Finding an excellent contractor is not easy. So when my brother highly recommended Ohad and Greenberg Construction to fix up my home in preparation to put it on the market, I listened. And I'm glad I did! Ohad understood and followed threw on my objectives to fix and/or replace what was necessary in order make the house attractive, all the while keeping costs down. We interviewed multiple contractors for our renovation project and Ohad stood out to us because of his industry knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail during the initial consultation. He was the only one that helped expand our vision and offered suggestions for improvement and was not pushy about it. That was the selling point for us. We also felt confident based on the glowing positive references from previous clients that spoke highly of their work. Construction: Together with Ohad and Daniel, we were able to design an open layout space with lots of natural light. We are busy working professionals with a young child so did not have time to manage all the details. We appreciated that their team took care of the permits, inspections, and all the construction details in the background and only consulted with us at key points. We basically told them the important things we wanted, put our trust in them, and they made it happen. There were minimal surprises and they delivered quality work. They were always one step ahead and incorporated details that made us think "why didn't we think of that?" Design: Although their portfolio leans towards a predominantly modern style, Michelle and Jennifer of the Greenberg Design Gallery were able to capture our vision and create a space that felt like a relaxing retreat. Our style was more transitional (similar to Studio McGee) so they helped us choose pieces that fit that aesthetic, as well as accommodate any particular products that we wanted. They were not pushy at all. In the final stage of the project, they even surprised us with some details that we didn’t think of like creating quartz windowsills in our kitchen using the leftover pieces from our countertops. Beautiful and very creative! There was some miscommunication regarding some of the design details, but they quickly resolved it and we are now very happy in our newly renovated home. Truly a dream come true and we have received many compliments from all who have visited our home. We had a wonderful experience with the Greenberg Construction and Design teams and would highly recommend them.

We recently completed a major home renovation with Greenberg Construction and I'm happy to recommend their services. From start to finish, they provided an outstanding experience. When we initially conceptualized our home remodeling, the vision was clear but not detailed. We knew we wanted a modern design and that our outdated kitchen and bathrooms needed a complete overhaul. We were headed in the right direction once we had the initial meeting with Ohad. Ohad & Jennifer brought in 3D models that helped us visualize the product on the design side. They introduced us to some innovative storage solutions that maximized corner spaces. There was even a hidden charging station for our devices and smart appliances. We purchased a 1960s home that had a great deal of potential but required significant updating. From the outdated exterior to the dated kitchen and bathrooms, the entire property was overdue for a full-scale renovation. Koby impressed us with his vast knowledge and interesting ideas. Our kitchen was one of the most dramatic transformations. We used a new open concept layout that integrated the main parts of our house. After severe water damage occurred in my condo unit due to flooding from the unit above, I had to find a company who could quickly remediate and repair the damage. Greenberg Construction came at the recommendation of friends who were extremely satisfied with their home improvement project that was completed by Greenberg Construction. I was fortunate that my project manager, Ohad, was available and willing to do a site visit on the very same day that I called him. Throughout the construction process, I appreciate that Ohad was honest and communicative. He called or texted with updates at each step of the project, and promptly informed me when any issues surfaced. For instance, there were a few tasks (tile work, painting) that ended up taking more time than originally projected, and each time Ohad notified me of the delay. While this was such a stressful event, I feel that with Ohad’s honesty, upfront explanations, and good communication, I could rest assured that everything would be taken care of properly.

As always Greenberg Construction has done a superb job. This is the third time I have worked with them. They fixed a very stubborn balcony leak that kept coming back and remodeled my kitchen. Almost two years later I still love the kitchen and the leak did not come back during the wet winter last year. This time they installed new flooring, painted all walls, and installed a new fireplace hearth. The Greenberg Design Gallery show room has impressive material selections and designers Marine and Jennifer are very helpful. Ohad, the project manager, takes care of every detail and notices small things which he upgrades. For example, he added weather striping on the doors. All the subcontractors are courteous and pleasant They clean up after themselves, no messes left. Ohad is very responsive. I had heard of contractors that do not get back to you or leave a job unfinished. That never happens with Ohad. I recommend Greenberg Construction highly.

Simply put, Greenberg Construction is absolutely amazing! They recently completed our outdoor renovation project, completely remodeling both our front and backyard into a beautiful outdoor living space. This is our second project with Greenberg - the first project was a garage conversion into a recreational room, back in 2020. We had such an amazing experience, that I did not consider any other construction company for our recent project. And we’re once again thrilled to have worked with Greenberg. They helped bring our vision to life, meeting and exceeding our every expectation on the design and execution of the project. Both our front and back yard had little in the way of landscaping or hardscaping. Both were mostly covered in grass plots, that dried out in the summer sun, and became a swampy mess in the winter due to poor drainage. Greenberg converted the entire backyard into a beautiful hardscaped living space, with an outdoor kitchen, firepit with seating, and covered patio area. They replaced our retaining wall, built a new fence around the entire property, and installed powerful outdoor heating so that we can enjoy our outdoor space year round. The front yard was also redone to provide an amazing seating area, with the land leveled off with an added retaining wall, surrounded by beautiful drought resistant landscaping, giving us a wonderful area to socialize with our neighbors. They also installed an extremely efficient drainage system throughout the property – it was so efficient that we never experienced a single issue with the extreme rains and flooding this past winter. Every aspect of the project was done with tremendous care and planning, and the highest degree of communication from our project manager, Ohad Sherion. He is the best project manager we have ever worked with on any of our home renovation projects, and is the reason that we will only work with Greenberg Construction on all future home projects. He helped manage all aspects of our project, coordinating with the city on permits and inspections, PG&E on electrical and gas enhancements, and assembled a top notch crew of professionals to execute all aspects of the construction.

Greenberg should be renamed “Great-berg”. I started working with Maor and his team six years ago, on a four bedroom / three bath remodel of an historic house in west San Jose. Maor immediately impressed me with his no-nonsense approach, organized project plan and detailed materials budget. He finished then project on time, and with expert craftsmanship. Two years later, during the COVID pandemic, I had the good fortune to work with Maor again to convert my carriage house into a usable gym space. Again, the work was done in a matter of weeks and on budget. I have recently hired Maor once again, to work on another full property remodel of another historic home in the East Bay. This time, we are using his design services, in addition to construction crew. They have seen the entire project through structural engineering, permit applications, and are tackling interior and exterior construction. Maor’s staff is professional, courteous and detail oriented. Projects run in a smooth, and his staff’s expertise is demonstrated at every step of the project. They remain flexible should challenges arise, or changes need to be made. And, most importantly, working with them is fun, which in turn makes construction a far more enjoyable experience. Wanted to find someone we can trust to take over as much of the process as possible. - No cutting corners and a high bar for quality Our experience - Greenberg helped us shape what we wanted into a practical design that turned out much better than we expected. Had a few design meetings with the team to go through options. The team patiently explained choices and trade-offs. - Once designs were largely finalized, our involvement dropped off significantly. We would get updates at major milestones and when the team needed our input, which only happened a few times. - Very accurate estimate of cost. The contract and payment schedules were very clear and we paid according to that schedule- no surprises. - We contemplated a few adjustments along the way. The team was very accommodating, they heard us out and helped us understand the feasibility and implications of our ideas quickly. - Attention to detail: many important details that we didn't even think about were thought through and implemented. We were very delighted with the thoughtfulness of the design once we moved in and started noticing and enjoying them.

Maor and his team have been absolutely phenomenal during our new construction project. We started our new construction during the pandemic - we demolished our house the day before the shelter-in-place order was put in place and Maor had to pause construction. Simultaneously, the entire economy crashed and we were unsure how we'd be able to safely budget our project. On top of all that, there were problems with our architectural drawings and geotechnical survey that led to incorrect specs for the foundation and high groundwater level conditions. Most contractors would've charged many change orders and maybe even abandon the project under these conditions. Maor and the team calmly value engineered our project by working with their interior design team to rework finishes and costly aspects of the project, worked with our architect to redesign the foundation, helped us secure a construction loan, and proposed functional modifications to the project as they encountered them during construction. Through all the complexity of our project, Maor and the team never batted an eye and have delivered on a beautiful home we could only dream about. They have maintained a high degree of flexibility as changes were made throughout the course of construction which has made fine-tuning our vision easy. The entire team - Maor, Jenn, Marine, Chris, Eduardo, Sandra, and many more have been an absolute dream to work with, and we strongly, strongly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Ginadi and Greenberg Construction highly enough. From start to finish this is a top notch company that is transparent, honest and strives for the highest level of quality. We did a significant remodel on our house (our first) and they helped us manage every step of the way. Ginadi was there from beginning to end and he was always our go-to guy - he told us when to order finishes based on varying lead times (thanks COVID), gave us accurate timeframes of what would be happening each day/week and most importantly were flexible with our timeframe because we lived in the house during the work. We know this was a huge hassle for them because they couldn't work as efficiently - but they were willing to go that extra mile for us and that helped us get the home of our dreams (if we had to leave the property during remodel we wouldn't have been able to afford what we did). So hats off to Ginadi and his team - by the end we all felt like family and we loved working with them.

We hired Greenberg to remodel our new bought house, Greenberg did amazing job, their design was elegant, their work was world-class, and their response was super prompt. They also took high responsibility to fix anything pointed out very fast. They hold the high standard and quality of any piece of work. I want to specially thank Ohad, the project manager, he's the key to make all these things smooth and organized. He's the most reliable person and since I delegated this project to Ohad, I didn't have to do too much things for the project, almost hands off, and eventually the quality was super high. I have been using my new kitchen for several months now and love it more every day! The work done by Greenberg Construction is impeccable. This is the second time I have worked with Ohad, a project manager for Greenberg, and I have absolute confidence in him and in the subcontractors that Greenberg employs. Ohad’s eye for detail is amazing and he is meticulous in ensuring that everything works well and smoothly. I have heard so many horror stories about contractors that don’t respond and do shoddy work. Ohad is always responsive and ensures that things are being done the correct way. And in addition, he has great ideas and suggestions for improving a plan while always respectful of his clients’ ideas. I was especially impressed with how Ohad managed the process when my windows were delayed. He was flexible and ensured that work proceeded as much as possible while we awaited the windows. I also enjoyed working with Marine Potapinski who gave me excellent design advice and gave me many options for sinks, faucets and other 'jewelry' for the kitchen. My pulls are unusual and I really love them.

We hired Ohad with Greenberg Construction and Design for our kitchen remodel. The project started primarily as a kitchen remodel but grew into a partial house remodel as we decided to add on additional projects over the planning and construction period. This was our first time doing a large scale home renovation, which we had heard can be a very stressful experience; however, we were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly our experience went with Greenberg Design and Construction. We are so glad we decided to go with a design and build company and had Ohad as our project manager. I vividly remember the first time Ohad came by our house to discuss our remodeling plans - he was here for over 1.5 hours, walking through the house, taking detailed measurements, learning more about our budget and exactly what we were looking for. We were very impressed with his thoroughness and attentiveness, especially for an initial meeting. Throughout the process, Ohad was always available and responsive and it was very reassuring to have him along our sides from start to finish. He always made our job seem like his top priority even though we know he's a busy guy with other projects as well. He came by our house often to check on progress and check in with us. He is very easy to communicate with, flexible, has great attention to detail and is honest and trustworthy. He genuinely wanted the best for us and our house and had great suggestions to improve our house (without ever being pushy). We always knew we could count on him to follow through and address any questions/concerns we had in a timely manner. The design team was also great to work with. They helped us visualize the space and had great ideas to improve our house, while also accommodating our style and preferences. We couldn't be happier with how our kitchen turned out - it truly exceeded our expectations! Finally, the construction crew was punctual, polite, hard-working, tidy, and seemed to take great pride and care in their work. We were very happy to have primarily the same construction crew for the majority of our construction - it was reassuring to see friendly, familiar faces in our house on a consistent basis. We appreciated that they maintained a clean workspace so we could stay in our house more comfortably. Ginadi and Greenberg were great. We hired them for a gut renovation of a condo. Because of COVID, I was stuck abroad for the entirety of the renovation, but Ginadi was able to handle everything while I was abroad. We were very pleased with the result and with the service and communication. I strongly recommend Greenberg to anyone who wants to do a more "hands-off" renovation -- they delivered on quality and budget and were responsible, responsive, and able to make good decisions on my behalf while I was stuck abroad. Five stars for sure!

Greenberg did an excellent job on design, construction, finding and fixing hidden issues, they also helped to address multiple complicated problems, their work exceeds my expectation. More important, they offered very reasonable price with very high quality work. I would also like to special thank the project manager - Ohad. He's really patient on hearing any requirements and came out outstanding solution to satisfy those requirements, he's very easy to reach out, and super proactively on providing professional suggestions. My husband and I hired Ohad and the Greenberg team to do an extensive remodel of our home, including kitchen, pantry, and laundry relocation, fireplace redesign, and installation of new wood floors, doors, and lighting throughout. Ohad from Greenberg managed our project, which was a rebuild of the exterior of our house. We really appreciated that Ohad took the time to get everything right. There were a lot of details to coordinate, and he took care of everything that came up during the project. The workers at our house cared about their work and left the site tidy at the end of each day. We highly recommend Greenberg and Ohad as a project manager.

My brother worked with Ohad at Greenberg Construction to remodel our dad's bathroom several years ago. We were all very pleased with the experience and result so when it came to installing an HVAC system this past winter, also in my dad's home, we called on Ohad again. Our father had just died and I was staying in the house to tend to his affairs. Without a functioning furnace, the interior of the home was so cold, I could barely function. We called Ohad and he, seeing the emergency situation, quickly put together an estimate for a quality HVAC system and within a week of giving him a deposit, got the necessary permit(s) and had his crew on the job. Pleasant, respectful and efficient, they worked hard to do what was necessary to install the HVAC system. Ohad oversaw the process and kept me abreast of what was going on. When I realized that there were also a few small jobs around the house that needed tending to and I did not have the time to take on myself, I checked with Ohad if he could. Sure enough, he wrote up an estimate, we tweaked it and then his people got to work. I like that about Ohad. His friendly, can do approach coupled with a deep knowledge of his trade and desire to please and meet needs of clients, makes for a a straight forward and positive experience. I'm super pleased with my Ohad/Greenberg experience and will definitely consider working with them on future projects.

Ohad is an amazing Project Manager. He devoted a great deal of time to acquainting me with Greenberg Construction via their very well-equipped showroom, a current construction project in my neighborhood, and a detailed description and estimate for my bathroom addition. He is very accessible and reasonable and quite willing to adapt to all the client's choices. He also has stupendous references from clients who have worked with him multiple times. In addition, Heather is extremely efficient in running the office and very helpful in being on top of details, relaying messages, etc. I am quite favorably impressed with Greenberg Construction.

After a nightmare inside remodel with another company, working with Greeberg Construction for our outdoor remodel was a total 180. They were professional, honest, organized, stuck to the schedule, and great problem-solvers. Whenever unforeseen issues came up (which several did), Maor and his entire team handled them efficiently and creatively. All of the subs (electrician, carpenters, painters, plumbers) were trustworthy, reliable, and talented. Maor has great relationships with the folks at Belmont City Hall and also with some plumbers in the area. He was able to obtain all of our permits and inspections quickly. We are incredibly happy with how everything turned out and grateful we found Greenberg Construction. I would not hesitate to use them for anything again or recommend them to others. They can handle any size project from tear-down and rebuild, total remodel, additions, outdoor landscaping, indoors...anything. Even though Maor is extremely busy, we felt as though our project was a priority for him and he was always available via phone or text with any issues we had. He is quick to respond via email and/or phone and he is extremely detail-oriented. We even had an emergency one night when our old water heater wouldn't light and he came to our house at 7:30pm on a weekend to fix it for us (we later upgraded to tankless, per his suggestion). During the entire process of our remodel, we felt like we could really trust not only Maor, but also everyone he sent to our home. They may not be the cheapest around, but we have learned the incredibly hard way that you get what you pay for. They treat their employees and their customers well. Before our remodel, the outside of our house and yard might have been the ugliest in Belmont. But now, we love them!

We decided to remodel our 1950s ranch home to add a master bedroom and bathroom over the garage, remove the chimney, install HVAC, add skylights, and enlarge our kitchen. Since the addition required structural changes, and we planned to live in our home for many years to come, we wanted to hire a design/build firm that could guide us through the complexities of the project and deliver beautiful results. We interviewed five firms and ultimately selected Greenberg Construction. Top of mind when we chose Greenberg was our strong rapport with project manager Ginadi. From the beginning, he impressed us with his commitment to open communication. The estimate he provided was also very detailed, so we understood not only how much individual steps would cost but also how the entire project broke down into phases with inspections. After the project officially started, Ginadi met with us regularly at our home to provide updates, answer questions, and get our input on upcoming decision points. He offered many great suggestions that we never would have even considered but that showed he was thinking of how we would use the spaces; just this past week, he recommended placing the outlet boxes on our new kitchen island in specific areas so that we'd be able to maximize our cabinet storage space. That's the kind of detail that matters after we move back in, long after the last check to Greenberg has been written, so I'm glad he shared it. He's always been very responsive to our texts, phone calls, and emails. We ended every meeting feeling both reassured about the project's progress and excited for its conclusion. We also worked with Greenberg's designer Jennifer on our new kitchen design for about two months. In the Greenberg showroom, Jennifer walked us through various options for cabinetry, hardware, sinks, and tile. The 3D renders she created were helpful to visualize what the space would look like, and the layout she proposed made sense. We went back and forth a bit over email, just because there were a lot of design details that we cared about, but I think at this point, the kitchen is my favorite part of the remodel. This review of Greenberg Construction wouldn't be complete without acknowledging the fantastic Greenberg crew. These people work *hard.* I think, at this point, they are a full month ahead of schedule. We try to inspect the property on weekends so as not to get in their way, but on Sunday afternoons, they are still there! They've had to move some of our furniture where they needed to do electrical work, and they have treated our belongings with the utmost care. They are also very tidy, and they always have a friendly hello for us when we stop by. --- Update: It's been six months since our addition+remodel project finished, and we just love how Greenberg Construction has transformed our home. Overall, we're very pleased with the end result and would definitely work with Greenberg Construction and Ginadi again!

Even in the middle of Covid he kept us informed and kept the project going when not under SIP. I am thrilled with my new balcony that Greenberg Construction finished a couple of weeks ago. I needed to rebuild the side of my house including replacing old balcony to fix a leaking problem. Ohad, the project manager, had excellent suggestions on what features to include. The railing has glass panels, very elegant looking, that provides privacy. It was a pleasure to work with Ohad and he was always responsive to any questions or concerns. All of the workmen and subcontractors were considerate and also easy to work with and focused on quality. I’m glad I hired Greenberg Construction.

This Thanksgiving I will be grateful that I hired Greenberg Construction. They are in the middle of repairing a balcony on the side of my house. Suddenly, on the other side of my house, I had a separate and unrelated plumbing emergency. Old pipes burst and suddenly I had water pouring through light fixtures in two downstairs rooms. Ohad, my project manager, responded quickly and found a plumber to help me. I got a couple of estimates but decided to go with Greenberg for the plumbing fix. They have been doing an excellent job. He made great suggestions to improve the construction of the balcony and ensure there will be no more leaks. He always keeps me informed and his workmen are polite and not messy. They keep the dust to a minimum. I am confident in their work and recommend them highly.

Not many construction companies are interested in doing a home exterior makeover, so I was pleased to find Greenberg Construction. I've been working with Ohad on a project to improve our home's curb appeal, which includes stucco, door/window trim, paint, and stone work. He was also flexible to add exterior doors to the project after the fact, and didn't have any issues dealing with the wait time needed to order those doors. I like that, if I have a question or problem, I can send him a text and he responds in a reasonable time frame. Another thing that stands out are the details. We had an issue with carpenter ants finding their way into our walls via a few small gaps where the stucco meets the roof overhang, and it was important all those gaps be caulked before painting - no problem. We wanted a new mailbox, which meant patching screw holes to prepare for new ones - no problem. I ordered a new house number to be installed - no problem. Could they paint our built-in dog door the same color as the house? No problem. It's really has been a pleasure thus far.

Greenberg Construction does such an amazing job of executing projects based on conceptual permit plans. They know some of the best leading edge building techniques. Greenberg is also unique in that they have an amazing showroom that you can bring your clients to see and touch first hand finishes and fixtures across all categories of finishes. Greenberg is a true one-stop shop!

After meeting with a handful of local design build firms, I decided on Greenberg Construction for my interior remodel (kitchen and 2 full baths). The project manager Ginadi was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the job, from plumbing to electrical to structural. The contract was very detailed and laid out the pricing of every single item down to the light switches. Ginadi was a very clear communicator and always let me know of any work that needed to be completed outside of that contract so that I could keep track of the budget easily. He was extremely responsive throughout the project, and I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response from him. The sub-contractors Greenberg works with are top-notch, and I never had any issues with quality or reliability. I absolutely love how the project turned out and highly recommend Greenberg Construction. I plan to work with them again for future projects.

Greenberg Construction has proven to be a worthy addition to our select list of builders whom we feel comfortable referring to our clients. Maor Greenberg runs an excellent operation that puts quality and communication first; it's easy to get him on the phone for any reason, he's always reachable and available. Even better, Maor is hands-on and proactively involved in all aspects of his projects. We worked closely with him and his subcontractors to solve a ducting issue one of our Palo Alto homes, we had underestimated the area needed for ductwork to serve the 2nd floor, and Maor brought this to our attention early enough during framing that we were able to collaboratively find a solution that worked for all parties (we've since begun working with an HVAC Engineer on all of our projects!). Greenberg Construction is now working on one of our more complicated designs, a jewelbox of a contemporary residence on a tight corner lot in Redwood City bordering Atherton. We were very pleased when we learned that our client accepted our recommendation to hire Greenberg, and we have confidence that our project is in great hands!

Greenberg Construction is amazing, no other way for me to put it. They’ve been working on a garage renovation project for us, and they’ve been incredibly professional, highly responsive, detail oriented, and have done great work every step of the process. We have an older house, built in the 1950s, so we’ve had to take on numerous renovation projects practically every year that we’ve lived in this house. Without fail, every other construction company we’ve hired has been difficult to work with at best, and at worst has done faulty work (some of which we’ve had to redo after the project was completed). Working with Greenberg Construction has thankfully been the exception. They’ve done a fantastic job guiding us through this entire process, coordinating engineering plans and city permits, to helping connect us with amazing vendors for cabinetry and appliances. Ohad Sherion, our project manager, has provided great recommendations and options for everything that we wanted to do, from layout and design, to vendors and materials. He’s incredibly flexible and responsive, and does an amazing job keeping track of all the different aspects of the project, and keeping us updated. We’ve been so pleased with everything they’ve done, that I keep adding additional items to the project (which they’ve been great about accommodating). Even though this is the largest renovation project we’ve done, its been the least amount of work and stress for us. We still have other big renovation projects that we want to take on in the future. Its pretty unlikely that I’ll even consider working with any other companies.

Greenberg Construction was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Their project manager Ginadi was responsive and efficient, and their crew bent over backwards to make sure that our renovation project was completed to a high standard and according to our exacting specifications. Disclaimer: I am a busy professional myself and if I had more time I would write a long extensive review of Greenberg Design / Construction. Long story short: my house was destroyed in a fire a few years ago. I hired Maor & team @ Greenberg Construction to partner with me during what I knew would be a long and arduous process of battling insurance company and rebuild logistics etc. Because of this situation, I've been working with Maor for a longer than normal time-frame - past few years - on my house project, so I think I have an excellent judgment on this company's skills and capabilities as well as culture / style of dealing with clients. In other words, you should weigh my review more heavily than others. Maor has been a true partner to me during what has sometimes been a very difficult process - he and team have put in extra time to brainstorm with me how I can most cost effectively with an eye on quality and unique aesthetics and design re-build my house within the constraints of my insurance settlement funds. Also, Maor is not just a "build logistics" guy. He actually is a really outstanding designer himself - one example I was super impressed with was that when we re-designed my house floor-plan and exterior design, I didn't even have to pay for or work with an extra designer or architect. Maor came up with a design that I liked (note: I do not like run of the mill cookie cutter styles - I'm a successful, young, stylish lady that wanted a custom, eclectic design) so not the easiest client for him I would say) and he totally nailed it! I continue to be very impressed! Additionally, in the past 3 years I've been with Greenberg, they've grown tremendously! Because of this, as a Greenberg client I (and you will, should you hire them), got the benefit of pricing with all of his partner suppliers - which includes Lincoln Windows which are SUPERIOR quality and aesthetics. I got amazing windows on par with Marvin windows' highest end line for literally a fraction of the price. I am extremely pleased with this outcome. Please ask him more about the alternative materials he can use for you project which will make your house last forever in amazing condition. He does all of this for totally on market pricing. Of course, pricing is not the lower end of market - but we all know we pay for what we get in construction. Greenberg could likely charge way more for their quality of work, but they do not. Last but not least, Greenberg has everything in house - all (or nearly all) of the subcontractors Maor & Jenn & team supervise and have on staff internally. Why is this a big deal? It means that 1) project will stay on time 2) stay on budget 3) you will never have to speak with / manager another vendor / service provider than your main contact at Greenberg (likely Maor and/or Jenn). Maor has many many projects but is never too busy to answer my calls or call me back promptly. As a business owner myself, I'm not sure how he does it, but he does. I am confident you will be pleased with your project - not only at completion but during the process - if you hire Greenberg. Feel free to contact me for a reference. I hired Greenberg after interviewing 7 contractors for my whole house remodeling project in Los Altos. I was very impressed with Maor's professional and expertly quote. Price was not lower side for sure but I was able to see exactly what I am getting. And I also felt there is no crazy overhead like some contractors. I have had many setbacks due to numerous issues in my planning but for every issue, Maor stood by my side, working with city and architect to give the best solution possible. And unlike others, he is not afraid to change/challenge the plan if it is for the right reason. Maor and his team have great sense of design and I have adopted many of their ideas along the way. The result has been outstanding so far. I particularly like their sense of minimalistic clean modern design. Their selection of materials are great and the design service for kitchen/bar/laundry from Jennifer and Marin has been top-notch. I am about 2-3mon away before my completion of projects. I will certainly update this review when my project is done. But it was my best decision to go with Greenberg and they really saved my entire project. I will certainly consider going with them for the whole process next time. I respect Maor for his professionalism and expertise and I consider him as a friend coming out this hugely challenging project together.

Our project involves tearing down our existing home and building a new house on a hillside lot. After interviewing different builders, we realized Greenberg Construction is in a league by themselves. In addition to offering most of the relevant services (architectural design, 3D modeling, structural engineering, … and assistance with interior design), they fully comprehend and assist with cost vs. value tradeoffs. They really care and walk the talk because they have depth and breadth in both skills and experience. We hired Greenberg in early October with an almost impossible schedule of architecting our new house, going through our city’s hearing and approval process, engineering the structural plans, and submitting to the city’s building department before the city’s Dec 20 deadline (Major new building codes take effect on Jan 1, 2020). We had less than three months to achieve what normally takes upwards of one year. Rather than tell us we have an impossible task, Greenberg took it upon themselves to achieve success. This magical turn-around involved daily architectural revisions and parallel structural engineering, all with a clam and supportive attitude. Working around the clock (we were getting updated plans at 4am), Greenberg delivered and we achieved our building department stamp on Dec 18, 2019. Thus far our experience has been like a fairy tale, and we are confident the rest of our journey will be just as successful.

Greenberg just completed a total kitchen remodel, and the experience was wonderful. I was especially pleased with how they worked with me on the specific design I wanted. Valuable suggestions and guidance were offered, but I always felt in control, and the results are better than I was hoping for.

We had a great experience remodeling our bathroom with Greenberg Construction. They provided us with a reasonable estimate, and explained what would happen in case of contingencies - which we fully expected - given a 70 year old home. Sure enough, after they did the demolition, it became clear we had some dry rot. They came up with a plan to deal with it. Later, not unexpectedly but on a Sunday, the water heater died. They arranged to have it replaced the next day. There were a number of other unexpected issues, so the project took longer than originally planned and was considerably more expensive - but all of these changes led to much needed improvements to our home. There were a few cases where placement of (for instance) light fixtures and shower niches were difficult to do given the placement of supporting beams in the wall. In these cases our project leader worked closely with us to explain options. In the end we were able to get the bathroom arranged to our wishes. We really enjoy our beautiful new bathroom!

Now that our project has been completed and we have enjoyed the renovated area for more than half a year I wanted to followup but saying that we were very pleased with how Greenberg Construction handled our renovation. Ginadi and Ohad were fantastic and we thoroughly enjoy our renovated area. Thanks for making our master bedroom and bathroom so amazing!

We are really happy about our experience with Ginadi and Greenberg Construction. They recently completed remodeling our master and guest bathrooms. The end result is better than we even imagined it could be. Using our master bathroom feels like getting a spa treatment. Ginadi and his team were a pleasure to work with. The guys who worked on the bathrooms were friendly and we felt totally comfortable with them working in the house while we were away. They were always very good about locking up when they left. They were also great about closing the garage door when it didn’t need to be open as we had asked them to. The quality of the work was top notch. The tile work in particular turned out amazing. Ginadi was great at making himself available to chat via text or phone about any questions we had about the project as it was going. I really valued Ginadi’s experience as well. He had great suggestions and it was a relief to be working with someone who has the experience to know what works well and what doesn’t. It’s nice to work with people who you can trust to do a good job and can also come up with good solutions to problems. He was also great about telling us early on about all the things we will need to purchase for the project, such as the tile, shower systems, etc. Ginadi also cared a lot about our circumstance as well. With my wife being pregnant we really needed the project to be completed on time well before the due date. Ginadi’s team worked practically every weekend to make sure of this, which we really appreciated. His team was also able to squeeze in the installation of a new tankless water heater, which we weren’t originally planning to do until we discovered the old one needed replacement. Overall we’re really glad we chose to go with Greenberg.

It's our first time dealing with a contractor as this is our first home. I have to say, Ohad and his team has met all the expectation I had. We hired Greenberg for a general contracting job that involves popcorn ceiling removal, hardwood floor installation, complete lighting overhaul, attic insulation reinforcement and conversion of gas fireplace to electric. Ohad has been very responsive to my questions and concerns and would always keep me in the loop via texts and calls, even in evenings and weekends. We met in the house for progress inspection and partial payment for completed jobs every few days and Ohad was punctual every time. The communication has been great and Ohad ensured we always knew what was going on and what was going to happen next. Considering that we were busy with work when the renovation was ongoing, Ohad bought us components and rough materials he recommended (and we approved) several times, which we later reimbursed him for with clear records. He even managed to find moldings and trims for our hardwood floor through his own sources when the store we purchased the floor from didn't have any in stock (and would not in the future because the specific kind of wood was no longer exported). Needless to say, this saved us a lot of time and trouble and the result looks fantastic. Overall, Ohad and his team has done a great job completing the work to my satisfaction. I have high standards and they had to revisit several times to take care of the details. But they did, without any complaints or additional charges. Ohad is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy and there is no doubt I'll work with him again for future remodeling needs.

We hired Greenberg Construction to do a full kitchen remodel and also a partial remodel of the rest of our home. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Everything looks fantastic. Ohad and Ginadi who led the project couldn't have been better to work with, they were both extremely responsive and very friendly to work with. All the workers who were here were very professional, and did a good job to work around all of our pets which was important. We have a guest bathroom we plan on remodeling later this year and we will not hesitate to use Greenberg again.

On our first meeting, Maor provided us with ideas on how we could achieve what we wanted, while listening to what was important to us and what we didn't want to change. Very soon after, he provided us with a detailed break up of the budget and timelines. Greenberg's proposal made us feel most comfortable in terms of cost and their ability to execute. We were not disappointed through the project!. Greenberg met their timelines (very rare in the remodeling world!) and provided us with an A quality team. The team was always available for any questions we had & even as issues/challenges came up, we were able to work together to resolve them. They are very responsive & continue to work with us on post project closure issues as well. We love our remodeled home & would recommend Greenberg to anyone that wants to embark on a remodel project.

Our new kitchen looks fantastic! We chose Greenberg, because their quote was lower than the one we received from another company, and because they were able to start sooner. They didn't disappoint us. They were very professional throughout our time working with them; they had all of their contract paperwork in order up front, and there were no surprise costs. They were able to start very soon after our initial conversation, and the project was completed in about 8 weeks (as compared to the 6 weeks they predicted). However, the brief delay was almost entirely the fault of the company that installed the countertops, which was not under Greenberg's jurisdiction, so I don't fault them for that. They were even willing to go to bat for us with that other company as well as with our backsplash vendor to make sure we were treated well. If I could suggest an area for them to improve on, it would be making sure all important information gets transmitted to all the right people (from us to the managers to all the contractors and vice versa, for example) and to keep us in the loop a little more on what days we can expect them to work on our project.

Just had Greenberg Construction repair and remodel our master bathroom, which had a leak that had damaged the floor. I was very pleased and recommend Greenberg for a number of reasons: 1. Quality of the work was excellent. 2. Their quote was very honest. In my particular case there was damage that would not be visible until the floor was removed. Other contractors left this repair out of their quote entirely and would deal with it once the floor was out. Greenberg gave an estimate based on their best estimate of the square footage of the damage and made this assumption clear. When the floor was removed, the damage area turned out to be a slightly larger than assumed, the additional work needed was quoted at a rate consistent with their "per s/f" quote. I appreciated their upfront attempt to capture this cost (and that their initial estimate of the size of the damage was very realistic), as opposed to kicking it down the road to make their initial quote look lower. 3. The project mananger (Ohad) was very responsive, thorough, and efficient. I was very pleased with the result and will not hesitate to use Greenberg again.

We are mid-way through our 2nd renovation project for the year but the first one with Greenberg. Every project comes with stress and hiccups but I have to say that there are several things I really value during our current project. The team is sincere and kind. Seriously. That is a tough characteristic to find in the construction world. No one likes strangers in their home. The people on the job site are hard working and a pleasure to have in our home. Our assigned team has been responsive to our needs and questions. The work so far has been lovely and they have passed inspection every time without issue. My favorite thing is that no matter what I bring up or point out they always say "Don't worry - we will take care of it" and they have kept to their word. I will do another review when we are at the end.

Our project is completed and we are amazed and thrilled with the work by Ginadi and his Team!! We heard a lot of horror stories of people’s experiences with remodeling, but ours was not part of THAT statistic. And the timing was perfect. We moved into our home in January and our home weathered the aggressive winter weather with no problem. Ginadi has been like family to us, he is kind, honest, very very very responsive, and he guided us through every step of the process. Considering we had no experience in this, Ginadi always took time to explain aspects of the project in detail. He would always say, “what questions do you have for me? Followed by “What else?” We are glad to have chosen Greenberg and especially thankful for Ginadi. As we did the final walk through, it was surreal to see him leaving. He has been just an important part of our lives and we are grateful that our house was in his hands! :)

I hired Greenberg Construction to remodel my dad's bathroom, which was in serious need of updating. The old bathroom had black mold and was in real bad shape. Since this was a different location than where I live. I had to arrange for Greenberg to meet me in Palo Alto, at his home. They were always on time and I was very impressed with the service level. They provided me with a detailed estimate and timeline of the work. I didn't have the time to shop for tile or a vanity and/or pick things up. I wanted them to do everything. They would text me pictures and I was able to provide input and approve. In the end, I was very happy with the results. The bath/shower looks fantastic, the tile floor and the new vanity, everything looks great. I plan to use them on future projects as I continue to remodel the home. I would highly recommend these guys.

Ohad and his teams worked on our guest bathroom and we were very happy with the results. They were punctual, responsive, efficient , clean and most importantly they delivered. Even when problems arise they promptly fix it and have great follow ups. We are very happy with their work and highly recommend Ohad and his team.

We did a whole house renovation including some structural changes, bathroom and kitchen renovations with Greenberg. Their price might not be the best; however, their service makes it up. For example, we had a hard time to work with structure engineers and the fire sprinkler contractor; our project manager, Ginadi contacted them directly and solved the problems to make sure everything keeps up with the schedule. Ginadi is a hard worker, we usually would receive his message early in the morning or late in the evening in regards with our project, and he is very fast in terms of responding our questions. What impress me most is after the project completed, we had some problems and asked them to come back and fix it, Ginadi was still able to get it done within a day or 2. Most of Greenberg’s crew is professional and polite, we felt safe to give them our keys while we are away. Overall, it was a pleasant experience to work with Greenberg.

Greenberg Construction, PMed by Ginadi, helped us realize our vision of a luxurious central bathroom. We are thrilled with the end result! I will try to post some before and after photos after we finish decorating. We were dealing with a very cramped space in a 1950s home, almost a closet-sized, with a single tiny sink. Together we came up with a really innovative solution by expanding the bathroom in an L-shape into an adjacent bedroom's closet. We relocated that bedroom's closet to the inside portion of the "L", which still left plenty of room in the bedroom. But the resulting feel of the bathroom space was SO much more spacious and comfortable, allowing for a full dual vanity, half-wall tile wainscoting, and beautiful fixtures. You have to see it, they really did a wonderful job with all the details. Ginadi was a pleasure to work with, really cool guy who deeply cares about the project and about us. He was helpful, helped us brainstorm all sorts of solutions, never pressured us, and helped us explore ways to save money on parts of the project so that we could splurge on the tiling and fixtures. He was also very patient with us, which is a good thing because we were very detail-oriented and asked for a lot of touch ups and changes to details. They delivered right on budget (which was a very reasonable price point), but the bathroom and adjacent closet work look like they cost a lot more. Some contractors build fast and cheap in order to help you flip your home. While I'm sure Greenberg Construction would be a great partner if you're trying to sell your house, they really shine when it comes to building homes to live in and feel good about. All for a very reasonable price. Top notch contractors!

It is very easy to form a positive and constructive rapport with Ginadi and he is a fast response to any question is calming. Ginadi over sees a wonderful professional team of electricians, painters and plumbers. We were impressed!

After getting quotes from at least 10 contractors to build our 2-BR and 1-BA addition to our home, I decided to go with Greenberg Construction because he responded clearly to all my questions to clarify the items in his proposal. Whereas others did not respond, or if they did, their responses were vague. Plus, his proposal was very reasonable. As the project progressed and some issues arose, which was expected for a project this size, Luis and his crew responded quickly to address them. Another thing that I like about Greenberg Construction was that Maor did not nickel and dime me with the small work that we added along the way. We negotiated and came easily to an agreement for the items that were added. The workers were pleasant, respectful and the quality of their work was good. Luis, Maor’s partner, who managed the workers, explained clearly why certain items were being done a particular way when asked, which is something I appreciated. In summary, Maor and Luis are good, responsible and responsive contractors who will make the extra effort to make their customers happy. We hired Maor (Greenberg Construction) to add a master suite, bedroom and laundry room. He also installed a central heating and cooling system and upgraded the electrical wiring. We made a few design changes along the way and Maor and his crew worked with us to get it approved with the city and also implement them. Everyone who worked on the project respected our space through out the remodel which we greatly appreciated as we were primarily living in the house at the time of the remodel. The communication and response time with Maor is excellent, even after the completion of the project. You can't go wrong if you are looking for a friendly, accommodating, and hard working contractor for your project.

Nothing ever turns out like you might have expected or hoped in home remodeling. That's why we hired Greenberg Construction and are glad we did. Maor and Luis always stand by their work and are fair when it comes time to make an unexpected change -- and we had many and had to navigate through several problems. Our job was a big one. In the end, we got a complete rebuild of our home from the ground up, doubled its size, and added a second story (a $1M+ job including allowances - we did splurge here and there). We also removed everything but dirt from the front and back yard and had them put in all new landscaping and hardscaping. Maor was just as impatient as we were to get things done on time. And he is very fair. Maor will never cheat you and will always be upfront about what he is getting out of the deal. Remodeling our house was one of the most difficult things we've ever been through. But if we do it again, we would certainly hire Greenberg.

This review is in 2 parts: Mid-job and completion. 1. If you're looking for a contractor, pick Greenberg. You won't regret it. This 5-star rating is well deserved. We are actually about 3 months into a major renovation, adding a master bedroom, moving walls, with a new roof and other over-due repairs. So far, Greenberg's coming in at less than the original quote and a few weeks earlier than initially projected. The work is great! Our situation is a bit sensitive, as we lost a child and recently had a new baby. We wanted to preserve our daughter's room and build out for the baby. We actually called multiple contractors, got quotes & interviewed 4. Ginadi came out from Greenberg construction and he is absolutely fabulous to work with! He had great ideas and was very creative in helping us come up with the right solution for our needs. We chose Greenberg because of our interactions with Ginadi, as well as their reputation. The quotes were similar to other contractors, but Greenberg's quote was very detailed. We could tell where all of the costs came from, down the number of fixtures! The timeline seemed a bit long compared to what I was expecting, but Ginadi wanted to make sure that we considered potential delays from the city, etc. Ginadi was so honest and thoughtful, I knew I could trust him with our home. For me, being able to trust the Contractor was very important. I needed to know they would do a great job and also that they would do their best to protect our daughter's room. So far, we are 3-months into the job, with about 2-3 weeks left to go. The team at Greenberg construction, especially Angel and Carlos are fantastic! Their work is done very precisely and they have done a great job protecting the rest of the house from construction dust. The roof is beautiful and the budget actually included high-end, energy-efficient shingles. We actually took a 2-month long vacation during my maternity leave and Ginadi sent us pictures and communicated with us every step of the way with "WhatsApp". Being a detail oriented person, and a bit type A, I really appreciated this and the way the Ginadi communicates openly and honestly. Ginadi and his team have been incredibly patient with us as we made decisions along the way. Their advice has been greatly appreciated. These guys are smart and experienced. I'll post again once the job is done. 2. Greenberg construction was fantastic to work with from start to finish! I posted a mid-project review, but wanted to come back for the final update. We were fortunate to have Ginadi lead the project to add a master suite onto the back of our home. We also replaced the roodf and converted our old room to a new room for our new baby. It looks AMAZING! Ginadi actually came to our home 3 times to discuss plans and ideas before we committed to a design, as we weren't sure what the best design would be. He never pressured us, but worked with our schedule (both for the meetings and the renovation). Ginadi is very straight forward and honest. He handled the any small issues or questions that came up during the project immediately. I really couldn't be happier with the job they did or the way the project went. I am super picky, but it turns out Ginadi and Carlos are even pickier! They were so thoughtful in the design, that they considered the placement of every outlet & switch, and always asked for our preferences when there were options. This made us feel like we were a team with Greenberg Construction. They came in 1 month earlier than the original deadline and very close to the budget. I actually added additional work and lighting along the way, otherwise they would have been a bit under budget. The finishing work is absolutely beautiful. Carlos and his team spent quite a bit of time perfecting the trim and paint and cleaning up. These guys were great to have around - I'm not going to miss being under construction, but I'll miss Ginadi, Carlos and their crews! Who knew a reno could be fun?

Maor and his crew did an exceptional job! The quality of work was surprisingly good. Maor worked with our budget and offered good alternatives. His project manager was responsive and everyone - including his subs were friendly.

Ginadi and his team did a great job remodeling our kitchen. From the very beginning we got an immediate response, a comprehensive bid, and wonderful service. There were a couple of hiccups along the way but Ginadi and his team worked with us through the delays, provided advice, and made our kitchen spectacular. We found Greenberg Construction through BuildZoom, and chose them to do our master bathroom remodel because they seemed to have great reviews, gave the best price, and were the most pleasant to interact with. Ginadi has been managing my project and is wonderful to work with, as well as super responsive whenever we need to reach out to him. He and his crew are respectful and have great attention to detail. They absolutely do not cut corners, which does usually mean more to pay for, but it's clear we're paying for necessary safety and quality at least. They've done such a great job that we've decided to do our second bathroom with them as well. Tom, who has done most of the actual work, has been superb. We have confidence that the second bathroom, and any other job we do with them in the future, will turn out as splendidly as the first.

Maor has remodeled my espresso bar and concessions. He did that job so well that I brought him back this year to remodel the bathrooms and make my new office. He is great to deal with and very patient with the nuances that come with working with this place. My wife an I just bought a house in Danville which needed lots of TLC. After contacting several contractors for quotes we decided to go with Greenberg constructions for two reasons - reasonable price and Maor, the owner who showed up for the quote had some great ideas and was very friendly and professional. Like any large construction project, there were some surprises along the way, but to our surprise (after a terrible experience in the past with a different contractor) they were all taken care of immediately by Maor and his team. We loved working with Maor as well as Alex, the project manager who did a fantastic job and has amazing communication skills as well as lots of patience for all of our last-minute changes and stupid questions =P To list the things we had Greenberg Construction do for us: Complete bathroom remodel for three bathrooms. Complete kitchen remodel. Replace three fireplace from wood burning to gas burning and add beautiful brick veneer. Replace hardwood floors and carpets throughout the house. Add recessed lighting and ceiling fans throughout the house. Other odds and ends. All and all, we could not be happier with the entire team and would not hesitate calling them again for our next project! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who's trying to get a project done on time and on budget =)

I worked with Maor on a complete home remodel project over the past several weeks and I have nothing but good things to say regarding Greenberg construction. I am more than pleased with the outcome of the work. It was done to my specifications and remained at the quoted price, which was reasonable. This is impressive considering the detail that has to go into bidding on the job and the customer actually getting what they want. Maor and his team are very thorough, professional and responsive. I can honestly say that I never had to wait for an answer to a question for over an hour. That was unheard of with my previous construction projects with other companies. My work was done in a timely manner and with such attention to detail that I wouldn't hesitate to give them referrals or work with them again. The team was very clean and unobtrusive. They did not require a lot of additional instruction on what I wanted after my initial meeting with Maor. He communicated my wishes very well and I am so happy with the results. I hired Maor (Greenberg Construction) for major remodeling in our home, which included complete flooring change, Kitchen, Bathrooms, addition of den, fireplace, HVAC work etc. He is very professional and a contractor who is willing to go out of the way sometime per client needs. One of most impressive thing about him was that his team worked almost every day for 2 months (sometimes including weekends), to finish as fast as he can. Whenever we needed him, he was always available for discussion on site. He is also out of the box guy when it comes to do custom things. Maor and Greenberg Construction team just finished 800sqft addition for us and I felt compelled to write a review. A lot of times, people only write reviews for bad service or work that was poorly done, so I thought I'd take the time to recognize some excellent work. I was beyond impressed with Maor Greenberg. After we had a lot of trouble with another contractor doing our kitchen, we knew we had to find someone different. We had at least 4 different contractors come over to check out the job and give us quotes. Maor price was at the middle. But he really worked with us to get it within our budget. With a baby on the way and limited funds, his flexibility was MUCH appreciated. Not one of the other contractors was willing to work with us in that way. I figured that since he was so great budget-wise and with such a great personality, he'd be difficult once the work got started. I was definitely wrong! He was beyond professional and stayed on top of every crew to make sure they got their work done on schedule--unheard of in the industry! Maor actually finished our project on schedule! If not a few hours early! I could not believe it! So, not only did he deal with my wife crazy pregnant brain and the pressure we put on him, but he finished on time and with a smile. Oh, and I can't forget to mention--he also finished within budget. I would definitely hire Maor again, and hopefully we have a chance to. He was such a pleasure to work with and I really do trust him. I will also be referring him to all my family and friends. He's just a great guy all around and his work was way better than we could have hoped for. I'd say we got more than expected for the money we paid.

Firstly, I can't recommend Maor highly enough for any level of remodeling or renovation jobs you may be doing. We recently used Greenberg Construction to remodel the kitchen, bathroom and a large portion of the living area in our home and have been delighted with the both the process and the results. Having worked in real estate/property development, I have worked with a number of other contractors and know when I'm working with someone who knows their business and takes genuine pride in the quality of the work they're doing- and that certainly describes Maor and his team. Although I was pretty sure I wanted to use Greenberg Construction based on a friend's recommendation, I wanted to get bids from other renovation contractors for our remodel just to be thorough. When compared with the other bids, I was very impressed with Maor pricing and the level of detail outlined in his bid. Another big factor for me in choosing the right contractor was the lead time involved for the renovation. Most of the other contractors couldn't work within our time constraints- which was to have all of the remodeling completed in six weeks. We knew it would be tight but Maor absolutely pulled through for us. Both our kitchen and bathroom look amazing, and both are so much more functional than they were before. We were absolutely delighted (and surprised based on experience with other contractors) that the remodel stayed on schedule and within our budget. The remodel took the demolition of the kitchen, bathroom and part of the living space down to the studs and put it all back together again with new plumbing, electrical and heating. Maor helped source all of the new appliances and finishes through his vendors for the entire remodel which can be a handful if you haven't done it before. He provided us with numerous sources for our kitchen cabinetry also. All the work performed throughout the remodel is of the highest standard and we enjoyed working with Maor and his team. I also really appreciated how hard they all worked towards keeping the remodel on schedule and 'WITHIN OUR BUDGET'. Remodeling, or any kind of renovation, (whether big or small) can be very stressful- but having Maor as our contractor really helped alleviate the majority of our concerns and I will definitely be calling him for any future renovation needs we may have.

I hired Greenberg Development and Construction Inc to remodel my bathroom. I could not be happier with the results. From the very beginning, I feel like Maor listened to how I wanted the finished room to look, but also made suggestions along the way that would improve the project. He came in with a reasonable bid, was very organized, purchased all the needed materials, and checked up regularly on the progress. His communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question or concern, he always got back to me almost immediately. The materials used were of good quality and the workmanship was top notch. I love looking at my new bathroom each day, especially the shower which is beautiful! Maor suggested I try a rainfall shower panel instead of a traditional shower head. I had never even heard of one before, but decided to give it a try. It ended up being one of my favorite parts of the new remodel. It is so relaxing, I feel like I live in a spa! I would highly recommend using this company. They did not rush through the project, but took their time to make sure that it was done correctly. The workers are reliable and have the utmost integrity. They will not leave until you are completely satisfied. I had a few minor problems after the job was complete. I have had Maor and his team to help me with two separate remodeling projects one was an investment property and the other was my home after a co worker told me about them. I have been overall very impressed with his work ethics and efficiency and his attention to details and reliability. He always gave 100 to his work, and managed to work with various budget (low budget for my investment property). He tends to be under-promised, but over-delivers with regard time & workmanship (which this was different from my previous experiences with other general contractors). I am in process to have him to do another project for me and I have the piece of mind of not to have to be preoccupied with issues with constructions.

After a horrible contractor experience, Maor kindly agreed to take over my renovation project. (He says he usually doesn't do that, but maybe my being close to tears changed his mind?) Luigi, Joey and sometime a third worker would come over on time on the scheduled days and work all day. They were precise, detailed, and really pleasant to have around. They were pretty shocked by the shoddy workmanship my other contractor left behind, but they figured out how to fix everything up, including plumbing, doors, trim, and kitchen panels. They asked a lot of questions about what exactly we would prefer, and cleaned up after themselves. Now that they are finished, I am SO incredibly happy with my apartment. And the whole process was professional, including email communication and billing. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am so impressed with Maor and Greenberg Construction Team My wife and I recently purchased a 1925 Spanish home in Los Gatos. During the home inspection it was brought to our attention that the home was not secured to the foundation; it wasn't required way back then. We obviously want to protect our investment so we reached out to several contractors to bid the project. By far Maor was the most customer focused; he showed up on time, was incredibly knowledgeable about the process, explained the project, and then followed up on his bid. When the project started Greenberg team showed up on time, kept the worksite clean, and...hold your breath...drumroll please...finished on time. Yep, you read that right, a contractor who finished on time. The Los Gatos city inspector signed off first visit and the project was closed. The entire process was painless and Maor did a great job and because we where so happy with there work we went forward with Maor by let him remodel our kitchen and 2 bathroom lake before the work was done A++++ quality and finishing on time inside the budget. I hired Greenberg Construction to remodel my home and garage and it turned out just beautiful! The hand scraped hardwood floors and the exotic stone throughout my kitchen is a showstopper! Our Jacuzzi tub and master bathroom are twice as big as they were before. Mr. Greenberg even coated our garage floor where we keep the toys with an epoxy finish where our kids can even play on. But the best feature of all is the hand picked slate roof that consists of many neat colors! Thank you Greenberg Construction for a fine job on our home.

We decided to work with their home-designer and went for modern style. The unit came-out outstanding and they actually met expected deadlines. I was looking for a company to remodel my mom's property in alameda. I heard about this company from a friend and I decided to give it a shot . My mom is 75 years old and not able to communicate so I came to help her. Initially, we wanted to remodel our kitchen but decided to extend our kitchen and dinning room by breaking the wall that divided it. Maor the owner had a lot of layout options to choose from. He is very knowledgeable about design, and offered other possibilities. He also explain the different price between each option . We decided move forward with the build out and started the work on feb 14th. It took him 6 weeks to finish the project. My conclusion: He was almost every day supervise the different crews. Easy to communicate with. He is very pleasant person, he alway find a solution to any request we had. The crew was very professional and pass all inspection the first time . Every day they clean my house and moved their equipment on the side of the house . They didn't work on weekends for our request. He helped us choose all the fixtures from different supplier. Most of the guys speak English and very respectful to both my mom and I. The prices was fair for the quality of the job. The quality of his work is very high and the finish was super. Now we are thinking about doing the 2 bathroom and other area of the house. He will definitely be the contractor I choose .
