with a new beam that was called for. After this Eric decided that their engineer had made a mistake on the support beams and wanted more money for the change in the needed supports. Then he offer an alternative that was much less space and would cost more. Since my rejection of his alternative Eric nor his crew have not been here in months. I think that GCI Services were in over their heads and had no idea how to complete my project. GCI Services is a company to stay away from.

GCI is very responsive and communicative with their clients. They did a fabulous job painting the interior of our house and redoing the fireplace. They also remodeled a couple of bathrooms. They are also very willing to fix things, when they don't go as planned. I would hire them again :)
