We hired Linda to finish our basement and what a fabulous job she did. We had a few unexpected things pop up, but she worked with us and kept us well informed. Her crew was talented, experienced, and very helpful. Linda delivered everything she said she would. She completed the project on time and under budget! I would hire her again.

I had a home dating back to the late 1800's that experience it's last remodels in the 1940's and possible as recent as the 1970's. It was close to being paid off and I realized it was a better financial decision for me to renovate rather than buy or build another home. I have known Linda for a couple of years so she was my only choice for a contractor. It was certainly a challenge but she worked closely with us going the though the entire process. The results were unbelievable, she was able to put in a full size first floor bathroom complete with a 54" air jet tub and also a walk in shower where only a single toilet once was- I gave up about 60 square feet of kitchen space but even so what she did with the remaining square footage made it more functional than what I had prior. The renovation included going demolition right down to the exterior walls, all new plumbing, wiring, and HVAC. She discovered original wood flooring upstairs and recommended keeping that. While all this was occurring, she had to deal with the street being torn up in front of the house because of a city water/sewer project. She was able to bring the house up to code and really presented me a house that I could live in long after I retired. She came in under budget even with the surprises that popped up.

We moved to Rochester from Iowa in 2013 and purchased our home from Hammer Homes after looking at a lot of options. I can tell you as compared to two other homes we had built in the past 10 years (as we have moved around the country with our careers) we have very pleased with Linda and HH. Both with their service and quality work. Throughout our building process Linda was very responsive and flexible. She has a very keen eye for detail and quality. We have been in our house for just over 2 years and although we haven't had any real issues she is very responsive to questions and happy to take a look at anything when asked. I would recommend Linda and HH to my friends and family without hesitation. I continue to get comments from friends and family who stay with us on how well built our home is built and I am happy with our decision to go with HH.
