Heartland Design & Remodeling took our old, dysfunctional, decrepit 1976 bathrooms and made them functional, beautiful and a joy to use. Look at the pictures of their work - the pictures speak for themselves. From start to finish, Heartland did a great job scheduling with us, helping us make design choices and creating modern, beautiful and most of all functional bathrooms that fit our lifestyle. Not only did they update our three bathrooms, they also replaced all the builder-grade hollow interior doors with solid-core doors, replaced trim, painted walls, renovated our laundry room, replaced our master bedroom floor with solid hardwood. I can't recommend Heartland enough. My wife and I love our new renovated spaces that make us want to stay home and enjoy it all. Thank you, Heartland Design and Remodeling.

This company is fantastic and has once again delivered a stellar remodel. This is the third time I've used their services - this time for a master bath remodel. Working with Alison, their designer, is a dream. She worked with me every step of the way helping guide my choices, letting me change my mind (and budget) and providing great recommendations and feedback. The execution was also on point and I am in love with the finished product. Every day I am thankful that I selected Heartland to help me with this project. The rest of the team is also top notch. They are so genuinely kind, respectful, easy to work with and fun. Don't hesitate to choose them for your next project; you won't be disappointed.

Professional doesn’t begin to describe what it was like working with Heartland Design & Remodeling! Worry-free major remodel projects finished on schedule, and on budget. Any minor issues (and I emphasize minor) were immediately addressed. Everyone from the designers, project manager, to the individual trade leads was respectful and a pleasure to deal with. Great communication regarding what particular work was scheduled for on what days. The entire process and team from project estimate, to design, and execution were fantastic. Tony Seal and David Perez were great to deal with in the day-to-day execution of the project.

NVS completed a major home renovation for us a few years ago, but since then we have used them for smaller projects. They are great to work with and their work superb. On some projects they have done the work themselves, but on other smaller items they provided the contact info for the subs they use and we have worked with them directly. When we started I never thought we would have such a long term relationship, but they are wonderful and we will go to them for most everything.

NVS has completed THREE major renovations on our house. I simply would not hire any other company. I know this sounds like an exaggeration, but it's true. The company comes to work every day; we've never had an increase in the contract once it was agreed upon and signed. The company provides excellent designing help (and I needed it!) Our 2nd renovation cost over $200,000; after it was done, I told NVS they could send any potential customers to see our house. We had many visitors. One of my neighbors did the exact same renovation. The staff is reliable, patient with questions, and professional. The 3rd project was a total renovation of our bathrooms, plus a lot of other areas in the house, including outside work. (Our house was built in 1956.)

NVS did a full remodel on our home over 10 years ago. Kitchen addition, second floor extension for cantilever addition, two full bathrooms, and one half bath, PLUS siding, roof, deck, and concrete patio. The project was ambitious and came in on time and on budget! Our lead carpenter was amazing and it's clear that they have terrific business relationships and partnerships to make it all work. The quality of the work was outstanding and I am grateful everyday.

NVS did a kitchen and living room remodel for us and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Each of the professionals I worked with along the way were organized, prompt, and knowledgeable. They adhered to the schedule and were fantastic with communication. Would not consider any other remodeling company after using NVS.

We are building a new home. NVS designed our kitchen, mud/laundry room, and bathrooms. Each room has turned out better than we imagined. They made the entire process not only easy but enjoyable. Their knowledge coupled with the respect they had for us and the project made for an ideal situation.

If you want a company that will (a) not provide any type of design expertise (b) be completely sloppy with your project and (c) take no responsibility the second they have your money, this is the company for you. Absolutely horrible experience start to finish. We told their employee multiple times we wanted glass doors on the cabinet (which as a design firm they should have known anyway because it was for glassware over a bar). The guy didn't write anything down. We asked repeatedly for the details of the order and all they sent us was manufacturer codes which we couldn't tell anything from. We paid half up front, half on delivery. The cabinets arrived with wood doors. We called and they told us go ahead and pay for the order and they would fix it so we paid the second half by credit card. We have now spent two months trying to get them to provide the glass doors we ordered. They screwed it up, told us they would fix it to get us to pay, then have refused to make it right. And they have been aggressively unpleasant the entire time. Their best offer is for us to buy new cabinets at cost and eat the cost of the original cabinets, based on their mistake. Avoid this firm like the plague. I would burn my house to the ground before dealing with this firm again.

We would highly recommend NVS. We were treated courteously and professionally from our first contact through the entire project, even after when they asked to photograph our finished job. Their design staff created an innovative solution for our old kitchen. The carpenter who oversaw our job was professional, courteous, detail-oriented, and a very nice guy. They gave us a projected schedule and stuck to it, completing the entire project on time. We are enjoying our new kitchen and bath, and would use NVS again.

NVS simply put is just outstanding! So professional and such quality workmanship performed by all of their sub-contractors. Definitely would hire again!
