Thanks for taking the time to express your frustrations. We are sorry we did not deliver the experience that you deserved.
While we strive to deliver a great experience for the approximately 100 or so clients we work with each year, we sometimes miss the mark. We are always doing our best to pair the right design team with each client, which can be challenging as we are doing so without really knowing the clients yet.
With regards to cost, we can only give you our best, educated guess as to what the project will cost after only meeting with you one time. The design process is intended for us to determine the exact project costs as well as to identify unforeseen costs prior to finalizing the estimate. We did arrive at a final project cost of 127k but never had the opportunity to review that proposal with you in detail. We apologize for any miscommunication with regards to the final numbers; it is why we feel so strongly about reviewing the proposals in person, so we can bring clarity to them.
Last but not least, the schedule. We entered into a design agreement with one another on 12/11/18 and finalized the proposal on 04/15/19, a total of 17 weeks. This process can sometimes go faster and can sometimes go much slower. It can be affected by the schedules and availability of all involved parties. We do our best to accommodate everyone’s schedules but sometimes our design team as a whole just can’t make something work due to a variety of other commitments whether they be work or family related.
We are disappointed that you did not get the best experience that we have to offer. We continuously work towards being the best at our craft and appreciate your feedback.
We are sorry we did not meet your expectations for the design. We are open to replacing the baseboard heat cover once, but the issue will likely rise again depending on who is using the toilet and whether the vent fan is run after showers.
