Provided good sub-contractors. Lesson learned. Have the GC spell out in detail every line item of the SOW. Any PCR, get in writing what the change and cost will be. Never make assumptions. Quality of his Sub's was very good.

Home Solutions recently completed the remodel of my guest bathroom. I did a complete gutting of the room and replaced all of the fixtures, etc.. I met with Jack on October 31st to discuss in detail what I was looking for and selected the bath/shower tile, floor tile, vanity, fixture color, etc. We did have to have additional discussions along the way because, as a rookie, I didn't understand that details are important. Jack listened to what I had to say, and together we were able to resolve the issues and move forward with the project. This was my first experience with remodeling for myself, but having watched the DIY shows and having been around others who have remodeled, I did learn that nothing goes without a hitch and you have to be very, very involved in the process. Although I would have wished things could have been done right the first time, it is the follow-up service that is the mark of a good company. Jack was very responsive to my needs and made sure that things that were not correctly done the first time, were redone at no extra cost to me. I would suggest that you check the work carefully each day to confirm that things are the way you want them and, if not, that you immediately contact Jack to discuss corrections. The only real negatives I would have to say, would be that the crew seems to have a problem with getting things level, so you will definitely want to check out every installation of shelves, sconces, tile, etc. Jack will make sure things are set to right in a timely manner. Also, you will need to go in and mark exactly where you would like hooks, mirrors, sconces, shelves, etc. placed, so that these things are installed where you want them. Use sticky notes if you can. If you leave things vague, you may not get the result you had envisioned. You really do need to be involved in every aspect of your project. Whenever possible search for pictures of what you are looking for and provide them to Jack as a guideline. Since the project was a complete redo, I did have a problem with sticker shock, but Jack was very good at talking me through it. It costs money to get what you want, but I consider it money well spent now that I can enjoy the final product. ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE COST OF THE TILE YOU CHOOSE, ETC., so that you KNOW what you are choosing and to help you stay within your budget. The crew began the work on 11/21 and finished the final adjustments just prior to the New Year. The room looks wonderful and I've gotten lots of compliments on it. I would recommend their services again.

I had designed a basic outline of how I needed the brew room to function. Home Solutions helped me achieve my goal with the look and functional use of the space available. I am very happy room and the result by partnering with Home Solutions to see this through fruition.

we signed a contract with Jack @ SHS. Paid our deposit plus we paid 100% for our new kitchen & laundry room cabinets - SHS started work at our home and quits 2 days later after their subcontractor messed up drilling piers. Sandino Home Solutions NEVER ordered or paid for our kitchen cabinets! They have had $30,000.00 of our money for over 4 months and never paid for or completed anything they agreed to by THEIR OWN CONTRACT,

We hired Home Solutions and Jack, for an interior design and renovations. The project included a new kitchen, master bathroom and expanding our living room. They were very professional, the design phase of the project was a great experience, wonderful quality workmanship and they had all of the products at their showroom which made it easy to make selections. We've already started to plan our next project with Home Solutions on one of our investment properties in Highland Park.

My wife and I have been working with SanDino Home Solutions since late June 2013 on a total remodeling project of our kitchen. We have been thinking about and planning this project for the last 3 years. We wanted to update and upgrade our entire kitchen with a total new and fresh look. In fact, we "gutted" the entire room, right down to the studs and dry wall. We are installing: new cabinets, a larger island, granite countertops, tile flooring, window treatments, lighting & plumbing fixtures, all new appliances, and painting. I put out a request to get estimates on a kitchen remodel job. I set up appointments with three different companies, one of which was San Dino Home solutions. Although they were not the lowest estimate I felt the most comfortable with them because I was able to check them out with BBB, they were punctual in arriving for the appointment, everything was put in writing, they supplied me with certificates of insurance, and most of all Jack was very knowledgeable and pointed out things that would add value to my home as opposed to nice to haves. The kitchen remodel was long and arduous but Jack and the crew at San Dino Home Solutions was always responsive to my questions and concerns, and made sure that every phase of the project, from demolition to clean up, was completed correctly. I am very happy with my newly remodeled kitchen and will definitely use them for other remodel jobs.

We hired this company to do a room addition. We chosed them because their estimate was reasonalbe and just a little under the others plus they have a showroom so we could see some of the plans they had to offer. Only a couple of cons we have with this company, one is that the time of completion was much longer than promised to have the project done. Second is we ran into some unforseen things that we feel should have been handled a little differently (lessons learned). This was a major project with hurdles in the beginning but the contractor was on top it. Over all, they came through with only a few things to still be completed.
