After receiving storm damage this July, we contacted Highmark on recommendation from our insurance agent. Representative Al Linder was courteous and professional. The company was able to work within the insurance settlement and Al and Highmark made the experience painless. Excellent roofing and gutter subs were on time and efficient. Al was actively present often on roofing day. Definitely a confidence builder. Highly recommended. Would use again in a heartbeat.

We were so pleased with Alan from Highmark Exteriors and his attention to detail. We had a small job we needed done on our front porch and Alan took the time to meet with us and find the best solution. He was prompt with his estimate and letting us know step by step what would be done to fix the issue. The workers were on time and very polite. We would definitely use Highmark again.

Over the years, we had seen several Highmark homes in the Parade of Homes tours. Their unique style, quality workmanship, and exceptional designs came through consistently in all of those homes. Consequently, we thought of them first when we remodeled the exterior of our home. Our original intent was to simply replace the siding but, as we talked with Highmark, they helped us see the potential to accomplish so much more. They connected us with architect Jeff Tritch and the partnership took the project to a level we hadn’t even dreamed of, but was still within our budget. Everything came together beautifully! Their creativity, solid workmanship, and refusal to cut corners throughout the project delivered a transformation the entire neighborhood is still talking about! They will definitely be our first call when we have future home projects.

We could not have imagined completing our dream home with anyone but Highmark Builders. We felt we were in good hands from the very beginning with both Terry and Jim sharing their knowledge and creative ideas. Matt’s daily site management was extraordinary. He worked hard to keep everyone on track, answered all of our questions and would jump in to help out whenever needed. Interior designer, Kristen shared her time and expertise from early on in the process and was always able to find tasteful, unique options for us within our budget. Our interaction with all employees at Highmark was exceptional and the entire home building process with Highmark could not have gone smoother.

If you are looking for a high quality, every detail paid attention to from start to finish, I would highly recommend Highmark Builders. I was apprehensive to build at first knowing I had a very full schedule. Their design team and project managers are a cut above the rest. They helped guide us and make smart, yet economical decisions on our generational home. There was a process and order to all the steps it took to assure our home was completed in a timely fashion. One cannot control Mother Nature but they worked through its ups and downs. When hiring a builder, the attention to structural details is just as important as the final look or your home. We know that our home will stand the test of time because of the attention to details that Highmark Builders gives. They are an extremely professional group and their subcontractors are also very professional. You get what you pay for. If you give them your time when they need to make deadlines your project will stay on time. They work within your budget but also show you the options and price check along the way to make sure you are getting the best quality for the best price. If we would do it over again, there is no doubt that we would hire Highmark Builders.

After interviewing multiple builders in our area, my husband and I decided on Highmark immediately following our initial meeting as their honesty and integrity was very apparent in our very first discussion of our home. The design and build process could not have gone any smoother! They were able to clearly see the vision we had for our family and capitalize on it. They brought impeccable ideas and the craftsmanship is second to none . The entire Highmark team was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and considerate of our needs as the homeowners. We supply Highmark Builders with our reclaimed flooring, timbers, and paneling. The team has always been able to deliver what their clients were imagining with our wood. We have heard nothing but great reviews from their clients about the building process from Highmark. They are a pleasure to work with and will continue to supply the lumber they will need in the future!

We hired Highmark Builders when we decided rather last minute to add a porch to our planned outdoor kitchen/patio design. Melissa and Nate came in with creative designs because our roof lines and boundary issues posed some unexpected challenges. I did not have a firm idea of what we were looking for regarding the porch, unlike the patio, and they offered excellent ideas but also really listened to what type of environment we were hoping to create. The finished product is perfect; better than I ever could have imagined! They also designed and built a pergola for our outdoor kitchen. All of their staff and crew are very professional, neat, polite, easy to work with etc. I would definitely recommend Highmark Builders and would use them again if we were to remodel.

It was an incredible experience building our luxury home with Highmark Builders. They are a talented group who listen, collaborates well and delivers a fantastic home. This is our fifth home we have built and it was the best experience that any home owner could dream of. The decorating staff were AMAZING and our field supervisor was top notch. Highmark Builders and their team did a great job bringing our dreams to reality. They helped transform our initial design idea's into our new house. They listened and made suggestions when needed to incorporate all the features we wanted. They helped us through the process and were always available to answer questions. Their design idea's made the process quite easy. They were quick to fix any problems and accepted responsibility if they were at fault. Their design team helped pick out colors, trim, cabinets, counter tops, carpet, fixtures and flooring. They made sure everything came together in the finished product. We are very satisfied and love our new house!!

Highmark built my first custom home, and their staff was wonderful. The partners were accessible and knowledgeable - they worked hard to get what we needed with our city officials and were excellent, flexible consultants when we were spinning, trying to determine where to spend our money and where to save it. They have surrounded themselves with subcontractors and partners who do high quality work (my father, an architect, came back from the build site each week discussing his positive observations re: their craftsmanship). The interior design staff in particular, Kristen notably, were fantastic. The result has been not only a house I love, but a house others love to visit and even retailers in the area use for commercial shoots and ad layouts. As I move onto my next home, I hope to use them again for my upcoming reno project.

We used Highmark to build our first home and couldn't be happier. The whole team did a great job in leading us through the design process and setting our expectations. The house is everything we hoped for and I would strongly recommend Highmark to anyone looking to build or remodel.
