Joe was recommended to us through two separate friends during a time of extreme stress as our general contractor was suspended and filed bankruptcy before completing our new home which was a new construction 3,800 square foot project. Joe was a life saver and we will be forever grateful. He and his subs did amazing quality work, were there when they said they would be there, finished on time, and were always available for questions - there is not one thing we would have changed in working with him. And one of the biggest compliments I can give Joe, is that every sub we had on site could not say enough nice things about him and had worked with him for years - a true testament to his character. I would recommend Joe for any project we had ranging from renovation to new construction.

We had a remodel project we have been wanting to do for years. We met Joe Hendricks and knew instantly he was the one we wanted to work with. (No Hendricks relation at all) He listened, understood our issues then gave us the best ideas we have heard. Joe's attention to detail is amazing. One of the many reasons we went with him. It was a relief knowing someone listened to you and followed through. One of the best things I can say about Joe is he is one of the hardest workers I have ever met. He gets right in and goes full throttle. Another positive aspect about Joe is he worked with us about being able to stay in our home during the process....which I'm sure is a nightmare to GCs....and never once has complained. We had a wonderful experience with Hendricks Construction. Joe, the owner, is eminently professional, clear and very responsive. All of his work was very solid and high quality. All costs and actions were clear ahead of time. Costs were competitive, and Joe will work with you to come within your budget. Whenever we wanted a change made, it was made cheerfully and right away. Perhaps most importantly, Joe is excellent at problem solving, and all work is well thought through and thoroughly explained.

I was lucky enough to stumble across Joe after having purchased a home that he built some years back. The home was of amazing quality, but had been neglected. After speaking with several GC's, I quickly determined that Joe not only knew his stuff, but had very reasonable pricing. Our project grew, as most do, and ended up being a several hundred thousand dollar rehab. It's challenging to find tradesmen with the attention to detail that is necessary when building or rehabbing a multi million dollar home. Joe proved that he only works with the best, and holds them accountable. Our project finished on time, and within budget. The finished project is soon to be published in multiple magazines and we could not be any more proud of our completed dream home. I have worked with many GC's over the years and I have to say Joe is in a different league then most guys out there. He has a vast knowledge in every trade and has a canny sense of understanding of construction and how to piece together complicated situations. We have found that our home has had minimal deferred maintenance in the 10+ years we have been there and we think this is largely due to Joe's attention to making sure the job was done right the first time.
