I had my fascia, soffit and gutters replaced. The job was done very professionally. They communicated every detail of the job to me. I had 4 other companies give me an estimate and these guys gave me the best price. They were the only ones that would take all the old wood soffit out which to me meant that I would have more ventilation in my attic. The other companies wanted to leave the wood soffit up and put the vinyl on top. It took them 3 days to complete the job and it looks great. They do practically anything to a home that you would need to fix or even build. I would definitely hire them again.

Home Res-Q was contacted to work on our house and I must say they were very professional and completed the work as we requested. They did the interior painting - walls and ceilings - doors, trim and closets and painted the floor of the lanai. As a general contractor they also installed new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser in kitchen, they also installed a door, repaired dry walls and removed wallpaper. They installed new toilets and tile floors in two bathrooms. The work was completed within the time frame we gave them - this was important as we lived out of state and needed the completion of this work before we left Florida. Home Res-Q met our standards within our budget and time frame. They were great.

Nick picked up all of the assembled and unassembled cabinets at 2 different locations. They built the island frame, assembled cabinets and removed tile backsplash, reinstalled drywall and installed cabinets into the island and the walls. Also installed stainless hood, wine frig and all of the major appliances. They also installed a 4 piece bathroom vanity. The craftmanship is superb. This is truly a company that can do the finish work. Professional, on time, very reasonably priced for that kind of quality. They really took a kitchen that had been trashed by the previous owner and transformed it.One would expect all cabinets and crown molding to be straight but these guys found the same crown molding that was already in this older house to add around the stainless rangehood they installed. Very classy work. See photos of the before and after. We had ordered the bathroom vanity 4 piece set with 2 fluted decor legs-that of course did not quite fit in the space. Jason, the supervisor was able to "bump out" the 2 sets of drawers and legs so everything fit and added dimension to that area. They also painted approximately 1700 square feet interior walls with some major drywall reconstruction. Nick showed up promptly for the quote. He wasn't the cheapest but he also, by far, wasn't the most expensive for the quality of work he offered. The paint was mixed to the custom colors I had chosen and even though it wasn't the paint company that was Nicks first choice he used them and didn't back off of his guarentee or charge more. All of his staff are excellent. Everyone was on time, worked hard and professional. The paint was hand rolled on and in one particular room had to cover a very dark and bright blue with a much paler yellow. The crown molding was also painted a different color than the wall and the ceiling. There was a supervisor there at all times. The work is just superb. One of the wall was actually ripped wide open at the door frameleaving exposed wires and no frame. It looks better now then all of the originals in the house.

My husband and I hired Home Res-Q to paint the exterior of our home and to patch the damaged stucco. We had 3 prior estimates for the job that ranged in price. I was told by all 3 companies that we may need to hire additional people to repair the stucco. Nick told me that his estimate included the repairs and assured me they could handle them and I would be 100% satisfied. He was absolutely correct. We are extremely happy with the paint job and repair. Almost one year later and the house still looks freshly painted unlike others in our neighborhood. Nick and his employees are professional and aim to please. We have had Nick do other estimates and will always hire Home Res-Q to get the job done right. Ever since the paint job on our home, I have seen the Home Res-Q trucks in my neighborhood doing other jobs. Longleaf seems to approve of Home Res-Q!

I made appointment for estimate with owner, Nick for installation of gutters. I found the estimate to be very reasonably priced for the size of my home. He made sure to have someone call me when running behind schedule. I would definitely consider hiring this company
