Hal , Brad, Damien, and team have been great to work with, going above and beyond helping us work with our insurance company. They handled the entire process from clean up to repairs. This is the second time we have had the chance to work them (they did a major renovation when we purchased our home) and we will use them in the future.

Hal and his team built my final home. It is exactly what I wanted! The craftsmanship is good and my punch list is being taken care of at 100% satisfaction. Quite frankly most things were done with a handshake. His team is composed of friendly and understanding professionals who pride themselves on making the client happy. If I won the lottery I would have him build this house again but on the water! Give Hal a call and sit down with him before you sign a contract with another builder.

Thanks to Halley, my 1908 East Hill home has a brand new kitchen that still matches the age of the house. I got exactly what I envisioned! The guys at Highpointe went above and beyond to make sure everything was working to its best ability in my home including the air conditioning. Thanks y'all!

Every person associated with Highpointe DBR was honest, respectful and on time. The work was done exactly as described, on budget and in a reasonable amount of time. The carpenters, electricians, painters, and designers were all topnotch. Highpointe DBR did not wrap up the job until I was entirely satisfied down to the last detail. Highpointe DBR. Has done everything from a complete remodel and repair of my business to custom instillation of a front door at my house. Every job they have done was perfect and done with care and in a timely if not speedy fashion. I can't recommend them enough!

We did a complete remodel of our 1950s ranch including adding approx 600 sq ft and a garage. Highpointe was fantastic to work with, the use high quality subs and the final product exceeded our expectations. I would use them again without hesitation.

the drywall work performed at my home was hanging drywall and spraying popcorn on ceiling and orange peel on walls the work was good.

Our building was almost completely destroyed by fire, and from demolition, to final restoration, all work was completely handled by Highpointe. We had been told by several builders that the building could not be rebuilt. Mr. Lovato told us that he could rebuild it and what he would do in terms of rebuilding and restoration. We are pleased with the construction and the materials. How lucky we were to find Mr. Lovato!

I was recently asked to write a quick letter of recommendation based on our experiences with Highpointe DBR and the interior build-out of our current facilities. I should state that our build-out was a large retail space that had several prior tenants that each had left their mark on the premises. All of the existing flooring, walls, fixtures, etc had to be removed or refinished due to a careless move out from the last tenant. Damian and Hal were great to deal with from day one, and were the partners we were looking for to bring our new facilities from an idea to reality. It is sometimes hard to convey what you want through discussions or a rough sketch, but Damian was able to listen to what we said and what we described, and provide us not only what we wanted, but also recommendations for why certain requests of ours were not necessary, while offering recommendations that in the end were exactly what we needed. Both Hal and Damian were very knowledgeable about the best course of action to take, and what would be necessary to see things through. We had no idea about commercial construction so it was important that we partnered with a company that knew what they were doing, could explain things so we could understand them, and basically hold our hand the whole way through. Between cabling, electrical, flooring, painters, etc…you name it, they made it easy for us. Our project was completed on time, and on budget. If we need to move to a bigger facility in the near future or expand to another site, we would absolutely want Highpointe DBR to be the one to undertake the job.
