Greg Hardwick and Blake Lundgren were great to work with. With Greg's background in engineering we felt confident that we were going to have a home that was solidly built with no issues. Our home has a very complicated roof structure with multiple valleys, 12/12 pitches and very large windows, so we needed to have a contractor who could ensure the construction of these pieces was solid and had no hidden consequences. Greg and Blake used patience with us during the project and ensured that we were happy with each step. After moving in to a new home you many times discover things that an entire team misses; it happens and we expected it. When we brought these items to Greg's attention they were taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. A Hardwick GC construction site will always be spotless, well maintained and secure. Donna, who runs the office and accounting side is a treasure. All questions regarding pricing, draws, upgrades and add-ons were managed meticulously so we never had a doubt as to how our construction and upgrade dollars were managed and applied. Hardwick GC hires quality subs who were courteous and clearly skilled. Clarence and Sean of STS Electric were amazing as were M2 Interiors, Stone Spirit and the stone masons, Brian McClery and Jonathan Cecci. and so many others. Our home is stunning and cohesive and we continually receive kudos for the beautiful finishes and selections. We would recommend HardwicK GC and will hire them for the 2nd and 3rd phases of our construction process.

Not a day goes by when my family doesn't look out our back windows and appreciate our gorgeous pool, patio and lanai! We all agree the renovation was the best decision ever! We hired Greg to do a major renovation on an existing home. He worked with us during the entire process from pre-construction through the end of the job. He is smart, honest, easy to work with and has great attention to detail. Our home is mid-century modern - which was a departure from what he was used to - so it took a lot more research on finishes, fixtures, etc., but he was easily able to adapt and deliver a beautiful home! My husband and I would highly recommend him!

Added a master suite and bathroom amounting to 500 square feet. Hardwick did an excellent job and finished the job quickly. Very pleased.

Hardwick General Contracting was hired to do a whole house remodel and addition which more than doubled our living space. I had a vision of what I wanted and Greg Hardwick brought my vision to reality. I can not express how pleased I am with the results. I love my house. Greg was WONDERFUL to work with and with his expertise and knowledge and guidance I was able to get way more house than I had even hoped for. Hardwick General Contracting has an extensive network of sub contractors and Greg was able to find us just the right architect (who was fantastic) From our unusual TPO roof to the stained concrete floors Greg found the right sub- contractors for our job. All through the project Greg was very available and immediately addressed all my concerns and always "went to bat" for me if I had any issues with anyone on the job. I strongly recommend Hardwick General Contracting . I was VERY pleased with my experience and I would definitely hire Greg again.

Hardwick Construction came highly recommended to us due to the complicated soil conditions existing on our waterfront property. Since Greg Hardwick is an engineer we were initially comfortable he could address our concerns. He brought in a team of incredible experts who engineered a piling system which allowed us to build the home of our dreams on our lot. Not only was the house done in record time, it was beautiful and 'green' as we were hoping. In fact 95% of our former home which was partially torn down was recycled! Greg's team was on time and left the construction site spotless each day to the delight of my neighbors. Our Winter Park street had seen much construction in the last few years but neighbors would stop by and ask for the name of our contractor because they were so courteous and clean. I can't say enough about our experience. I would recommend Hardwick without reservation.
