Working with Melanie and her very talented team from Henry Kate Design Co. was great. Melanie not only understood what we wanted for our master bedroom remodel, she made it 100 times better. She suggested taking some risks and they really paid off, the result is an amazing room that we love.

I knew I wanted to do something to update our kitchen but struggled with what to do. I could not pull together a design. I saw pictures I liked but was not sure how they would translate to my kitchen. Melanie ( Henry Kate Design Co.) was the answer. We chose her after researching and speaking to her about our project. She listened to our wants our needs and got who we were. Melanie's design exceeded our expectations for our kitchen.

Melanie is a dream to work with and her work is outstanding.! She makes quick decisions when she has to, if she isn't sure, she has no problem with saying she'll sleep on it. Melanie is a very detailed designer overseeing her projects as though it was her own house. She planned, designed and installed marble tiles transforming an ordinary bathroom into a work of art and beauty. Very professional and very thorough and a pleasure to work with

I am in the early stages of working with the designers at Henry Kate Designs. I have been very happy with their creativeness and efforts in the rooms I am having refinished.

We were very pleased with all aspects of Henry Kate Design. Melanie and her team displayed professionalism and proficiency from the initial design meetings to the last detail of installation. We are remodeling a 1920's rural home with a 1970's add on. We were looking to make the dated 70's bathroom flow with the rest of the home. Melanie really listened to our needs and plans for the home. Her thoughtful and original plan for our little bathroom was beyond anything we had imagined! She was really able to maximize the space of the room and see potential that we never expected. We strongly recommend her to others and look forward to working with her on future projects.

Henry Kate Design Co did an amazing job on our home. We started with a blank canvas and we were able to really explore the creativity of Melanie and team. We wanted to incorporate things we already had, and spice things up with new items. Melanie was able to re purpose and rejuvenate some of our personal items that we didn't want to let go of. The items she purchased for us were always kept within our budget, and really understood our vision. Melanie and her team were AMAZING. She worked to incorporate my ideas and her design expertise to perfectly execute our vision for the master bath remodel. Never pushy, but always ready with honest opinions to help guide our decision making, she personally oversaw our project through to the very end & did an excellent job keeping everything on schedule. As for the crew, they were always kind, exhibited integrity and were extremely hard working with a keen eye for detail. I always felt comfortable with them in my home. I think Melanie really shines when it comes to the finishing touches and accent decor. She is truly a gifted designer and we will definitely be using her company again when we update our kitchen!

We wanted to make our house a home and Melanie and her team did just that for us. She is so spot on with her design, all while blending it with what we love. We have an open floor plan home that was dark and uninviting. She came in and modified the color scheme from the walls, to the kitchen back splash, to the decor. Our home is so much brighter now and truly feels like our home. We absolutely love the finishing touches she included in our living room.
